DO NOT BUY ANYTHING From this "company" on WalMart or anywhere else. They send the WRONG item then ask you to "prove" your purchase, five times I sent in photos and FIVE TIMES they lied and said they never got them NOR did they send the correct ITEM I PAID FOR! SCAM!

Very bad store!

Very bad store! I bought a backpack on January 23,2019. The site indicated a shipment within 3 days. My order has not yet been shipped. This is a scam site. Do not buy anything from them.

Beware!

Purchased item on Dec 1,2020 trough Walmart (or so I thought). Turns out it was a 3rd party seller - Joybuy. After Christmas I initiated the return process and was given until 2/22/21 to return. On 1/26/21 I took items back to Walmart. I was then told they could not accept them and given instruction on how to contact Joybuy. I received an email from them this AM saying I missed my window to return. So I am stuck.

The product was cheap and very poor quality.

DON'T RISK BUYING FROM THEM!

Horrible lying vompany

Order from Walmart Lego set, took my money than proceed to ship to the wrong address and wrong town. Joybuy continue d to lie about it wasn't there fault yet there the one that created the lable therefore it was there fault. That didn't stop them from continue to lie about screwing this up for my grandson. Also told me they gave me compensate for this for which all they did was return my money, all they do is lie and Eric is the biggest liar at this scam company. Nevet buy from them again and will be telling Walmart don't place and order if it comes from this scam company.

There's a reason that this company only ranks a 1.12 outta 5…… description says 2 pieces - JETTINGBUY Butterfly Flower Windmill Colourful Wind Spinner Toy
1st off I currently have one from Dollar Store that is made of better material
2nd off I only got 1
Emailed the company who said to send them pics & videos of broken one - yada - yada - yada but never acknowledged that they ripped me off… CONSUMERS BEWARE DON'T WASTE YOUR $$$$$$

I ordered some toys for my sibling because they were guaranteed to arrive before Christmas. The promised delivery day arrives, and suddenly I recieve a text saying ""–Your package has arrived at distribution center RU22K7, but we cannot deliver it due to incorrect information provided by the sender. Ref #:*******329 –Please verify your address information in this link– US*******.01u6bg2ps.us–URU22K7""

Clicking the link brought me to a website that looked very much like the official USPS website...except the domain was completely wrong. It said something about needing me to pay 30 cents for redelivery, and asked for credit card information. On a hunch, I manually typed in the usps website, went to their tracking search, and pasted the tracking number provided me in the email. Right there, in black and white and red, was a warning that this tracking number had been used in a known scam!

USPS will NEVER charge for redelivery--I'm so glad I didn't add my card number. Now I'm out about thirty bucks, plus however much a replacement gift is going to be...it still beats whatever would have happened if they got hold of my bank info. Do NOT trust Joybuy!

Will not stop contacting

I unfortunately bought an item from them on Walmart.com. The item was not as pictured. Walmart had me contact them to try to resolve the matter. JoyBuy was not cooperative. They asked for the order number multiple times. I sent it multiple times. They asked for pictures multiple times. I sent them multiple times. They asked for proof of purchase multiple times and I sent it multiple times. Then they asked for a picture of the plastic shipping envelope. It could not be reused so I had thrown it away.
They contact me MULTIPLE TIMES PER WEEK. I have asked them to stop. They will not. I asked Walmart. They sent an email to them asking them to stop contacting me. THEY ARE STILL SENDING EMAILS BUT GETTING SOMEONE ELSE TO DO IT. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!

They don't send out your merchandise and then when you try and get ahold of someone from there they expect you to pay to talk to them about their screw up. Stay far away from these people snd stay far away from Walmart too because they use these idiots all the time.

I ordered two sofa tables on Walmart.com that were being shipped from third-party company Joybuy Express. The order was delayed three times and I received the text that it was delivered on my porch today, the package was as big as my hand and obviously not two sofa tables. I double check the tracking number and the order number and they were the same as the ones that I used or had from the tables that I had ordered. I opened the package and there were tiny rubber unicorn heads, they look like they were supposed to be some kind of bookends, each one was about the size of my fist. Absolutely not the two sofa tables I ordered and paid for. Did they really think they were going to get away with this, total scams! If the product wasn't available they should have just told me so and refunded me, Walmart refunded me within minutes but that's not the point. When I went back to find the tables on the Walmart site they were gone, when I clicked the order on my order history it said Paige is not found. They claim to be located in California but they have a Delaware phone number with some random generic answering machine message... I appreciate that Walmart took responsibility and issued my refund within minutes, but they should remove them as a vendor. The pictures below show the tables that I ordered on the left and the stupid unicorn things they sent me on the right

Terrible Customer Service

I bought Nighteye/led #9005 Vehicle headlight replacement bulbs thru Walmart Market Place and the order was filled by Joybuy.
The box says Three Year Warranty and there is a card inside saying the same and what to do if the lights fail. Cut the wires off and send a picture of the failed bulbs for warranty claim.
I contacted Nighteye for warranty claim and they said it was up to Joybuy to take care of the warranty. As they were the seller
I had to have Walmart email Joybuy to contact me which they did. Joybuy would not respond to my Email's. After the run around of about six emails Joybuy said Walmart rules did not cover my buy.
I then called Walmart again and this customer service man took care of it by issuing an E credit for the product amount.
Walmart is looking into a ban on Nighteye and Joybuy as in my case this three year warranty was a SCAM
Advice for any one else with similar seller on Walmart Market Place, keep in contact with Walmart and they will try and make it right.
In my case even all the Emails between me and Joybuy, the Walmart customer service man could see with out me forwarding them.

Fraudsters & Dishonest

In the beginning of Dec. 2nd or 3rd, I ordered a lady's toolkit through Walmart. Walmart has a vendor called Joybuy in China. This is the business I had to go through for my purchase through Walmart.
Joybuy tracked my delivery process. I never even received any tool kit!
I reached out to Joybuy about this situation. They told me my package was delivered in my mailbox. This was not true. My locked mailbox could not fit this package. My larger mailbox for larger packages would not be able to fit this package as well.
That being said, Joybuy continued to lie to me by telling me it was there. I was frustrated. Joybuy never truly helped me but told me two different stories. The first story was that my package was in route. The second story was that it was in my mailbox. They gave me a UPS and FedEx number to trace. I looked it up and the information said that my package had been delivered.
Unbelievable! They said it was delivered and would not refund me or send out the actual purchase I made. I was thankful that Walmart stepped in and gave me a refund. This happened after communicating with Joybuy at least 3 times to no avail. I am aggravated and angry that such a company would be listed with Walmart since they took my money and got nothing in return, they argued with me the customer and were dishonest. I will never order anything again from them and I let Walmart know that they should not allow Joybuy to sell anything to consumers affiliated with Joybuy. I warm all people to never buy from this seller.
I also reported this to the BBB, Walmart and now this review on site jabber.
