I started 03/12/2021 looking online for new tires for my motorcycle and in the search bar I requested motorcycle tire dealers in (Quebec Canada.)
That took me to the jpcycles website upon going through there site to find my tires a chat bar came up and I started making my purchase through chat. (never make that mistake) Once I completed the purchase the final price agreed on was $231.40 Canadian all in total was what I understood, I accepted that price and gave them my mastercard to complete the purchase.
Three days later I received an email from ups in regard to my order demanding I pay an additional $34.00 to get my tires. I declined and tried to reason with JP cycle in regard to the order now costing me $323.00 Canadian not the $234.00 Canadian dollars that I had agreed to, I tried talking to management about this practice of not showing clients that the prices are in USD not Canadian and they tried to say that the price was in USD on there website. That's a lie DON'T TRUST these guys or their agents they are worse than buying cheap products from CHINA and having to fight with your credit card company to get a refund!... I will never buy from them again and don't say you were not warned by an online consumer...
It will cost me and additional $100.00 to return there misleading priced on motorcycle tires... I will never do business with this company again... SPREAD the word they will ROB you if you are not in the USA and returning there products is like going through "HELL" the supervisor was absolutely useless.

The last five orders have been wrong. I've spent more time returning and printing labels than working on my bike.the last wrong part they said i can keep. That's just perfect parts I don't need Laying around I just want the parts that I ordered and they can't do that right lately

I've use JP cycle a few times and overall I like them but this last thing I bought was a 30 tooth transmission Pully they sent me a 34 tooth my complaint is this they try to buy you off the $25 gift card if you were on any kind of timeframe with repairing your bike and was waiting to go on a ride and you had to do a return that's where you going to get screwed I ordered my part February 27 got it March 3 Sent it back to them March 4 and according to the tracking they won't even get my part back to them until March 9 then who knows when I'm gonna get it I'm just glad I have nothing big planned it shouldn't take two weeks to get the part you're looking for that's all

I have been going back and forth with customer service about getting the right parts I need for over 8 months and they just kept sending me the wrong thing and not reading my emails evidently. After several times of them sending the same wrong parts I finally talked to somebody that actually read my emails and resolved it and got me the right parts put on hold for me until I sent the other ones back. Now they are trying to charge me full price and not credit me for the money I spent on the wrong ones they sent me. I am very unhappy with this company. If it's not resolved by this Monday march 1st 2021 I will be reporting the company to the better buisness bureau. I have had enough of this. After everything I've been through with them for the past 8 months I shouldn't have to pay any extra charges in my opinion. I don't recommend this company to anyone

I ordered a tire for a customer, they sent me an email with the tracking number, but the package never arrived at FedEx station and it was visible on the status information of FedEx. I reached out at the customer service per phone and chat, no one was helpful or want to help. They told me it should be delivered by today at the end of the day... but no status of FedEx... and I said hey there is no status at FedEx... could you help please... no I have to wait 2-3 days and then call again... perfect... really nice customer service... won't help, does not understand that the shipment information is important... so last time that I ever ordered at JP Cycle... Never ever again... Summit Racing is much better and helpful... not so lazy like JP Cycle... I would give 0 stars if I could! I ordered a helmet yesterday afternoon. I was a little confused about the "estimate" for shipping, because it said free shipping below the helmet. I look at my bank account later on that day to see 84 dollars extra for shipping. I am from Canada and nowhere did it say that it was USD. When I was on the phone with a supervisor she did inform me that under "terms" on the website it says that it is a US company. Nowhere on the checkout does it specify USD. I had called to completely cancel my order, LESS than 24 hours after I placed the order. Although the package has NOT shipped yet, they will not cancel my order for me. Very upset with this company and angry that I have to pay for something that I don't want.
The ONLY way I would give this company a better rating is if they cancel my order and refund my money. TERRIBLE customer service

Bought an extension kit for 16" bars and brake lines were incorrect. When I called up there asking to return the 2 steel braided lines and just get one the length I need, they told me what they sent was the correct part and I could not return it, unless I returned the whole kit. Then told me the lines would have to all be ordered separately, and I would have to build them. The guy on the phone told me what I needed isn't available anywhere so I was SOL on a $400 line and cable kit.

Ordered intake over the phone, clearly went over my order and then shipped the wrong part. Was on the phone with them 3 times for about 2 hours and then they realized they had the wrong part on line in their own catalog! Parts guys apologized and sent a stupid wine voucher which I still had to purchase a case of wine... instead of giving me a percentage off. Waste of my time.

Placed order 11 days ago. First shipment "lost" by FedEx. Called customer service after 5 days. Was told they'll look into it and reship by different carrier but there will be a 3 day wait because of investigation. Order was again marked shipped and website said will be updated within 24 hours. Now. 36 hours later, no update, no tracking number. Will contact customer service yet again tomorrow, then the bank to start disputing transaction.

I have order many things from these guy's and have always gotten good service and fast shipping. They have now changed to a 3rd rate shipping company that doesn't even offer tracking. I order 2 98 cent items from them and they charged me almost 10 bucks to ship them and never got them. Now i'm having to pull teeth to get my money back. Sad because they were good. Sometimes saving a buck isn't worth the costumers you loose

Products also may differ like I ordered a tube with 90 deg bend in nozzle, did I get it nooooo, just a general tube, did I get the spoons I ordered? Nope got a generic version, wrong size and wayyyyy different from photo, spark plugs out of box shipping with tire irons,,, ruined,,, so smart!
Had a live chat they discontinued it as soon as they were supposed to be held accountable.

Reacenly purchase a Arlan Ness air cleaner system for my Harley sportster very happy with the service and the product thank you J&P cycle
If you go straight to the garage and pick your moto for fitment, there are no fitment warnings and you can click add to cart. Its on the checkout page after being added to the cart. By then, most customers are not looking for that. I have a different fender and the product didn't fit even though the website says it does. The fitment notes need to be bigger or be forced to be read at checkout. This would have been a 4 star rating cuz the website says it would fit and didn't but was able to return. The second customer service person I spoke to was more empathetic for my situation. The first one stated to drill through my fender. Really? That's your response/solution? For that ridiculous response, 4 star goes to 3. Pic added to show no fitment note but says it will fit my bike.

Website said part in stock, ships in 1 day when it didn't arrive after 7 days I called and was told it could take up to 5 days to ship, I told them to cancel and they said its in process and can't be stopped. Total B. S. I'll dispute it with the credit card company and buy else where! Total Scam!
While this company claims to have the best return policy in the industry, but it isn't true. I called to see which saddle bag brackets I needed for my Suzuki s40 Boulevard 2019 motorcycle, the person on the phone assured me it's the right part at $54, and to save the company time I ordered online. Big mistake. If you order online they can't track your information, who you spoke with, and refused to cover the cost of return shipping. Even the tech I spoke with trying to get my part on my bike, until he said, on man there's no way it will ever fit, so sorry, I'll notate it on your record... he didn't. Now I'm stuck with the cost of return shipping for something I was told would fit-and there's no way it will with the construction of the saddle bag support part and my motorcycle. Don't buy from these guys, seriously.

A week after purchasing a helmet the head of the screw that holds the visor on broke. This is a plastic screw and was a manufacturer defect and after speaking to 2 J&P people then a manager that would not speak with me they would not exchange it telling me to contact the manufacturer who instructed me I can kindly return it to where I purchased it from. UGH! It should not be this hard.

As for the material, I do believe that it is a synthetic leather material but I cant find a direct answer to that on Cobra's site so I am not 100% sure.
