I couldn't get the stock Harley's junk plastic lifter collars installed without putting pressure on the lifters and jamming them from freely moving in the bore. Ordered the aluminum S&S collars and they functioned perfect on the first attempt to install them. I'm a Harley fan, but it is pitiful that they can't build a motorcycle with quality parts with the price they are charging!

I needed a new battery for my 2020 sportster. It arrived quickly. I was thrilled. Went to the garage, two hours later I decided to check YouTube. This battery isn't compatible with my bike despite JP's app saying it was. I've got decades of motorcycle experience, torn 2 shovelheads down to the frames and rebuilt them, turned sporties into choppers, and done a ton of work on baggers. This experience was next level not fun at all. Thankfully I was able to return the battery, but had to purchase a new battery from The Company and lost a few too many hours of riding.
Always has what I need to keep my shovelheads on the road!

Finding product was easy enough along with checking it out… my only complaint was the delivery person just leaned my tire up against my garage door instead of my front door!
I have seen this product before, I want to try it out. So I finally purchased one, it was delivered in timely manner. Installation was extremely fast and easy. I was in a PGR escort and finally I can find neutral fast and easy. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to find neutral on stoplight.

The battery I bought was a 6 v battery for an older bike. Unfortunately, it won't charge properly. I've tried everything after putting in the acid and filling to the correct level. I' tried 2 different 6v chargers, thinking that maybe one was bad. But I can't get the battery to take a charge. I took it to an auto parts store and they tested it. They said it shows as a 6v battery but there isn't any charge to it. I've had the chargers on it overnight and it looks like it's charging but nothing. Also I thought the fuse might be the problem, the fuse holder was cross threaded and very difficult to get off. And because of that, it was ruined and wouldn't make a connection. So I soldered the old fuse holder onto the new battery thinking I solved the problem and it still won't take a charge. Please help, I'm very frustrated.

Tracking left a bit to be desired. USPS has been dropping the ball lately. No fault of J&P. Took over a week for parts that arrived in an envelope.

I received my new grips, but I have to return them and order different ones. I ordered these for my wife's Sporty. The custom grips that it had on it when I bought it are to large of a diameter and hurts her left hand when pulling the clutch (the ones I got are just a big around as the existing ones). So I am going to return them and buy some that I found on the site that actually list the O. D. and are the same size as her old Honda. Not J & P's fault, just mine. They are a great company.

The current lead time is listed at about 8-10 business days to receive the item. As for the material, I do believe that it is a synthetic leather material but I cant find a direct answer to that on Cobra's site so I am not 100% sure.
