Mini tiller aka garbage

I purchased a mini tiller through the Walmart website. It arrived the same time I tore.my mcl ligament so it was quite awhile before I was up to putting the tiller together. I open the box and start putting it together to find that the box that came torn was missing several nuts, screws and washers. Then I noticed it is scratched and rusted in several places. I contacted the seller asking for help, since it was past the 30 day return time. I received no response. I tried taking it back to Walmart only to be told they could not give a refund but I could call 1800walmart and let their people co tact the seller. Walmart needs to quit selling this place garbage. I won't quit until I get my.money back.

Ordered a simple product to connect hose to water faucet and it took forever to get it. Was promised it a month sooner than I finally got the product (which didn't have any directions with it). I had to call multiple times about why I had not received it yet. Would not order from this company again.

Bought an item via Walmart.com and a few days later received a shipping notification, like a normal order. But tracking shows a shipping order was generated but the item never actually went out the door. Three weeks later, it was marked as delivered but on the same day the Walmart site made it look like I'd initiated a return, and processed it along with a full refund. So I never got the item, but at least I got my money back. Just a weird experience overall.

One star only because zero not avaiable. Shipped from Houston by JoyBuy NJ? Wrong product a lot of resistance in correcting. Finally threw product away and lodge complaint w/FTC and Walmart. Chinese company some correspondence in Chines. No honor, still cheap second rate supplier and customer support. Will make every effort to avoid Chinese vendor or do without.

I ordered one shirt from them in August and it's now October and I still don't have my item! Don't order anything from this company because they are a scam and a rip off and you'll be lucky if you receive anything!

Warranty

Before you venture and buy products at high prices from the store watch out. The store is giving up the warranty. He doesn't answer the issues. It offers no solutions. You're going to lose your money. Don't buy expensive products from the store. There's no guarantee. The store is very bad and does not provide help or warranty after sale.
I don't recommend buying from the store at all.
I bought the MI AMAZFIT STRATOS Smart watch that broke down after about 3 months I filed a warranty claim I did not get a response to the case until 45 days later and the solution was to close the case only. I advise you not to waste your money with them.

Terrible
October 19, 2021

Terrible customer service. Item missing from order. Got the total runaround - telling me to check with the neighbors. Post office, even my bank! I responded to every email. But received an email telling me they were closing my file because they hadn't heard from me. Tried calling the number provided and only got voicemail. Did not get a replacement or refund. Rip off artists for sure!

Purchased through Walmart with Joybuy as the seller. After weeks of waiting for my non back ordered item, I was sent a message that it was successfully delivered to an unknown address in a different state. They told Walmart they were shipping me a new one, but directly contacted me on the side to ask if I wanted a refund instead. When I would respond, they robotically started the conversation over again. Had to get Walmart to intervene again.

Gee, where can I begin, they SUCK. Shipping generic razor blades or taking a month to ship a product. How about having the shipping company return a broken item prior to delivery and they didn't ship a replacement.

Horrible customer service
December 20, 2021

I ordered 5 items from this company which were all matching pajamas. They sent me all the items, except an incorrect size. I did not know this until a week before Christmas when I was wrapping presents for my family. I asked more than 5 different times through email if they can send out a new size, and I will send back out the incorrect size and they denied this. I also stated I needed to then return the entire order since my family would not be matching and they also denied this. They have terrible customer service. Their product is not good. And if they make a mistake, there is no way to have it rectified. I now have a dispute with my credit card company with this business because they are not sending me the item I paid for. I would never recommend this business to anyone.

SCAM! Purchase through Walmart.com experience

This company is a SCAM! They sent me a dress that looks nothing like the picture on the website. Totally different pattern. Walmart also sucks when you need to return something. I brought the dress to the store and they didn't have a certain paper to print information on to do my return. When I came back, they said I had to contact Walmart customer service, so Walmart customer service contacted Joybuy and they sent me an email. I explained to them the situation and they tried to gaslight me saying it was the same dress and refused to return my money twice.
Save yourself the headache and don't purchase from them. You'll most likely get a knockoff version of the item on the website picture.

Do not buy from Joybuy
September 13, 2022

I ordered two bags of skeleton bones for party decor from them, through Walmart. Eac bag had 27 pieces for a total of 54. I was expecting 54 bones to arrive weighing over 12 lbs. What arrived was a small bag of shredded paper. Not joking, a bag of shredded paper weighing less than a ounce arrived. I was shocked and contacted Walmart, who than contacted Joybuy. They were slow and had no answer as to how or why. They have no contact information and are very hard to communicate with. Based out of China and no American contact information what so ever. Avoid this business and shop somewhere you can actually speak to someone.

Frustrated

I purchased 24 mini lights 30.00 I get 2 I have sent them emails with videos and pictures no response told them to send product that I ordered but still no response sad part is I've done been scammed twice with china there's another company to watch for (Blazoe) which is now something else china sucks

MISSING OUTFIT

Refund finally issued
October 27, 2020

Because they sent me childrens clothes instead of what I ordered, I threatened to go to the top with a complaint to Walmart Customer Care. They finally gave me a refund and told me to keep the pants. I will give to a charity so if you have a complaint, threaten them with Walmart and Federal Trade Commission. This doesnt say much for them though, so dont order anything from these thieves.

Purchased a computer desk floormat thru Walmart and the periphery is the design in posting but the mat is 5 inches by 6 inches and might fit one of my wheels on computer chair but not the area it is for as posted. Pull your heads out of the gutter and fire the shipping supervisor for this stunt
