I went in to take a look at gowns for my wedding reception and I am immediately greeted with warm and welcoming staff who are so happy to help. I've been to a few shops on Ealing Road and have been palmed off by staff who don't know what customer service is, even if it hit them in the face. With the help and advice from staff I purchased a gown which is stunning. All round winner! Can't go wrong! Very pleased and happy & definitely recommend it!

I ordered shoes from Just Fashion now. The shoes I was sent are not the same as their online advertising. The quality was terrible. They also did not fit. I requested a refund. The refund process is the most complex I have every heard of... send them back to China at my cost, take pictures of the envelope they are in, the envelope contents, etc. Since the product ad was misleading, I thought that Just Fashion Now would choose to resolve this matter in a way that did not require me to jump through hoops, since the misleading advertising was their responsibility. I was wrong. They offered me 15% refund. After that they ignored my emails. I would never buy from the again nor recommend them to anyone I know.

I only buy the perfect dresses in this online boutique, it is what I was looking for a fitted dress and a long one. The shipment comes very well packed and adapts perfectly to my body. At the moment I have washed one of the dresses and it has no color loss, although I recommend not washing it with hot water. They are comfortable and pleasant to the touch. It would be nice if there were more fun colors..
I bought my new dress here. I wore this dress to work and turned a lot more heads than I expected. It's so flattering! I'm 5'6 "and I weigh 132 pounds. I ordered a small one and it fits me like a glove. The material has a bit of stretch, so size wise it would be a bit forgiving. The cut of this dress hides the bag from Good mommy tummy. Felt a bit strange wearing something so retro as it is not my typical fashion style. But I am very happy with it and I know I will use it a lot. Delivery was fast and flawless. Customer service was great. Magnificent!
This shopping experience has been pleasant but one of my items has three small holes in the fabric. The holes were concealed by what seemed to be a decorative stitch on one blouse sleeve but not the other sleeve. After removing the stitch it revealed holes that were deliberately hidden from visual inspection. I purchased 4 blouses in different colors and have received 3 but the 4th blouse is missing. The web site does not recognize my email address and order # so I can't check on shipping. I don't expect perfection but I would like to be able to check on my purchase thru the web site without having this as an issue. I am a little disappointed with this particular service.

It took a while to get there, but this did not bother me since I live in the rural area a bit far from everything and we are in quarantine.
Had I known they ship via Kamchatka, Singapore, etc and are not located in the US, I'd never have ordered. They average a delivery between 10 to 20 business days which makes it a month. Nobody waits for shoes for a month. No response from Customer service except for the standard, computer generated, stuff. Never again. Btw. Still no shoes and most likely I will never get my refund.

Great materials but inaccurate sizing. I wear a 12 in US and Canada. Sure recommend xl. Everything was huge except the last item sent and it was too small! It costs more to return as it has to go back to China on your dime but they offer to reimburse you 15-25%! Never again!

My order #1537 was placed on 1-3-2020. I'm still waiting and the company will not give me a refund or contact me after numerous attempts. Their service is beyond terrible and should not be allowed to operate. Stay away from this company and everything they have to offer. They take your money and run.
