Not happy

I placed an order on March 3,2025 and as of March 21,2025 I cannot get an answer about shipping, order status or what is going on! I had heard good things about this company but so far I am not impressed! Can't speak to the quality of their products but customer service is poor in my dealings so far!

Do not buy!

These lights suck. Do not buy please! Save your money. Hopefully I can get a refund! I only left 1 star because I cant leave zero. Do not buy these

Another Victim
February 1, 2025

Another victim of led factory mart, received my bronco trail marker lights with 2 different screws that are stripped out and all they offered were to send 2 screws which will not work, all we want is a replacement but no one ever answers to do anything. Save yourself the hassle of AWFUL costumer service and buy them on ebay.

Not what I expected
January 30, 2025

Purchased the lowering fairing lights kit for my HD and at first was impressed on the new look it provided. As I assembled back the passing lamps, one side did not illuminate, very odd since it was no issue before the new installation. Troubleshoot and found one of the Y-cables that was included in the kit either was broken or not wired correctly. Swapped Y-cable from other side and found no issue with the passing lamps. Emailed LED FACTORY MART and explained to David what occurred and he assured me that a replacement would be sent out. A shipment label providing tracking was provided with an indication that it was shipped. Here we are today and the shipping tracker indicates no progress has been made beyond a label being created. Emailed David back to question and I have not received a response. I am hoping that this could be resolved soon, and in return would update this review.

There's no way to get ahold of them

Everything I ordered.They said was in stock according to their website to be delivered in 1to7days. Still.
Waiting on some parts a month later.
Got the run around every time. I emailed now.
Not a class act operation.

Good looking lights

My order came rather quickly and everything you need is in the box. Even though I had it professionally installed, my mechanic said it was an easy straight forward installation. I love the lights and the updated app works great!

Great product but
November 22, 2024

It is a great product and looks great on the back of my jeep. Only two things I could complain about was it says it was a guaranteed fit but there was no plug on the back of the lights had to cut my existing plug and wire and wire it direct. He gave me a delivery Date but product arrived seven days later called to ask them what was going on. They said product came in damaged and had to get a new one order. I told him I just wish they would have emailed me and let me know of the delay

Really High Quality Product

Ordering was easy, shipping was fast. I got the high mount led rear lights that mount on the back hardtop of my jeep JL. Only issue is there is not much in the way of installation instructions for the wiring. But they look and work great, including the white reverse leds!

Not happy at all.

I ordered the headlight on labor day weekend. Took over a month to get, then I noticed the connectors weren't correct. I needed an extra adapter. That ones on me for not reading further. The adapter took another month to get. Just installed it yesterday and the high beam doesn't work. No instructions on install. Vert disappointed with the overall experience.

Good light

Installed led headlights w/halo and fog lights w/halo. Very bright headlights without being blinding to on coming traffic.
Once I found and down loaded wiring diagram, Instalation was pretty straight forward.
Just received led flush fitting tail lights. Look very good. I'll let you know who the Instalation went

Christmas gift

The box was not in great shape and it rattles, so I will wait for my husband to open it the end of November when we have our Christmas to see if anything is broken. I tried to look, but cannot tell myself.

Very nice product

These lights look great. Install was easy, but there were no instructions included. My only complaint so far is that a friend told me the blinker was difficult to see when braking due the the brightness of the stop lights.

No instructions

Received the product all in tact but there were no instructions which sssembly is self explanatory but you have to plug it into your fuse box. It doesn't say which fuse slot to put it in that's all I need to know

Exchanging my jeep lights

Nice product but does not fit 100%

The lighted portions of the order does not fit the 2023 Outer Banks version without modification of the plastic areas behind the grill openings. There are plastic baffles behind the grill that must be cut and drilled to get the pieces to snap in and allow access for wiring.

Great improvement of my headlights

Purchased these to replace OE headlights, and what a difference. Very happy with that. I inadvertently ordered fog lights that I do not need for this particular vehicle and I can't return them because it was part of a set, and the restocking fee is too high.
