Horrible lying vompany

Order from Walmart Lego set, took my money than proceed to ship to the wrong address and wrong town. Joybuy continue d to lie about it wasn't there fault yet there the one that created the lable therefore it was there fault. That didn't stop them from continue to lie about screwing this up for my grandson. Also told me they gave me compensate for this for which all they did was return my money, all they do is lie and Eric is the biggest liar at this scam company. Nevet buy from them again and will be telling Walmart don't place and order if it comes from this scam company.

Never again

I will NEVER order from this company again. I ordered something on the 17 of OCt. Through Walmart they keep changing the delivery date. This is twice now the first order was thru Amazon also ordered on the 16th and still not in. I cancelled the order thru Amazon and then they decide to send out my order.

I ordered one shirt from them in August and it's now October and I still don't have my item! Don't order anything from this company because they are a scam and a rip off and you'll be lucky if you receive anything!

SCAM! Purchase through Walmart.com experience

This company is a SCAM! They sent me a dress that looks nothing like the picture on the website. Totally different pattern. Walmart also sucks when you need to return something. I brought the dress to the store and they didn't have a certain paper to print information on to do my return. When I came back, they said I had to contact Walmart customer service, so Walmart customer service contacted Joybuy and they sent me an email. I explained to them the situation and they tried to gaslight me saying it was the same dress and refused to return my money twice.
Save yourself the headache and don't purchase from them. You'll most likely get a knockoff version of the item on the website picture.

Playground Canopy
October 10, 2022

I ordered two lighr blue playground canopies. They sent dark blue ones that were being sold for about half as much. Delivery was late. The product was essentially cheap plastic weave tarp material and it was the thinnest I ever seen. Would have maybe lasted 6 months at best. Returning the product took some time as it involved me having to prove I received the wrong product by photos. Since they made me send photos I am happy to share with you :)

One star only because zero not avaiable. Shipped from Houston by JoyBuy NJ? Wrong product a lot of resistance in correcting. Finally threw product away and lodge complaint w/FTC and Walmart. Chinese company some correspondence in Chines. No honor, still cheap second rate supplier and customer support. Will make every effort to avoid Chinese vendor or do without.

Horrible Company

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS 3RD Party Company. If you see Joybuy. RUN.
I ordered a chair from Walmart and didn't realize it was a third party company. They emailed that my package was arriving early. The day of delivery FedEx showed out for delivery. Package was not delivered. Contact Joybuy. They responded with this generated email saying package is still within the time frame. Contact FedEx and Walmart.
Long story short, I have not received package and now package is showing delayed for over a week. This company will not refund me until at least 18 days of not receiving package. And then they say if it's been delivered look around for the package.
Just a scam. And I also blame Wakmart for continuing to use this company.

Don't waste your money
September 27, 2022

I purchased an item on February 19th 2022. It is now September 27th and I am still waiting on my item. Customer service is no help. I can't get a refund until I return the item that I don't have. When I track the item it states that it is in Indiana, I'm in Michigan I could have gone and picked it up myself if I knew after 7 months I'd still be waiting. Save your money and do NOT shop here.

Bought an item via Walmart.com and a few days later received a shipping notification, like a normal order. But tracking shows a shipping order was generated but the item never actually went out the door. Three weeks later, it was marked as delivered but on the same day the Walmart site made it look like I'd initiated a return, and processed it along with a full refund. So I never got the item, but at least I got my money back. Just a weird experience overall.

I will never buy a product from this company again

Horrible products and really horrible customer service. I will never buy from this company if I can help it. Purchased a product through walmart.com that wound up being a third-party seller from this company, and all I got was the runaround when it arrived damaged and not all the pieces with it. Walmart had to finally issue the refund because after numerous attempts to get the company to refund my money, they still just continue to send emails instead of taking care of business.

Do not buy from Joybuy

I ordered two bags of skeleton bones for party decor from them, through Walmart. Eac bag had 27 pieces for a total of 54. I was expecting 54 bones to arrive weighing over 12 lbs. What arrived was a small bag of shredded paper. Not joking, a bag of shredded paper weighing less than a ounce arrived. I was shocked and contacted Walmart, who than contacted Joybuy. They were slow and had no answer as to how or why. They have no contact information and are very hard to communicate with. Based out of China and no American contact information what so ever. Avoid this business and shop somewhere you can actually speak to someone.

This company has several advertisements for an underdoor sealer, to keep cold air and insects from crawling under your door, but they're not credible. They've changed the delivery date of the items, four times since September 9th when I ordered and today is September 13th.

Initially it was supposed to arrive on September 12th, 2022. Then they sent a text saying they changed the expected date to September 14th, then sent a 3rd message saying, "Great news! We're shipping your order out earlier than expected! It will arrive on the 21st."

Now I've received an email that says they refuse to refund my money because it's already shipped and due to arrive on the 27th!

That's a 16 day difference and FALSE ADVERTISING. On the Walmart website it has a caption directly underneath the product that says there's a 2-Day Shipping, 3-Day Shipping time frame.

I'm looking at the website now and it's different than before. They don't have their name underneath like it was on September 9th when I ordered the parts.

This could be a scam. That's the only thing that could explain the confusing messages and four different delivery dates.

I purchased one package of solar Tiki torches for 28.99 and received one torch. While contacting the company, who insisted that I purchased only one, they came out a 4 pack of the same torches for $24.99.
Yet they refused to work with me.

Joybuy is a scam

I would give zero stars if I could. Total scam. Orders take forever to ship, if they actually ship. You can't cancel because they try and say the order has shipped and give you tracking info which will say a label was created but carrier hasn't received package. Then good luck with a return.

MISSING OUTFIT

I ordered 5 baby outfits from Joybuy via Walmart. I received only 4. Through our communications they keep insisting I received 5. I did not. They did not make it right and I am out the price of the outfit. Do not buy from them. They are not honest.

I purchased a set of glass swans on Walmart.com site, the shipping box was as thin as a paper bag. It arrived smashed and one swan was completely shattered. I asked for a refund and got a ridiculous run around with a fake Chinese customer service crew operating out of CA.

They offered 1/2 instead of replacement or full refund. I wanted 2 swans not 1. Walmart tske note.
