If you go straight to the garage and pick your moto for fitment, there are no fitment warnings and you can click add to cart. Its on the checkout page after being added to the cart. By then, most customers are not looking for that. I have a different fender and the product didn't fit even though the website says it does. The fitment notes need to be bigger or be forced to be read at checkout. This would have been a 4 star rating cuz the website says it would fit and didn't but was able to return. The second customer service person I spoke to was more empathetic for my situation. The first one stated to drill through my fender. Really? That's your response/solution? For that ridiculous response, 4 star goes to 3. Pic added to show no fitment note but says it will fit my bike.
This place was excellent to deal with and made it easy to purchase new parts for my bike. Prices were excellent and shipping time was unbelievable! It took less than 24 hours to receive my items with standard shipping and had it out the door that day.

Website said part in stock, ships in 1 day when it didn't arrive after 7 days I called and was told it could take up to 5 days to ship, I told them to cancel and they said its in process and can't be stopped. Total B. S. I'll dispute it with the credit card company and buy else where! Total Scam!
While this company claims to have the best return policy in the industry, but it isn't true. I called to see which saddle bag brackets I needed for my Suzuki s40 Boulevard 2019 motorcycle, the person on the phone assured me it's the right part at $54, and to save the company time I ordered online. Big mistake. If you order online they can't track your information, who you spoke with, and refused to cover the cost of return shipping. Even the tech I spoke with trying to get my part on my bike, until he said, on man there's no way it will ever fit, so sorry, I'll notate it on your record... he didn't. Now I'm stuck with the cost of return shipping for something I was told would fit-and there's no way it will with the construction of the saddle bag support part and my motorcycle. Don't buy from these guys, seriously.

A week after purchasing a helmet the head of the screw that holds the visor on broke. This is a plastic screw and was a manufacturer defect and after speaking to 2 J&P people then a manager that would not speak with me they would not exchange it telling me to contact the manufacturer who instructed me I can kindly return it to where I purchased it from. UGH! It should not be this hard.

I am extremely DISAPPOINTED with the chat service that J&P Cycle provides. Isabella C. Was absolutely no help. I ordered the wrong Mustang seat and just wanted to exchange it for the correct one and all she did was copy and paste the directions on how to get a refund. I told her on chat that I just wanted to exchange it and she was no help with the info on doing that. Later I found the info on how to exchange on their web site but it was to late, I already sent it back for a refund. So I could purchase the correct seat. I had such a difficult time with the chat I went to another company for the seat. I have waited almost a week to get my refund and still haven't seen it. They did however get the seat out fast and for that I appreciate it, but if your chat help isn't help with an exchange why have it. Not sure I will do business ever again with J&P Cycle.

Ordered over $225.00 worth of merchandise. They shipped it to the wrong address despite the fact my order confirmation had the correct address. Spent over TWO HOURS trying to have them get it rectified via phone, e-mail and chat. Jo Jo S. Was the worst EVER on chat. Said it was my problem to contact UPS to get the address changed. NO, NO as your company entered wrong address into UPS machine. Mike in CS said he would fix it and call me back... NEVER did... NO SUPRISE... It's been two weeks and still do not have my shipment and my credit card has been charged. IF YOU WORK HARD FOR YOUR MONEY DO NOT SPEND IT HERE!

I was purchasing brakes for my husband's Harley. I chatted with a guy because the brakes I was looking at said, "front/rear" brakes. I asked the guy how to order just the back brakes and he stated, no, it is the whole set of brakes for the bike. I said that is for the whole bikes brakes, he said yes! I had my husband to come into my office and I showed him the chat. He said you better ask him again, ask him if these brakes are included for the whole bike, the front and back brakes, again, he said yes, its a whole set! So, I ordered them. Brakes came, only one set. Contacted a Supervisor who could NOT find the CHAT! Since he could not find the "chat" he stands behind his workers and so the only option he gave me was he would sell the other set of them to me at cost and he would ship them overnight. I don't feel we should have had to pay for them since his worker TOLD us repeatedly it was the whole set for the front and back. Will not buy another thing from them ever!

What i know for a fact that i won't shop with them again. Their service agents are not helpful at all like they don't care. I have ordered items 2 days ago when i found out its not shipped i reached out and i was told that i need to wait 5-7 days because some parts are out of stock! Why i wasn't this highlighted before i order! My ordered has 22 items, why was it held back for 1 or 2 items that are out of stock? I didn't even get any email after placing the order notifying me to expect delays! Definitely not shopping with the again. Its the 24th and order still processing!

Unfortunately I placed an order with J&P prior to reading customer reviews. Misrepresented order ship dates: Took 3+weeks to receive when promised 1 week. Customer Service online was down. Customer Service phone was down. Finally got ahold of someone and they stated order had already shipped (not the case) and couldn't be cancelled. Got confirmation that it shipped 3 days after this conversation. Returned product and still have received refund.

Got turn signals that did not fit a Harley as they stated they would. Whatever. I just decided to not shop there again. I am 56 and have never posted a negative review. Apparently they saved my credit card number and billed me again 6 weeks later. That is not incompetent that is criminal. Just trust your instincts when you see this many bad reviews.

Bought an OEM Replacement Windshield and paid $34.95 to overnight it because we needed next day. I called and spoke with them to ensure I purchased the correct part. The man I talked to told me the part I needed and we placed the order. Windshield came today and it was the wrong one. I called and the technician told me what part should have been ordered. He said he was sending me a return label and to attach it to box and that UPS would pick it up when knew one was delivered. Then a supervisor gets on the phone and tells me that they couldn't send out another one unless we paid for it. AGAIN. I'm furious with them at this point. I pay the price for their mistake. Unintelligible staff that need trained. Will never order from them again. I will do my business at the Harley Shop from now on. You get the service you pay for.

On march 27,2017 i purchased brake pads and a Fairing for my bike, on march 31 or the 1st of april i received just the brake pads, I called on the 3rd of april and was told that the fairing is not in stock, and would ship when it comes in, i was told not been able to set date of arrival, i asked and told the person on the phone to cancel the fairing and refund my money.
I called again on the next day and they were not able to process the refund, so i called my credit card and canceled thru my bank. And that was the last of it and was not bothered again all ok.
And this is were it gets even more of the bad business and management, on Jul 24,2019
I bought from them a front tire, shipped on Jul 25,2019 and received it on time, all ok wright?
On sept 10,2019 i ordered the rear tire from them and was waiting for it to arrive, On Sept 13,2019 three days later, i received a email stating there was a problem with my order, i called and they said that i owed them for the fairing that i never received and i need to pay for it, and they would not go forward with my order and they will hold my money for hostage until i pay for the fairining, i asked to speak to a manager a male adult in his maybe thirties came on the phone and told me that i have the fairing i received it? I told him i have never received the fairing. He told me that i put a stop payment on my credit card, he also told me that i never called and do not have proof that i called! I asked him when they found that i put a stop on my credit card why did they not call me? He told me that is not there policy,
My thinking is that they have to many problems and it costs to much to have someone find out what is the problem. No costumer relations at all. To bad. And dear Manager you should not have an adidute when conducting a business transaction, someone else owns that business that may be in interest in keeping their customers, I will Not do any business or approve to any one.

I ordered a saddlemen seat from here, only because it bypassed the 20 day wait from saddlemen themselves. Once i recieved the order i got a seat that had been hacked at with an angle grinder on the bottom where someone had clearly tried to make it fit onto a bike and remounted the bracket with self tapping screws into plastic. When i tried to get it exchanged they said they would only replace through ground shipping once my item was returned, which added almost 2 weeks till id receive my seat which would not work with my time restriction, since my bike is in a shop waiting on only a seat. Ill never order through them again and if i knew itd be this much of a hassle id have just ordered through saddlemen instead.

I ordered some wires from here, come to find out they ordered them from the company who makes them. I could have done that myself. They are just over priced middle men! When I live chatted they told me to look and it says 5-7 days shipping. I am a if you dont have it dont take my money kind of guy. I didnt even have a chance to respond on the live chat. I started another one and told them if it doesnt ship on the 7 th day to refund me. They sent me a letter that says it shipped so they wouldnt have to refund my money. And ups knows nothing about the tracking number. Never again. I needed my parts before the weekend. I have never ever had anyone do this to me. Get lowered cycles is where its at! Then even send a hand written thank you card.

I bought a set of progressive front fork shocks for my Harley. Your ad says and I quote "tunable". My Harley is at the Harley dealership in Sherman Texas where they were installed. Now I wanted them adjusted for a little softer ride. J and P cycles LIED they are not adjustable nor are they TUNABLE This is FALSE ADVERTISING and I intend to file complaints against J &P cycles in the morning with every government agency I can find on line.

They delivered my package to the wrong person and wrong house! Ive work hard to buy that item for my motorcycle and now it's nowhere to be found! Instead of offering help they will not bother to call you and will tell you to ask UPS about your problem. They don't want to take responsibility and that's how you lose your customers! Don't even bother to chat with their staff because they don't give a $#*! whatever issue you have... it's like you solve your own problem!

Incompet morons. I called and asked how my order would ship because I dont get mail at my house. The said UPS so I gave the the strert address. The $#*! clowns mailed to the street address which has no mail service. They have done this twice.

The current lead time is listed at about 8-10 business days to receive the item. As for the material, I do believe that it is a synthetic leather material but I cant find a direct answer to that on Cobra's site so I am not 100% sure.
