For three years, The City IPTV service has been my digital haven. Worse experience. Initially it will work well and after every couple of weeks your STB gets blocked specially when there is a India cricket match going on. It's difficult to get hold of them to fix it. Phone numbers or email don't work on the website. Basically they scam you by selling a package and things will stop working in few weeks. You have no we're to contact them. People get trap seeing good price but it's a scam

I have been using their services from last 3 years and never had any kind of issues their picture quality and channels streaming is really excellent never had any freezing issues which i had with other providers using earlier now i owe their 3 connections all for 5 years and it is really working fabulous, I believe at times Iptv services do have certain issues related to reboot however my experience has been amazing with the thecityiotv their technical support has always been very helpful in having the issue resolved their customer service is really outstanding

This is a scam business. It offers streaming service for 5 years for $270 but after few months cuts the service off. Doesn't respond to complaints then. Even paid for 5 years the account shows expiring next month and renews for few monthly base then cuts off. Don't fall in the trap and loose your money.

I have been using their services from past two years and have never faced such issues I like their picture quality and content also their customer support always responded as per the screenshot you attached it clearly shows that it was an ongoing chat though i have not opted their five year plan, I usually always opt their one year plan and it goes well without any interruption recommend you to check with them once as many of my friend use their service and never had any issues i

Their 24/7 support is the best service call them anytime, At ties it had happened when no response however when you leave a voice message they respond asap with in an hour time and provide solution to problem you been facing
I've been rocking The City IPTV for a solid 2 years now, and let me tell you, it's hands down the best IPTV provider out there.
