I purchased 3 pairs of shoes & wanted to return the one pair due to poor workmanship, in doing so I experienced this would be difficult at best.It's unfortunate as I see you have a wonderful selection of clothes but I do not respect your RETURN POLICIES, thank you & please I am requesting a no reply.

Tops in size 3x are not all the same. Some of the tops that come to your bottom in the pictures just come to your waist. Tops with sleeves and tops with no sleeves are too short. Singlet tops hug your body when they should be shaped like a shirt and come down to you bum. I dont like tops that you have to iron. Needs to be in a tshirt material.

I received my beautiful shoes, very pleased with them. They actually look better than the pictures. Will definitely buy from "JustFashionsNow" again in the very near future. Great selections, easy check out and easy on the purse.

I don't know why your sizing is so irratic. So difficult to order as one item a med. Bust is 40 inches and on another item a small is 40 inches. Very frustrating. Also I received a top that had no facings for the armholes or the neck... totally unfinished~sad.

I ordered a pair of shoes, a pair of slacks and 4 shirts. The order duplicated itself, I caught this and cancelled it. I received Athena products I ordered, one shirt had a hole in it. Couple of days later I received a duplicate order that I cancelled. So far, I have received 10 shirts, 2 pair pants and 2 pair of shoes. Seems everyday something else shows up in my mail box. Just sent them a letter this morning informing them if they want to get their mistake back they'll pay the return shipping. They don't seem to understand that if they sell in the U.S. They have to abide by
U.S. law. I'm trying to be nice about it, I could just keep the stuff and they are SOL. I've informed the credit card company of the dispute for the duplicate stuff and the stuff they keep sending. I certainly won't be bothering this company anymore.

Ordered two pair of shoes that didn't fit. One pair was cheap and plasticy. Return policy to ship to China makes it virtually impossible to get your money back or exchange for correct size.

Dress is listed as Midi but is really a Maxi on me. Wanted to return but return shipping is very difficult since the company is in China.

Sizing must be for small Asians, God Bless them! Know that when ordering. Go two sizes up. Measurements are not accurate. BUYER BEWARE. It is quite an ordeal to return anything and, since you must return items to CHINA, it is EXPENSIVE to return anything, and that is if you can pass the return hoops they make you jump through in the first place. Light in the Box has these same problems (they may be run by the same people). The quality and synthetic materials are OK for the price you pay, just buy expecting not to make any returns.

I am looking forward to the order. It takes awhile, because I am in Canada. Thank you. I have ordered twice from Just Fashion Now, and I now realize that if I can fit into more than half of the items, I'm lucky. I order a number of items, because the prices are so good. The sizing and clothing materials can be different than advertised. Order larger than you normally wear- sometimes up two sizes than recommended on the top sizes.
