They sent my package to Florida I live in Nebraska. They sell through Walmart I thought I was buying from Walmart.
I am very frustrated with this seller. I place my order a Month ago. I finally get my order, when I opened it there are missing products. I order a set of 4 kitchen brushes only one came in the package. I contacted customer service and no one has been able to resolve my order. Very bad customer service. Never shopping from here again.
My boyfriend ordered a $3800 engagement ring but what I got was about $100 opal ring in sterling silver instead of white gold and no diamonds! Now they are giving him a runaround! Never order from these people go to your local jeweler!
The shipment tracker has my correct deliver to address in Texas, however the shipment tracker shows my order was delivered to a PO box in New Jersey. My order was about $13. A very cheap plastic spoon, which I did NOT order, was delivered to my address. Waiting for a response. I can't return a product I did not receive.

I ordered a birthday gift It was in the beginning of a month like January 5th,It is now January 30th. I ended up ordering a different birthday gift for my friend From someone else and got it on time. The packagr is still where the original came from stuck for some reason. I have tried to get ahold of them 4 different times. No response, nothing. I have to put in for a return for a package that I haven't even gotten yet. This isn't the first time that I've ordered from joybuy Where the product is late. And a lot of stuff I've gotten from them is really cheap looking. They should be embarrassed to even be a company. They want to be a better company maybe they should start with better customer service. And not cheep products. I can get the same exact products through TEMU CHEEPER AND STILL GET IT ON TIME!
Ordered „bicycle saddle" on Walmart.com and received some kind of a cover in an envelope. Picture showed actually saddle and the instructions also described how to install an actual saddle, not a cover
I was trying to buy items for my daughter for Xmas from Joybuy. Tried to buy 3 items that they were selling at Walmart. This review is for one of the items. I dont want to take the time and do this 2 more times so here's the jest. Each said it was available and each was cancelled around 10 days with no communication taking another 10 days for funds to be returned. Merry Christmas!

I Ordered Batman pj's on Nov 23, which one would think is ample time for Christmas delivery? But I was strung alone with messages that it was delayed but would be receiving soon. I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!
I want my refund, this is not my problem. This a problem on you guys end. I ordered this since December 8th and when I placed my order it said item will arrive on DECEMBER 21st! Just today it CHANGED and said December 28th! I needed this for CHRISTMAS. There is no use for this item if I can't make my baby wear this on Christmas Day. Christmas is on the 25th not the 28th, I will appreciate it if you just refund me back my money since this is a problem on your end. Why is it that it said "ARRIVES TODAY" and when I checked it again it said "ARRIVES DEC 28" this is so upsetting! I really needed this for my baby and now I don't have his Christmas outfit. This is my first child and his first Christmas. I just wanted him to enjoy his first everything.
Very poor order my idea on November 24 at first they said I would get it on Dec the 6 but never came they clam it was lost in transit but after I contacted them the package moved a lot fast
No wonder it has a 1.1 star rating. If I'd known they would post my order being shipped on 12/12 to be delivered by 12/21 would be cancelled by then on 12/21, I would not have ordered anything from them. My Christmas gifts to my kids has been ruined. They need to stop advertising if they cannot fulfill orders. Very disappointed in this company and their 3rd party advertisers..
I ordered some toys for my sibling because they were guaranteed to arrive before Christmas. The promised delivery day arrives, and suddenly I recieve a text saying ""–Your package has arrived at distribution center RU22K7, but we cannot deliver it due to incorrect information provided by the sender. Clicking the link brought me to a website that looked very much like the official USPS website...except the domain was completely wrong. It said something about needing me to pay 30 cents for redelivery, and asked for credit card information. On a hunch, I manually typed in the usps website, went to their tracking search, and pasted the tracking number provided me in the email. Right there, in black and white and red, was a warning that this tracking number had been used in a known scam!
USPS will NEVER charge for redelivery--I'm so glad I didn't add my card number. Now I'm out about thirty bucks, plus however much a replacement gift is going to be...it still beats whatever would have happened if they got hold of my bank info. Do NOT trust Joybuy!
In October of this year I ordered what looked like a beautiful evening gown. It never showed up. They blamed the shipper. Upon calling the shipper the shipper says that they never got the order from Joyby. When I called Walmart all they want to do is cancel, cancel, cancel. We canceled it. We reordered it early November. It's December it never came. Once again Joyby tried to claim that they sent it to the shipper. Shipper says they never got it. Don't buy anything from Joyby, you won't get it. They now have left me high and dry without an evening gown for an event in 2 weeks. Walmart should not be selling and listing this company's products on their site. Walmart should be ashamed of themselves and I told them so.
Never got my item, just emails saying sorry, your order is delayed and tracking showed item never left China!
Sony WH-1000XM5 headphones, pictures are perfect (and say Sony) but text description does not say Sony, but just the Sony model number... Not $300+ but only $40... I was tempted to take the risk that I might get a decent knock-off... but who wants to do business with Joybuy? (I don't)

I am 74 years old and ordered the Bow Maker and it said it comes with instructions, well it came and what a joke even at24 I don't think I could have seen the pictures and by the way there is instructions for 2 bows is all. If you want your Bow Maker back your welcome to it because no one could figure this out. Never recommend this product
Not only was this item bad Walmart has yet to acknowledge that I returns the product and no money back., 3 returns from Walmart. No MONEY
I would rate -5 if possible. I ordered a 4 pack of aquarium filter socks for my fish tank sump filter. After waiting 2 weeks and no tracking info, I dug a little deeper. I found the tracking number had switched, due to the package supposedly coming from China. I then checked the new tracking number and the package was never received by the USPS. Joybuy generated a shipping ticket, but never shipped the package. Luckily Walmart refunded my money, and gave me a store credit for $15. Thanks for the credit, but I really needed the filter socks for my fish tank. When ordering from Walmart.com make sure that the item is being shipped by Walmart themselves. If it's sold by a 3rd party seller, do not buy it.
