Good Customer Service

I ordered several items (and I mean several- ranging from clothes to jewelry) and the shipping time seems to vary greatly depending on what you buy. Some clothes come quick, some come slower, and the jewelry actually came early. Still waiting on one bulk order of clothing to come in, but there's still a week left for it to get here. So, for international shipping, I've been very satisfied. Also, their customer service has been great. Anytime I email them, they get right back to me, and are very polite.

Crappy product!

Don't buy from this company. They took WAY longer than advertised to get the figurine I ordered and the quality was far Below what I expected. It looked more like something you'd get from a dollar store then from an online company. The size was much smaller than I expected and the color was completely different then what showed in the picture online. See photos below of what I ordered versus what I got. Don't waste your money buying anything from this company!

Hammock

My son and I were ripped off by Joybuy. We purchased a hammock that was supposed to include a pillow, a steel stand, and a carrying case. They are saying they don't sell this hammock w/ these things, but I have screenshots of my emails from Joybuy that clearly state otherwise. I'm including these in my review, along w/ a photo of the hammock we received. We're very upset and disappointed in Joybuy... nothing joyful about buying from them. This is not how a business should treat its customers.

We've spent a month emailing back and forth. Joybuy insists it's the same product. It's not. I paid $10 and didn't save the USPS envelope it came in with no packing slip. It's not worth the effort or any further cost to pursue this. Avoid this company.

Playground Canopy
October 10, 2022

I ordered two lighr blue playground canopies. They sent dark blue ones that were being sold for about half as much. Delivery was late. The product was essentially cheap plastic weave tarp material and it was the thinnest I ever seen. Would have maybe lasted 6 months at best. Returning the product took some time as it involved me having to prove I received the wrong product by photos. Since they made me send photos I am happy to share with you :)

Their website has been relaunched to become a B2B wholesale marketplace, and they are offering a lot of high quality products for wholesale. It is an alternative for sourcing from China supplier.

Horrible Quality

It appears that they steal pictures of high quality products and ship the worst crap that I have ever seen - the items look like that they are beginners sewing class quality.

Oh, to be scammed and under the Walmart label / you just can't trust anybody these days.

Terrible

I purchased something from them. The box came damaged and a little metal rod was missing to hold a shelf. I sent them a picture of being unable to put the one shelf and 2 times, despite descriptions and pictures, they said there was nothing wrong. Not to mention it didn't really look like the picture from the website to begin with

Rip off company

I ordered a decorative, floating swan from Joy buy, through Walmart online. I received a small elastic hair tie with a bow! I later found out that I could have returned it to my local Walmart store very easily. Unfortunately, I started the return process online and was given the choice of printing out a shipping label at home and sending it out through the post office or receiving a QR code in an email and taking it to a FedEx Office site where they would print out the label from a QR code. I chose the FedEx Office option, not realizing that the local FedEx shipping sites are not the same as FedEx Office. Only FedEx office can print labels from a QR code. I had to go out of my way, to another town to ship it out.
Bottom line, the return was successful, I was issued a refund. This company is no good! I hope Walmart removes them from their platform soon. From now on, I will be more careful about looking at reviews before I place orders.

Purchased an MP3 player from the WalMart website, was shipped a small plastic window scraper instead (probably worth around 50 cents or so). The window scraper said it was made in Hong Kong. This company is fraudulent, WalMart should not be doing business with them. If you buy products from them, they will ship you different products to register as delivered with WalMart but still attempt to charge you for their service.

I ordered a item almost a month ago still nothing. Now it's delayed with no eta. I didn't realize but had ordered2 shirts from this place a while back as well got 1 and loved it, the other took another month and was of such poor quality Thread bare and not even the same material. Ordered 4 wedding gown covers. Never received them. Had to contact Walmart.com. It took them 5 days to "decide" to approve my refund. They refunded the price of one, not all four. As of now, I have been on hold for a half hour waiting to speak to a supervisor. I'm going to file a complaint with the BBB. This is ridiculous.

Advertises items that they do not have

I ordered a red wagon in February. Due to the company's item description at their warehouse they sent me a plastic tissue dispenser for a car visor now they refuse to give me the item I ordered they lie lie lie. Cannot trust this Chinese company. Do not buy anything from Walmart that joybuy advertises. It is fake. Walmart must drop them as a third party but they don't listen.

I was forced to leave one star in order to leave review but they do not deserve that. This company is a scam, they do false advertising then blame you for their short comings. They get you to buy the product by advertising it as something else then claim they put it in fine print that it's something else when in big bold print you think you're getting what you actually ordered. This place is a complete scam company. Do not order through them, read all of the reviews! You've been warned.

I purchased Pokemon Cards through Joybuy/Walmart Marketplace. They were fake cards. Joybuy claimed they were out of their time period. They were, but these were gifts and not realized until a few weeks past. Joybuy and Walmart refused relentless to refund me. I have made no progress with them. They are a complete scam.
