This might be a no-brainer to some. But I guess it wasn't to me. Ideally I wanted to fill out my shipping/billing stuff online myself, but when my first order cancelled & second one wouldn't go through I called. First off my first package was delivered to my billing address- which was inconvient for my situation. Then my second package arrived at my neighbors house (obviously FedEx's fault bug still). Secondly the shoes I ordered (two pairs of converse) came in completely wrong sizes. I am a womens 11 & one pair came in a kids 11 & the other a men's 11. But when I went into my closest Journey's location to exchange they were very nice about it. Overall I don't want to be ajerk complaining- I merely just want to say if I were you I would go un store or just order online & not over the phone. Also be prepared for possible shipping to billing address yours is different like mine! So just be aware of how you order your purchases & the shipping company the use & you should be able to give a better review than me haha!

On May 17 2016 I went and bought two pair of shoes for my kids and some socks which and everything was fine until I paid using my Visa Debit Card, I was told that my card was rejected that I only had 10 dollars left something that was no possible so I said I will call my bank to find out whats going on and I left the store so I got into my bank account using my cell phone and I found out that they had charged me the $ 100.57 any ways I got back to the store and complained to the manager so he called journeys support and after 30 minutes or so they requested that I Email them a copy of my bank account showing the charge which I did that day, they sent me an Email saying that some from customer care was going to contact me within 24 hours to handle it but over a week later and and no one has called me, so I called them back and after one hour of discussion all they say is that the refund can take up to 30 days to process because it was charged using a Debit Card, which was very frustrating to find out, I spoke to a supervisor and I just went off on him and worst that he told me that they do not sent Email to let customers know whats going on with their refunds either you call and find out or you wait and nothing happens... the worst place to buy and request a refund. I would not recommend buying from...

Orders take way too long to arrive. Would of just bought it in store if they were actually in stock. Nothing is ever in store seems like. Just awful.

I ordered a pair of boots for my boyfriend for his birthday IN STORE. Then ordered another the next day online. For the online ones they sent me a cancellation confirmation. I emailed them saying I never cancelled the order and I want/need the boots. They said they don't have them in stock and their inventory was wrong and no store seems to have them. I said How can you cancel an order without even notifying the person who purchased them? All they did was apologize for the inconvenience. I said I looked again today and you still have them available online, if you don't have them take them off your site so some other sucker doesn't want them too. Here we are a week later and they are still showing as available online. Now the IN STORE pair I ordered it has been a week and no boots still so I tracked the order and surprise surprise that order was cancelled too but this one wasn't refunded and again I was not notified of anything! WORST COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I am not looking for handouts but they didn't even offer a coupon or something for the inconvenience it's caused me because here we are a week AFTER my boyfriend's birthday and still no gift for him!

I bought a pair of Disney princess toddler shoes for my toddler online. When the order was ready for pickup, we drove over an hour to go pick them up (only store near us that had these shoes in stock). When we got them we checked they were the right shoes and right size, didn't fully inspect them because obviously you think you're buying a brand new pair of shoes. They never disclosed the fact she shoes were returns and now being resold to us, nor the fact they had be worn and beat up. As soon as i got them out of the box to look at them, I saw they had scuffs and marks on them. The pink fabric on the top the shoe (by the "tongue" was almost completely ripped. The inside of the heel fabric was worn down. Super disappointing considering I drove 2 hours total for these shoes. I called the store to let them know, they asked me to come back and return them. Absolutely not, no way i'm making that drive again just to leave empty handed. I took them to the journeys closest to me to return them and the cashier placed an order for a brand new pair to be delivered to my house. I told her my address and we confirmed it. When I got in the car and checked my receipt, I see the wrong city was inputted. I called them, they said there's nothing they can do and to call customer service. I called customer service and explained the situation. After being placed on hold for over 20 minutes the CSR tells me there's nothing she can do but she will contact her manager and they'll call me back. I didn't receive a call back that day or the next, then it was christmas so I understood. Even as of yesterday, 12/28, they did not call me back. I called again, my address was never corrected. The CSR corrected my address then tells me it may take one or two days to reflect the change. She then proceeded to tell me that my order was going to be delivered 12/29 and they couldn't guarantee they would deliver to the correct address so I needed to call FEDEX to have them stop my delivery! I got onto Fedex's website and it said I could stop the package but pickup would be in Tampa. Anyways, I let fedex make the delivery in hopes they would see the street address and know my city. They did great and I got my order. Just when I thought this headache was over, I open the shoes to find they back of both shoes are dirty and have scuffs? I just don't understand. I'll never buy from journeys again.

Horrible experience with this Journeys.com -- I am beyond annoyed and frustrated. I feel taken advantage of during the holidays. I'm out $300+ and no merchandise. They have just lost a 10+ year longstanding customer and they could care less. Basically, my order arrived with box ripped open, retaped 3 missing items -- went to store next day in hopes they could help but was redirected to online. Called customer service online and was told that I have to wait 12 days for a fedex investigation to be done - the rep hung up on me when she was "commenting the account" - I called back extremely upset and she happened to answer the phone again - I was very unpleasant at this point - On the phone for 2 hours complaining to no avail. Basically, I have to wait 12 days to find out their investigation results! THIS IS RIDICULOUS -- Why wouldn't they call fedex with me on the phone? There is no picture of the delivery, there is no signature! Why would they send a package that is over $300 with no signature? I am beyond frustrated. Suddenly their error is my fault. I am the customer. It's not my fault that the package arrived with missing items. I called back because my husband thought this was unacceptable I asked for supervisor 2 twice and was hung up on once -- the third call -- I was told that their phone lines are not working well. I smell BULL! For some reason they just do not care.
This si my money and I am out $300+ during xmas -- this is not fair or just. After waiting a few minutes on the that the call, finally got me on the phone with a supervisor named Melvina Milligan, who barely listened - she was located in TN and was working from home. Of course she could care less - how could you be professional and care about your job and offer ANY "customer service" when you are sitting in your PJs at home eating bon bons? The casual disinterest in her communication alone is reason enough to fire her. The complete disregard and and disconcern for the situation was shocking and made me even more agitated. I was and am beyond frustrated - how could a supervisor allow for a company such as fedex get3 away with ripping a customer off by $300+ and not offere a solution? I asked made multiple suggestions: resent me the items and require a signature upon delivery to ensure the items arrive, credit my account so that I can get the items in the store, credit my account and let me get it somewhere else, this woman would to agree to anything. My concern is that these items are popular and they will probably sell out - they are uggs and xmas gifts for my kids. The worst part is that all items are low in stock and the 12 day investigation doesn't end until 12/20/22 - All I want is a refund and to never ever deal with these people. I asked this woman for the name of the president of the company and she didn't know - I asked her for an email address and again for a corporate number and all she kept giving me was the phone number that I had originally called. She clearly has no clue. All she kept saying was we have to wait for the Fedex investigation which takes 12 days. She then suggested that I call Fedex myself -- I was so mad at that point that I told her that I would be posting this experience all over social media -- I am beyond aggravated. I also commit to NEVER giving Journeys another cent. My company will no longer purchase gifts from Journeys -- Zumiez will now earn my business. This is an absolute disgrace. I will be posting this everywhere.

Hi, I was searching for some puma sneakers I've been wanting forever and they had them on sale for the best price online. I should have known that was a red flag! They said that they would be shipped within 5-7 days with free shipping. Exciting right, NO! After 2 weeks I contacted them because I knew it was around the holidays. Don't call them because they won't pick up. Called twice and waited for an hour. No answer. Did the call back when your time's up on the phone line and they never called back. Did that twice. Then, Then, I emailed them twice and no one contacted me back! This is almost 3 weeks since I paid and I knew I was probably being scammed and was going to lose my money. I can on this site and found out others had the same issues but some luck getting contact. So, went back to the site and they offer a live chat and it took 30 mins. On hold and someone actually came up and said they couldn't help me and and that they will get back to me in 4 days? WHAT! I was like this is serious. It has to be a joke. In that time I was trying to figure out what would happen. Then, 7 days later because they don't tell the truth- I get an email that says that my sneakers have shipped! After 3 weeks they have finally shipped. I was disgusted and relieved at the same time. So, I prayed and hoped I would see these sneakers in the next year. Lol After a week I get something left a my door and it was the sneakers. I hoped that they were correct as ordered and they were. So, after 1 month and all that wasted time and stress I still got them but, man I will never ever ever again deal with some site that I've never heard of again. Please stay away. Because, I bet there were people that never recieved packages and they had to fight. I think when I spoke to that live chat lady she knew I would be the type to sue over $40 sneakers so she had to process. Hope this helped someone.

First off I visit a store outside of town, ordered my daughter a pair of shoes, ofcourse they send a MENS size for my daughter. I reach out to them they told me send the wrong pair of shoes back & once they have the tracking number, they would send out the correct pair, mind you she even checked in their warehouse to be sure they had the correct size, weeks go by no call, no email, nothing so I decided to call... Well what do you know! They don't have the correct shoe in so they just canceled my order without my knowledge & because I paid in cash at a store while on vacation they just took it upon themselves to issue a check, weeks go by I get a check and it has the wrong name on it? Like how the hell does this happen when you verify name address and phone number before you even verify the order number? So I politely call back they apologize and said they will void the check and send out another check but this time will be a fast delivery on it so I don't have to wait so long for my money! Well here we are again weeks later no check no email no phone call! So I call back again being polite and positive as I have always been and I get put on hold... guy comes back and says mam my supervisor is trying to track the voided check down to be able to get you a clear answer let me verify your number so he can return your call? Really? I have never in my life had to deal with months of getting the run around! Not to mention they sent me a $5 off of a $25 coupon! A deal that is already going on and you think you're giving me a deal for the insane amount of weeks that you have lied to me, given me the run around on an order your people $#*!ed up not once, not twice, not 3xs but 4xs! I will never and I mean NEVER spend my hard earned money with Journeys ever again! I will go through the exact shoe website before I ever spend a dime with these people ever again! Then to top it off act as if I'm a burden, I just want my money that you all canceled without my knowledge! Sorry sorry sorry business!

I ordered Toms online. Everything was good, fast shipping, and exactly what I ordered except they must run big because they didn't fit properly. So I decided to walk them into a store and exchange them for a smaller size because we would be doing some back to school shopping at a mall that is about 45 mins from where I live and I saw that this mall had an Journeys and they said I could return to any store as long as I had my receipt. So the return went smoothly(so I thought). When I got home and decided to try them on again I realized that they gave me two different size shoes! Left shoe was a 9 and right was a 8. So back to the store I go once again but this time closer to the one near I live. This time they didn't have the shoes and said that they wouldn't be able to return them anyway because they're not allowed to separate the sizes for shoes, and that I would have to go back to the store that I got them from. After some back and forth with the manager they decided to do a refund and just give me my money back. Now since I had a coupon from another purchase I decided to try my luck and purchase another pair of shoes(Converses) for my daughter. Now I should have learned my lesson from last time and just call me stupid and gullible but I should have checkedthe sizes before I purchased them but I didn't. So fast forward I get home and go to try them on her and long and behold one was a 7 and the other an 8. Can you say furious. Got me not once but twice. This has been a major inconvenience so back to the store I go today and I will be checking and double checking the sizes. The only thing I say is make sure you do the same!

I placed an order on the website, on 7/22/20. My package was supposed to go to a FedEx pickup location. I received an email at a later date saying my package was being returned to the sender, due to the FedEx pickup location being closed (which wasn't shown on the website when this location was picked).
After receiving this message, I first contacted FedEx to see if I could pick the package up, which they said I would have to contact the sender. I then went into a journeys location (Springfield Mall, where it said the package was being sent to), to ask if the package was there, at which time the mgr on duty stated it was not there yet, but that it would be refunded back once it came to the store. The mgr stated that I could at that time repurchase, which I didn't want to do because the purchase was cheaper online.
She then advised me to contact customer service.
I contacted customer service on 3 different occasions (online chat), with each representative telling me the same thing, that they put in a new request to have the package redelivered to me, at my hone address. They all verified my address and said I would receive an email with a new delivery confirmation number me, once processed.
Today, I called the customer service number, and spoke to a representative. While the representative was polite, I hadn't received an answer different than the previous 3 representatives. I was offered nothing but an apology for a 3 week wait, for a purchase I was already charged for.
Also, during this whole process of me reaching out to this company, no one has even attempted to contact me, by phone, email, nothing!
At this point, I just want my money back.
I never received this poor, inattentive, treatment from a company that I give my hard earned money to! I will never shop at this company again! I will shop with competitors instead, who shows me that they appreciate my business, and works expeditiously to rectify their terrible customer service.
To top it off, I stated that I would complain with the corporate office, and I was told that this was it! Go figure!

Placed an online order on July 17th, website estimated 3-5 days for delivery. On July 21st I reached out to a customer service rep on chat to see if my order would be processed or cancelled. They told me it takes 4-7 days to process and it would be 2 business days until I get a response from my inquiry. So basically I would get a response in the 25th when the item should have been delivered in the 26th. On the 26th I reached out on chat again because the status of my order still hadn't changed. The rep told me the same exact thing and to call customer service for a quicker response if I was unsatisfied. So I called to hear the same answers, which by the way I could read myself under my order history online. "Processing" "released to store". After a 30min hold I was told I would here back after 24hrs. Putting me at 8 business days from when I placed my order. I finally received an email update 31 hrs from that call stating that my order was cancelled because it was out of stock. Now- I am in retail. The item was in stock when I purchased and if I was able to visit a store at that moment I would have been able to purchase. 3 days after I placed the order the item was still in stock in my state but the order was still not processed. Retail is very slow at the moment and if an order was released to a store the same day it was placed, there is no excuse for it to take over 8 days to be notified of a cancellation. That just means the teams in the store do not have the urgency to actually process the orders that should be fulfilled by their store. They get a notification on the platform they use, they find the item, package the item to ship, complete the order using the same platform which then that would update your order online and the item would be picked up and shipped to the client! Very simple process but the store teams are either not trained or just rather be on their mobile devices and could care less.
