The stores, website and customer service are a joke, whatever it is you want buy it somewhere else. Store associate ordered the wrong size shoe, I ordered it myself on the website, after checkout I get an error message to call customer service to order my items. It's been over a week, 4 phone calls and an email later and I still do not have a receipt, confirmation or tracking number for my package. Last purchase ever with this company. I'll find it on amazon!
I ordered a pair of shoes on 12/1/19 on 12/2/19 got a email saying good news your order has shipped. Today is 12/14/19 and I still have no shoes!
No tracking information is available. Thursday I was told they have to contact the warehouse and it will take one-two business days. HOW CRAZY! Offered me a $10 off coupon. I just want my shoes here before Christmas!
I am so upset! I ordered two pairs of shoes that I needed that would be comfortable for D. C. trip due to much walking. The box said size 8 which we checked but day of trip my daughter went to put on and they were a 6! Not happy! We bought platforms due to comfort and now she has no good walking shoes for trip! I even paid $13 extra dollars because the store had none of her size in stock. In fact they were out of so many sizes. I'm so unhappy my daughter left with no comfortable shoes. I want my money back for shipping too! No wonder you have two stars on the majority of your reviews.
This is my first time ordering from Journeys online and I am very dissatisfied. I was so excited opening my box to my new Fila Disrupters only to find out one shoe was new and the other one worn. It seems that they sent me a show that they had in display... the one that everyone tries on. Disgusting! By the way my shipment was also late. I called customer service twice and they were so nonchalant about my issue. Please do not shop here at least online, you never know what you might get. Very disappointed first time customer.
I apparently ordered too many pairs of shoes at once from the website, was flagged as a reseller, and can never order shoes from Journeys again online, as my name, email address, and shipping address were all flagged. A baffling, horribly frustrating customer service experience from start to finish. If you wish to purchase shoes from Journeys, order 1 pair at a time, I guess. Had to make many phone calls to straighten it out, and they still screwed up my Paypal account by not releasing the authorization holds on the purchases.
I cannot stress enough about how you should AVOID buying from their website online. They cancel your order without any kind of notification. They don't refund you back on your card (they send you a refund cheque instead) even if you paid in the store for an online order for a different size. The customer service on the phone is $#*!. They're rude, unprofessional and don't know what they're doing. My cheque was voided twice, once because they spelled my name wrong and once because they spelled my address wrong (even after repeating both like 5 times on the phone). It will take over a month for you to get your money back and they do nothing to make up for all their silly mistakes. However, the guy at the store was sweet but the customer service on the phone, just NO. I would never buy from this company ever again because they made my whole process so frustrating!
I never been to the store but I purchased shoes two times online. They are fast in sending the purchase. Once I had to exchange a model for a different one and it took them a week to update me regarding the process. I found out that was because I sent the parcel with Canada Post instead of UPS! I wish they informed people about that in the website.
They have helpful staff answering the phone and in total I'm satisfied with their service and would definitely buy from them again.
I ordered two pairs of shoes for my daughter for back to school. First they didn't come until school started and then I only received one pair of shoes but the worst part is they put the same tracking number on both pair of shoes. So basically it shows I received two pairs even though I only received one package and I'm pissed. I called customer service and they have to do a lost package claim which takes 8-10 business days before I will get any news. I want a refund and I'm never ordering from them again. I'm done with the store totally. I d attached a photo of the box that was delivered today 8/16/18@5:42 and I called customer service at 5:53 to ask. Out my other pair. I believe a store employee stole them. FedEx never received the package. I believe this is nothing new and I'm not the only one this has happened to.
So I chatted with Anthony at customer service today and he informed me after I had already waited 8 days for an answer that it could take another 4 to 6 weeks to get a refund. My wife got me these boots for Christmas, I just returned to work after having a brain tumor in February. I was so grateful to get these boots even though we couldn't afford them. So now after eight days without an answer I have to wait 4 to 6 weeks for the process to be completed or not. I won't even need boots by the time this is over. I would not recommend Journeys to anyone, they were great until I needed something. HELP. Why is that so hard to ask for?
Never again. They sent the wrong shoes and put all of the hassle and effort to return them on me. Spent over 45 minutes dealing with various "customer service" people. They offered me a $10 gift card which I told them to keep as I will NEVER shop there again. I wish I had looked at this site or Trustpilot first.
All these reviews should tell the company something its obvious they are either a scam company and do not care about their customer just money or they need to fix the problem. My order never was fixed said it could not be fixed because it left yet it still is not traceable. No item the worse customer service and even their social media sight is useless. All lies and the news, better business bureau should be aware.
This is my first time ordering from Journeys. After I placed my order I was curious and wanted to see what other ppl thought which is when I came across this site. After reading the terrible reviews, I became so scared and constantly tracked my package and even chatted with them on their site about my package twice to make sure things were okay. The first chat was honestly not as helpful as the second time I chatted with them but the second chat did calm my nerves as they told me the estimated delivery date and my current status. My package came right on time and I ordered a pair of docs which were completely brand new and perfect, the right size and everything. I think they stepped up their game due to all the bad reviews, so I would recommend ordering from here but just be cautious.
Ordered a wheat 6 inch timberland boot that was 159.99 as a Christmas gift and received a gray boot that is a completely different style that's 89.99 online. The worse time to mess up an order and then the only thing you can tell me to do is an exchange. When I have no time to do that and someone will be left without a Christmas gift. All because you can't match an order. Not even the same color or style. Unbelievable. Will never order from here again.
Before yesterday, I never had a problem w/ Journeys. But then I found out that under no circumstance does this store allow you to cancel your order OR make changes. (What site does that in this day and age?) So if you found yourself in a situation where you ordered the wrong size, prepare yourself for the weeks worth of games that'll ensue. I purchased a pair of shoes online from Journey's for my husband's birthday. The shoes did not fit and we mailed them back to exchange for a different size, following the instructions at Journey's.com. I battled for 2 months with Journeys who said we had never returned them and one sales rep said "no one really does returns by mail". I was furious at being out $80, but finally gave up because I was getting no results and vowed never to shop at Journeys again... 6 months later I received a check in the mail with no explanation for $10 less than I paid. This was better than nothing, but I had actually requested a different sized shoe not a refund! This was also the incorrect amount! I still will never shop with this company again.
We have been waiting since Mid December for a pair of uggs we ordered on store. They were initially sent to the wrong address and then they sent the check to the wrong address we have made over 10 calls and today I was finally told the check would be expedited and we would have it at 3 to 5 days I would never order anything else from this site their customer service is horrible and all they do is lie

I've never visit their site, never been to their store, I'm not even an american, somehow i received this email from them stating "Review your recent order" I've never purchased anything like this, and it makes me worry sick if my card has been used by someone or else personal information has been stolen, what a low move, it's evil company like this that's doing damage to trust between people, please watch out and do not buy anything from them.
Well they're thieves for one. It's now March 31st 2022 and I'm still waiting for the money they owe me from August 2021. I have all the emails of them saying the money is coming oh accounting error but they'll expedite it. Not only did it never come, they stopped answering my emails. I reported them to the better business bureau only to have it forwarded to the states then back to Canada etc. They are dishonest and I would never ever shop there. I've told everyone I know not to shop there. I've attached just one of the emails from them confirming the refund owed to me.

At checkout I was given the option to take a survey and get a credit up to $100. I did the survey and then was taken to a page where I could select up to four magazine subscriptions that were over $100 in combined value. This is clearly not what people expect when you tell them that you may get $100 if they take the survey. I assumed that it would be up to that amount in money off of my next purchase, but it wasn't. Even so, I went through the magazines (which all appeared to be from last year, so maybe just those magazines trying to push unsold copies), selected what I thought was best, and was taken to checkout where they wanted me to pay for shipping ($8). Absolutely ridiculous, tricking people into taking your survey with a worthless (-$8 value) incentive. I would have left different responses on the survey had I known what they were about to do.
