I was rapt until my parcel arrived. The black and white jacket that looked so stylish in the photos was nothing like what I expected. The material is like shower curtain material, and is unwearable. The t shirts are nice, and I am happy with them. However I am not going to buy again, as it is impossible to know if you will be happy with your purchase.

I sent an email, but received no reply, just more ads.

Ordered 3 tops, kept 2. Price is ok, quality so so. Very pretty prints. Return not worth the effort.
Too many steps and too expensive. If they have a domestic ship to address may be worth it.

I bought a long-sleeved blouse with a light print, it is of great quality, quickly sent to my door. Highly recommended.

The site wouldn't let me submit a review unless I chose 3 stars, but it is really worth none. Do not waste your money. Sizes run small, fabric is horrible. When you want to return an item, they tell you that you need to pay so it would be easier to just let them give you a 15% discount. If you say no, they will give you a 25% discount on those items. But that is no big deal. The money is still wasted and I wouldn't even give away some of the items I bought.

I love this website. I had previously bought them for my brother's wedding before the pandemic and the dress was beautiful and perfect for the wedding. This time I bought a plus size shirt for another family wedding and was really impressed with how quickly it came. It is also beautiful and it fits me well. A little warning though, it's more of a purple pattern than dark blue, still it looks good and I'm happy. Some tips when shopping online to avoid disappointment: always add a size to your usual size, then the clothes will fit you well.

Favorite online store! I love shopping in this online boutique! They have the most beautiful dresses and they are really affordable. Shipping has always been fast for me and your customer service is incredibly nice. I wish they offered free returns, but it hasn't been a problem for me since I found out my correct size.

While doing some internet shopping late at night, I was very grateful that my question was answered in a matter of minutes by a lovely lady from this online boutique who was so helpful. Overall my experience has been pretty good. 0% the website is a bit confusing to me I believe I've written you about it before that it's confusing when I have ordered something and I come back to a comment that my order is about to expire when I've already ordered it. The products appear to come from California I'm sure they begin in China but there should be a return possibility to California in my opinion.

Once again the fact that in order to return the product it has to be returned to China is unfortunate.

Lovely website. Well made and beautiful stock. A small piece too expensive for my pocket, but I always buy a dress or two a month. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help by email.

Love the styles. Would like to see more wool and cotton used. V necks a must for broad shoulders and larger busts. Earthy colours I love.
I was going to return some of the items but postage was over $80.00, so I have kept it all and donated what didn't fit to the opportunity shop.

Just Fashion Now clothes are cheap inferior synthetic material, bad sizing, poor fit. Descriptions lie when it claims fabric content is cotton. Such poor synthetic quality that these dresses cannot be worn in public. Wasted $125 and had to wait 2 months to receive order. Even the bra was a small, when I ordered a larger size. Obviously, it is Chinese sizing--not US standard. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I bought myself a medium blouse (I usually wear large) and this was absolutely fine, possibly it would have been too large if it was large. The big pants were perfect

Website is ok, works except when you try to return anything. You never receive the authorization and address to return items, soon it is too late to send back. Will not be ordering from JFN any more.
Shirts/tops are acceptable, but dresses are not sized for anyone with c cup breasts. Bodice lines end at nipple line, not under breast as shown in photos.

The people who work there are not only understanding and friendly, but also very helpful on the internet. They have some cute outfits that are just my style! I never regret my purchases from them. Really liked the clothes but when I received them I needed to return some items and I was not able to find where I send them back. I sent a email and no one has responded and I'm not able to get my money back. I havent received all of my purchase and I'm very disappointed in this company and will NEVER purchase again. I'm sad about that as the clothes were very nice looking but some of the products were not sized properly and fit terribly. Very disappointed with the customer service and not being able to return items.

If you like the clothes on sale, I suggest you buy from this website. I have had nothing but excellent experiences with them. For the clothes I know, it is one of my reference sites on the internet. I've never had to return anything so far so I can't comment on that, but their prices and selection are great, and in my experience, items ship quickly. I highly recommend it.

I was charged for my order without a confirmation number and had no way to communicate with this company when my order had not arrived. Once it id several weeks late trying to exchange or return anything is a nightmare. You have 15 days to return items. They never get back with you on a return address even though they say they will within 48 hours.

I was charged for my order without a confirmation order number and no correspondence with an email after the order way placed. No response on emails sent 3 separate times regarding the return of products that did not fit. No return address provided to this date 4/2/2021. Customer service is poor and 27 complaints have been filled against this company.
