Order was sufficient $ for free shipping but items canceled by JFN with refund but others sent with enormous shipping vs product pricing. Items also wrong sized requiring return on your dollar but no refund of original shipping making for very expensive Nothing!

Problem using my debit/credit card, had to use a different card
I enjoy shopping on the site and I really like the clothing but the shipping is horrific.
Delivery time was slow. Sizes run a little big. I like most of what I ordered.
Shipping over the top Service fine but product terrible.

JUSTFASHIONNOW made ordering easy and the products were here in a timely manner. I ordered five dresses and two fit. Sizes are little unpredictable. I was okay with the look of most of dresses. Hard to exchange because the are in China. Choose wisely.

Shopping was easy but returns were a nightmare. No where did it explain that the items had to be returned to China at my expense. I only kept 2 of the 6 or so items that I ordered and it cost me $38.00 to return the others.
My experience with this company has been the worse I have ever encounter on returned items. The clothing is too small, sizes are not true to fit.
The shopping experience has been great. I'm a little nervous about the actual product because the photos are not real. I hope they arrive as they look on screen! Update: they did look like the screen images but the fabric was thinner than I expected. I bet they look fabulous on a girl without big curves.
The garment I received is similar to what I ordered but has significant differences. The main one is the sleeves. The website I ordered from showed three-quarter sleeves with white cuffs whereas the shirt delivered has sleeves six inches longer than full length sleeves. I will have to alter the shirt before I can wear it. Another difference is the buttons but this is not a major problem.

Everything too small even though I ordered t2 sizes larger than I wear, can't afford to send back to CHINA, probably just throwing good money after bad anyway, then they insulted me offering a 15% payment!
