Refuse to refund my money and I have nothing Keep sending me same email. Beware cancelled order and they took my 59 dollars anyway

Sent different item then purchased! First pic is what I ordered. Second is what came...months later!

Don't buy anything from this company, they are thieves, selling mediocre products at huge markups. Boycott this horrible, garbage company.

This company has several advertisements for an underdoor sealer, to keep cold air and insects from crawling under your door, but they're not credible. They've changed the delivery date of the items, four times since September 9th when I ordered and today is September 13th.

Initially it was supposed to arrive on September 12th, 2022. Then they sent a text saying they changed the expected date to September 14th, then sent a 3rd message saying, "Great news! We're shipping your order out earlier than expected! It will arrive on the 21st."

Now I've received an email that says they refuse to refund my money because it's already shipped and due to arrive on the 27th!

That's a 16 day difference and FALSE ADVERTISING. On the Walmart website it has a caption directly underneath the product that says there's a 2-Day Shipping, 3-Day Shipping time frame.

I'm looking at the website now and it's different than before. They don't have their name underneath like it was on September 9th when I ordered the parts.

This could be a scam. That's the only thing that could explain the confusing messages and four different delivery dates.

Stay away from em,.,.,...,... They are a Chinese scam partnered with walmart joybuy or jd Chinese scam

Do NOT buy a Pet Sim plushy claiming to have a code. They've taken it out and selling the plushy only.

I just need the right product sent to me please. I bought through walmart.im just asking for the right product.

Almost 3 weeks from the time I ordered, I received tge wrong item. I thought I was buying from Walmart but was directed to this company from China.

I ordered five boxes of golf balls from WalMart/Joybuy and received five packs of stickers for scrapbooking!

I ordered A steel rack with weight set and only received a plastic rack...! BE CAREFUL OF THIS COMPANY THEY ARE TERRIBLE

I ordered online thru Walmart, then they took the payment right away, then that's it! NO ITEM, NO DELIVERY, NO REPLY!
This company is pathetic.
