I ordered a helmet yesterday afternoon. I was a little confused about the "estimate" for shipping, because it said free shipping below the helmet. I look at my bank account later on that day to see 84 dollars extra for shipping. I am from Canada and nowhere did it say that it was USD. When I was on the phone with a supervisor she did inform me that under "terms" on the website it says that it is a US company. Nowhere on the checkout does it specify USD. I had called to completely cancel my order, LESS than 24 hours after I placed the order. Although the package has NOT shipped yet, they will not cancel my order for me. Very upset with this company and angry that I have to pay for something that I don't want.
The ONLY way I would give this company a better rating is if they cancel my order and refund my money. TERRIBLE customer service
