A refreshing variety of clothing that is far different from what's available in the common store.

The ordering experience was easy and efficient. My only concern was with regard to size.

I love the products, but the first time I ordered I ordered a certain size, fit great, this time I ordered 5 new shirts in the same size and none of them fit. I have not worn them, but did not keep the tickets and it looks like now, I can't return without them, even though I have the receipts...

The shirt looks as great as it does online; good quality and nice fit. Arrived on time.

No problems! Except when I asked about returning these I was told I had to return them to an address in China and the fee was going to be my responsibility and I was offered 15% just to keep them. This is fine with me but haven't been given the information on doing this.

I love your styles but the sizing is very "iffy". Some will fit well, some too big, some too small, some with sleeves too long, etc.

If your items do not fit or you just don't like them, returns are Impossible!

The top I ordered fit poorly and wasn't anything like the picture. The "denim" look was just stamped on flimsy fabric. When I went to return, I got the following message: "Our return center is located in Guangzhou, China. According to our return policy, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any other related return charges (including possible custom fees). Your refund will be processed after our return center receives and inspects the return package. Since International returns might result in long waiting times and incur substantial return costs on your side, we recommend some alternative methods to resolve this issue. We would like to offer you a 15% cash refund 【for the item(s) in question as compensation】 instead of returning the item(s)."
Why is their return center in China? Any correspondence I had with customer service was gracious but I wouldn't buy here again.

The sizes were far beneath what I normally wear and there were no 'next size up" availability that
Would cause me to initiate a n exchange. The extremely long wait would have been worth it had had the clothes fit properly.

Confused over free shipping, Goods took a long time to arrive and came in two separate parcels. Products are lovely would order again but would like better updates on when goods are being sent

Great styles! The delivery was ridiculously long and the quality was not great. In fact I will not be ordering again!

I would shop on her much more but the shipping rates are outlandish!

I haven't tried what I purchased yet due to illness. I look forward to trying them on. Please explain to me why the shipping rate is so high. It's much higher than any company I've ever purchased from.

Fast and easy Receiving merchandise was slow and I dud not know it was coming from China. Would appreciated to have this information prior to ordering so I would not have been surprised at long wait.

Easy to use website. I love the variety of clothes with fabulous quality and beautiful accessories, delivery is fast even in pandemic. Less than a third the cost of other sites, I have already recommended this store to many of my friends.

The service was great! A little slow receiving the parcel, but I think that's just the norm these days.
