Shipping was quick. Did not have any description on what bulbs went where. Should put that on the individual boxes so Noone installs incorrect.

I was sent the wrong adapter for my bike. My 2022 Harley Street Glide requires a 4 plug adapter. I was sent a 3 wire plug. Rather disappointing to say the least! So i had to buy the correct one for $ 29.99 plus tax and shipping! Not happy at all!

Good product, shipped out quick. Easy install and fit the grill perfectly. It would be nice if the harness was a tad longer. I ran it through the firewall and connected to the fuse box. Other than that no complaints. I watched a few YouTube videos (4 Runner lifestyle) to wire it up.

Answer: Extremely difficult! You get an auto-reply they received your emails, but no one actually emails you back. Their hotline is only open 4 hours a day. They respond one time a day on FB Messenger, at 2am when most people are asleep and can't continue a conversation. Extremely ridiculous.
