Package delivery began in China(I was not told it was shipping from there)
Tracking was through a 3rd party tracking company. Information was minimal.
Once the package finally hit the U.S.(in L. A) the messages looked like USPS messages.
But the package was addressed INCORRECTLY, and was declared undeliverable, return to sender.
When I contacted the local post office they told me they couldn't track the package unless they had the USPS tracking number(which was NOT SHARED with the customer)
I had to call customer support at the 3rd party tracking company to get the USPS number.
I was able to catch the local post office, and they found the package in a bin of stuff being prepared to return to sender the following day. I gave them the correct address, and they delivered it the next day(MORE THAN 3 WEEKS AFTER I PLACED THE ORDER).
I would not go through the risk of this kind of treatment again... Way too much work & angst on my part.

Thank you, beautiful clothing however I wanted to ask about returning as a credit to shop again, because most of them are too large. The lightweight sweater would be the only one I keep. I love that, and do not mind it being large. Do you carry many of those? I don't wear blouses usually.
I like cotton t-shirt types, sweatshirts, and light sweaters. I know I'm not too stylish

You have a very good assortment of items. My only complaint is the length of time it took for delivery, it was well over a month. The dress is beautiful.

I went through the website, just adding everything I loved. By the time I'd finished, I had a very expensive cart! I had to cull a few. But since then, I've gone back for a second order! It was a fast delivery too!

Great Prices and assortment. But they sent the wrong size.

One of the Items received was not as pictured on the ad and so ugly I won't wear it. Sizing on the 2nd item was way too big. When I requested a return shipping label I received notice that they'd give me a fraction of what I paid refund, but if I actually returned had to be returned to China and would probably not make it within time frame required for return service which is 30 days. Then refund would take 'months' to receive, their words.

Easy to choose; however, the sizes are difficult to determine. There should be an US address in which to return items, so that they may be checked, then mailed to China in one box. The customer should not have to do this individually.

I will wear these sandles to my grandson's wedding May 1st. They will be just awesome!

It took a month to arrive or so. Then the size was too big. I always wear a Medium, but this medium was very large, with wings for sleeves…. The material and style were ok, but I couldn't wear it. Rather than pay for returning I gave to a friend….

The only criticism I have would be to give more updates as to the status of shipping.

Easy to see pictures, but need different views of clothing like the side and back.

I had a problem with the language English to French. Customer service got back to me amazingly quick. I really appreciate that! When my product was delivered I was very disappointed with the material. Not at all the way it looked in the pics or description.

Not customer friendly site… difficult to return to shopping by hitting return button… kept returning to 1st page… shipping cost is also ridiculous! Trying this order… not sure about how pleased I'll be with my purchase. Unfortunately I had to spend a whole lot more then intended due to free shipping!

I ended up with 2 of the same shirt in x-lg, the large is too small and the xl is too big. Thot the shirts with sleeves were "sweat shirt type" but only turned out to be flimsy material.
