I ordered some wires from here, come to find out they ordered them from the company who makes them. I could have done that myself. They are just over priced middle men! When I live chatted they told me to look and it says 5-7 days shipping. I am a if you dont have it dont take my money kind of guy. I didnt even have a chance to respond on the live chat. I started another one and told them if it doesnt ship on the 7 th day to refund me. They sent me a letter that says it shipped so they wouldnt have to refund my money. And ups knows nothing about the tracking number. Never again. I needed my parts before the weekend. I have never ever had anyone do this to me. Get lowered cycles is where its at! Then even send a hand written thank you card.
I bought a set of progressive front fork shocks for my Harley. Your ad says and I quote "tunable". My Harley is at the Harley dealership in Sherman Texas where they were installed. Now I wanted them adjusted for a little softer ride. J and P cycles LIED they are not adjustable nor are they TUNABLE This is FALSE ADVERTISING and I intend to file complaints against J &P cycles in the morning with every government agency I can find on line.

They delivered my package to the wrong person and wrong house! Ive work hard to buy that item for my motorcycle and now it's nowhere to be found! Instead of offering help they will not bother to call you and will tell you to ask UPS about your problem. They don't want to take responsibility and that's how you lose your customers! Don't even bother to chat with their staff because they don't give a $#*! whatever issue you have... it's like you solve your own problem!

Incompet morons. I called and asked how my order would ship because I dont get mail at my house. The said UPS so I gave the the strert address. The $#*! clowns mailed to the street address which has no mail service. They have done this twice.

Placed a $120 order for some miscellaneous parts for my bike, I have ordered from here 4-5 times now and never had an issue. I go into my bank account today and see that I was double charged for this order... I open a live chat and the person on the other end proceeds to tell me "this is normal" and sends me an excerpt from their ToS. Gotta wonder how many people complain if they have that response at the ready so quickly... Said the money will be back in my account in 3-5 business day, I placed the order on 8/7 it is now 8/13 and i'm told 3-5 more business days. This seems rather shady to me and now I have to go back threw my bank statements to make sure this didnt happen before and if it did I actually got my money back. Guess this is the last time I will order from them.
A side note: I quick ordered 5ish items to get in the order by the cut off for "guaranteed same day shipping" and my order wasn't processed for 3 days.

I had ordered a wheel and tire combo, and the wheel had a blemish on it. I contacted J&P Cycles and let them know. They told me to send the wheel back and to send them the tracking number as soon as it was sent, and they would send me a new set. I sent my wheel back yesterday 7/23/19 and sent them a email letting them know about 11 pm. I received my new wheel and tire today 7/24/19. The customer service I experienced was FANTASTIC! I ordered two cup holders sun glasses and gloves. I recurved brakes, oil, and an oil filter. When I callled them they refused to send me the parts I delivered right away and said I had to send parts back and then within two days they could get the correct parts shipped to me. They guarantee 100% customer satisfaction but I am not satisfied. My gloves are coming in a different order and they will be going back also. I am done with JP Cycles. I also visited the store in ANOMOSA IA and it was a joke. There is no customer satisfaction.

I recently purchased a motorcycle headlight that had its pedestal mount assembled off center so the headlight appears crooked when mounted. I informed them and the empliyee asked for photos. Then he told me it was not warranted because I put it on a Kawasaki not a Harley even though it is recommended by them for a Kawasaki. He also said he doesnt think it looks crooked so I am lying. Then he said it can't be returned because it was installed. For a warranty? These guys are completely dishonest and will not stand behind their products, but wold rather come up with every excuse including calling me a liar to avoid raking responsibility. Go elsewhere.

I ordered a Dunlop 4 series tire and called a few minutes later to change to a Dunlop 3 series. Less than 15 minutes after I placed initial order. Amy the customer service so called supervisor said they couldn't change the order after 15 minutes, well she kept me on hold and on phone for 10 minutes and I did in fact called within that time frame. I called on a Saturday morning and found out tire wasn't shipping till Monday. They lost a sale and a customer. Ridiculous that order couldn't be changed from a Dunlop 4 series to a Dunlop 3 series. Buy elsewhere Amazon, eBay, Bike Bandit or any other vendor. Very unprofessional customer service

I ordered a HCI 105 polo style half helmet on 2 MAY 2019 and did not get no email confirmation or and updates as to where my package was. So after 6 Business days of not receiving my package I decided to give them a call and see what the deal was. After talking to their head supervisor named Amy she told me that the website states "package usually takes 2 to 4 business days to ship" in which I told her six business days has already passed. She also stated that they were not sure when they would receive the package from the vendor but when they did she would do overnight shipping. So in other words if I get my package it would probably be well over 12 business days and that's where the misleading and false advertisement come into play. The problem I have is them lying to customers about their ship time making people think they will get the package within 2 to 4 business days when in reality they do not even have the product to ship out and are unsure as to when they will even get the product from the vendor since they do not have it in stock. If you do not have an item in stock, at least state it some where on your website where people can see and know that it might take a month for them to get their package. I will never order a single item from this company ever again and will tell every one of my friends and never order product from here unless they want to wait two weeks to a month to get their product.

I need to purchase you pistons for my bike. I went to jp cycle website, found the Pistons I needed and purchased. According to the website and marketed them as the set buy the title of the part as being "replacement Pistons with an s" and the picture showing Pistons side by side. When placing the order it asked me for quantity because of the picture and the description I assumed that it was buying the set so I put in quantity of one. When my order arrived there was only one piston in the Box. It pissed me off because I could have gone somewhere else and purchased the set for $10 more. When I called customer service basically they told me too bad. Last time I'm shopping with them

It was my first time ordering from this place. I order a rear and front tire plus added 69 bucks for next day delivery and after a week of not showing up I called them to complain. They stated that due to me being a first time ordering and because my purchase was 420 bucks the flagged my purchase until I called them. They stated they do this all the time to prevent theft. I purchased an avon tire for 140.00 in march of 18. March of 19 (a few weeks ago) I noticed horrible deep cracks all along both sidewalls when getting my bike ready for spring. I put less than 3500 miles on it. Emailed J&P pics and they said since its been a year they cant really do anything without an avon rep giving the ok. I called the avon dealer THEY referred me to and the avon dealer had no idea why J&P would have sent me their way, and explained they are a wholesaler and don't do installs, this ciuldnt diagnose my tire anyway. Ling story short, J&P doesn stand behind their products, gave me the runaround, and I'm out 140.00. Just bought a shinko super classic from amazon for 69.00 and free shipping. Never again J&P.
Ordered online, didn't get an emailed Receipt like the confirmation said, called in to explain I'd like receipt, they sent me a new receipt, new order number, AND CHARGED ME FOR THE ORDER TWICE AND ARE REFUSING TO REFUND!

Most of my order was processed timely, but I never got confirmation of shipment for my cams. 6 days later chatted with their customer service'. Got BS answers... about an hour later I got an email saying my order shipped. The charge for that order just hit my bank tonight. A week to process an order that is in stock... sorry excuse for a business. Go elsewhere for your motorcycle parts.
