I purchased LED mirrors by Custom Dynamics. They were not too difficult to install until I found that the threads on the right hand mirror were damaged and unusable. Fortunately I was able to repair the threads with quit a bit of effort. But they are now installed and look great.
Well, JP Cycle is just a fantastic place to shop for motorcycle parts and accessories in gear! Hundreds of brand names thousands of parts to choose from they've always got good deals going on. The rewards program is absolutely fantastic. Just no need to go any place else

Upper shock mounts for my 1978 HD didn't include the nuts to fit. These don't break, they get lost or misplaced and usually with the matching nuts. Only difference is the replacement is metric and I am finding it difficult to find the large size, 16mm x 1.5? For $45 I expected a complete kit to instantly bolt up and mount the shocks, swing arm, rear wheel, etc.! I should've went to Butterfields MC here in Omaha NE!
Easy access to parts that are an exact fit. Variety of brands is also a plus. It's been a long time putting the bike back together, but the prices seem reasonable too.
For the most part I'm satisfied other than one of the items I ordered was tiny rubber inner primary oring seals in which your online picture showed 10 of them in the picture which 10 are needed when replacing them and the price was $3.95 so I ordered them only for the order to show up and I have one oring in a bag come to find out apparently they're sold individually at an insane price of $3.95 per single tiny oring when it appears as a more reasonable price of $3.95 for the set of 10 but nope almost $4 per tiny oring I'm not sure why they're not sold as a set for the real price typically one oring wouldn't be replaced with 8 or 9 other old used ones but if so then clarify the add letting it be better known thats its only one and 10 are needed instead of showing 10 and sending just one
I ordered a new tire, tube, and rim strip for my bike, all to be shipped within 24 hours. I received the tube and rim strip via USPS just fine. Waited for more than a week to receive the tire, which for some reason was to be shipped separately via FedEx. The tire never showed up by the expected date, and I was notified (the next week) by email that the carrier "refused the shipment." Never got an explanation as to why this happened, and why I was only notified the following week. I had to cancel a tire change appointment, then finally order the tire from a different vendor a week late. Not using J&P again.
Was able to find product despite the web site and search engine listing other unrelated items. Been a long time customer, and since J P Cycles stopped having a printed catalog, I find myself ordering less products from them. They were my go-to for my HD parts & accessories. Bikers like myself want to be able to flip thru a printed catalog to find parts AND see what might be available for their ride to purchase another day.
Disappointed that I couldn't use military/first responder GovX discount.
Ordered the product I needed and after getting the shipping confirmation i waited and waited for it to arrive. After about 9 days i got in contact with customer service and found that the item had never shipped. A replacement was shipped with expedited shipping and showed up two days later. Happy with the customer service and the product just wish my original order came quicker. They did give me a $15 credit on my account for my next purchase so that is sweet.
I was a little upset to find out that open box and close out items aren't included in 2 day shipping even though I pay to be a preferred member, had I known before hand i would have ordered new instead of open box which only saved me a few dollar but held me up from riding for a week

I was looking around for the best deal, and found another place that had the same product at a cheaper price but they were out of stock so you couldn't price match. I would only use J and P, as your company has always taken great care of me in the past.
Most of the order was correct when it arrived, however the three bolts used to screw the air filter to the back plate were too short, luckily I was able to use my old bolts. That fault could fall on Revzilla, since this is where the parts came from.
Over the years I've only ordered a few thing but god damn I've never had a problem with what I've got weather it's the shipping or just wrong parts. You can NOT say that about to many online stores these days.
Actually it went really smooth, the prompts did what they needed to do correctly.
I ordered a front and rear tire for my bike weeks ago. Received the front tire within days. Was excellent. Had a bit of trouble tracking down the tire. Claimed awaiting carrier pickup but was already shipped. Confusing right? Waited a few days and called the company to ask perhaps where my tire may be. They could not locate it but offered to replace and sent me a new one within 48hrs! Best customer service I have experienced. Hands down! Could not remember the 2 people I spoke to names, but I will definitely recommend!
I ordered a 21"front tire for my soft tail springer and it would be nice for an option to be able to go one size bigger width size for a little more stability and contact surface ability. And a little better job of covering or protecting the tire before shipping from scuffing or abrasion
Being an avid motorcycle rider, I enjoy upgrading my bike to meet my daily needs. In this case I bought a bike with a lockable gas cap, but no keys. So this model specific application really met my needs. Thank you.

Easy to navigate website. Usually have most items in stock, ready to ship. I only buy when my desired item is discounted because J&P Cycles prices are a bit higher than some others. Vast selection is encouraging.

As for the material, I do believe that it is a synthetic leather material but I cant find a direct answer to that on Cobra's site so I am not 100% sure.
