Need to read closely there is a return charge for parts even if they say it fits and it doesn't. So if the part is $20 and they charging you $9 for a return pretty much half of it it's gone.first buyer won't use again.

The current lead time is listed at about 8-10 business days to receive the item. As for the material, I do believe that it is a synthetic leather material but I cant find a direct answer to that on Cobra's site so I am not 100% sure.
