Shopping with JP cycles was great. My klock workz 10" screen was amazing! Lm 6 foot. First the stock screen sucks! New screen excellent wind protection, no buffeting, decreased wind noise, and it looks good.
Parts selected were both at this store rather than one part from one vendor and another part from a different vendor, convenient. Mail delivery was slow, three days later than original estimate. I had two other parts orders for automotive use which arrived actually early so I wonder about a glitch in the USPS distribution system
I'm fairly pleased with my purchase/s. I say fairly because one item didn't quite fit like I thought it should. Also it could be because something is not a factory accessory that involved the said item purchased. Not at all J and P fault or doing.
Product arrived in great shape although mounting brackets were not the same color. One was powder coated black and the other was bare metal. I had to paint to match. Not j&p s fault, sure it was packaged from factory that way.

Bought my uncles sum parts to get his Harley running to finally go on a run with me an the guys. Would have worked out perfect except for the parts being delayed. Not J&Ps fault. But didn't get to go on our run. Either way I'd always recommend J&P. Great selection of parts.( Do wish there was more different brands to choose from). An helpful online staff..

Tires were delivered 2 days later than expected, but great customer service to call and explain why. We will not use the tires right away so can't really say how the product performs, but they are what we expected.
I ordered an item that was eligible for free shipping. J & P Cycles uses FedEx as the shipper. I attempted to monitor the tracking, but FedEx 2 times stopped updating tracking once my packages reached Indianapolis IN. The first time this happened I assumed the package was lost because there were no updates from Indianapolis a week after the expected delivery date. Several days later I reported the lost package to J&P, and they shipped me a new item. Then out of the blue FedEx populated the tracking, and showed it was delivered. Since FedEx never sent me notifications even tho I had push notifications enabled I had no way of knowing this. So a porch pirate must have stole the first package. The next package also didn't receive any tracking after reaching Indianapolis, and also arrived late. But this time I had people at home watching for it. Again I had push notifications enabled, but no notifications were sent.
The price for the Arlen Ness Big Sucker filter was a little higher than I thought was reasonable, but I decided to buy it anyway.
Tried to buy an exhaust at a competitor but the parts were on back order and they couldn't figure out how to accept payment via apple pay. So after 3 days of asking for assistance I told them to cancel my order and purchased from you! Excellent service
Pegs were easy to install, adjust and look fantastic. Shipping was fast and packaged well with sufficient directions for install. The improvement in comfort during my ride is night and day better with these switchblade foot pegs.
These are one element with one wire rear turn signals. My 2008 Road King's original rear turn signals had one element with two wires that clip into their connection points inside the back brake light. Upon receipt inspection, it appeared the new turn signals would be grounded to the chassis and not back directly to the negative battery terminal. Prior to full installation, I connected each turn signal's wire to its original electrical harnesses' hot wire, plugged them in and grounded the lights to the bike. Lights worked great pre-installation and post-installation. I also used weather proof electrical connectors from Lowe's.
Brake lever received but I had to file out hole where the " barrel" goes. It is of cheap quality, hope it lasts, not to reassuring as it controls front brake I guess you get what you pay for and I should have selected a brand name. Other items where as advertised and worked well
The replacement spark plug wires I ordered for my '83 FXWG are a good value and arrived promptly. Very easy to install... a one minute job and the bike runs great. Shipping was free with my membership. Thanks
Was able to find product despite the web site and search engine listing other unrelated items. Been a long time customer, and since J P Cycles stopped having a printed catalog, I find myself ordering less products from them. They were my go-to for my HD parts & accessories. Bikers like myself want to be able to flip thru a printed catalog to find parts AND see what might be available for their ride to purchase another day.
Disappointed that I couldn't use military/first responder GovX discount.
Looks good on the bike, chrome is good quality. Only issue I had was I had to bend the upper bracket in my bench top vice because the mounting angle was wrong, bent it to get it to line up correctly with the upper center bolt. Also bars were a little narrow on the bottom mounting brackets, scraped some powder coat off the frame trying to pry them open to mount. Luckily the brackets cover where the paint came off.
Purchased the tire online. After delivery, I scheduled an appointment with J&P cycles in Scottsdale to install the new tire on the wheel. Tire was installed by very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent service and work. Now I'm just waiting to be notified by J&P when my front tire will be in stock.
My purchase was easy with no frustration. This is whats called frictionless purchasing. Seems like Amazon has it down pat and now you do also. I bought two items with one of them being not what I expected. The return process was just as easy with no problems. These are some the reasons why customers return. From start to finish the order was great. The Stockton Roller Seat was delivered on time, easy to assemble and works as described. Looking forward to less pain working at a lower level on my HD and classic car.

Ordered the product I needed and after getting the shipping confirmation i waited and waited for it to arrive. After about 9 days i got in contact with customer service and found that the item had never shipped. A replacement was shipped with expedited shipping and showed up two days later. Happy with the customer service and the product just wish my original order came quicker. They did give me a $15 credit on my account for my next purchase so that is sweet.
