I went to Annapolis mall journeys kids yesterday. For one I went in and asked a question and the woman said "what are you talking about" so rudely it was insane. Secondly I got across my question and finally purchased my shoes that I didn't need to try on because I knew my size. I check the shoes in my car after I left and one was clearly dirty and brown and used and one was brand new. I watched her check the shoes before I purchased them I just didn't think to look until I noticed the whole experience was off. I go back in I had my receipt emailed. Never received it even tho she read it to me as she was typing. They then go you paid credit it won't go back on right away. I pay debt with every single thing in my life so I'm unsure how that's true. On top of that. I paid an extra $20 for the same pair of shoes I've boughten multiple times. The price increase wasn't really the problem. It was the fact that she was SO rude, and checked the shoes before ringing them out for me when they were clearly dirty. Even when I went back in she said "so what's wrong with it". I've worked in retail for 9 years and would never just make this up. I even have a picture. One shoe was literally dirty, brown, and worn of some sort and the other was crispy white. She could have said I'm so sorry I'll switch them out instead she tried to make me feel like I was stupid and one wasn't. I have always come to only this store for my vans but absolutely never again. I buy a new pair every few months because I like them to look new but honestly I would rather wait for the delivery and pay for shipping then go back.
After ordering boots on the web site that says 2-5 business days delivery and they deliver 9 business days later they send the wrong size. I got return label on Dec 27 and was told a 2 week turn around with new size so I sent them off. Three weeks later after no contact I followed up. And they had to track it and couldn't find them. After an hour they found them and said I would have them in 2 weeks. Guess what no boots. I chat again. 2 weeks again. Call again. 5 weeks after they get them and they tell me out of stock no contact from them and when were they going to contact me. Oh we don't contact you. If I hadn't followed up what would have happened. I'm in Canada, I asked for supervisor and I got a woman from south states who couldn't care less. Asked to rate their service she said she didn't care. How to explain to a child her Christmas present she was promised 5 times is now not coming. Do not use this company

I placed an order in a store on May 30. When the shoes arrives they was the wrong shoe not even the same brand. I sent the shoes back and ended up having to call and the return was there and they still didn't send out the right shoe. 10 days after they got the shoe back I had to call to get them to send out the right shoe. A week went by no shipping confirmation so I called back and was told that they was expediting my order and it would be next day. Another week went by and still no shoes so I call back for them to tell me that my order was canceled that the shoe was not in stock and a cashiers check had been sent out it will take 10-14 business days. One more call to see where my refund is because I haven't received it yet and was told today that the cashiers check was just sent out on 7-15 and in 10-14 days I should receive it. I WILL NEVER SHOP JOURNEYS AGAIN THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD TRYING TO GET A PAIR OF SHOES JOURNEYS SUCK
Worst. Company. Ever. Their customer service is a disgrace. I literally ordered something from the new Simpsons x Vans collab and being a huge fan of both of those, I was so stoked to get my product. I was even among the first wave of people to purchase from them, like I stayed up late that night and copped them shortly after midnight and guess what, people were still able to cop the morning after. So, after a week of not getting any updates on my order shipping, I get the best (sarcasm) e-mail of my life: they're all like "Sorry, but we had to cancel your order because it is no longer in stock". This literally makes zero sense and while explaining to them how it's absolute BS, they're just like "we're sorry to hear this and I completely understand your frustration, but they're no longer in stock and we had to cancel several other orders too". So yeah, I guess I'm not the only one to witness this company's $#*!tiness. In the original cancel e-mail, they sent me 5 bucks... amazing. Bruh, how about a new pair of shoes. It's not like I'm expecting a successful order with this coupon.
If you're gonna buy from Journey's, definitely go in the store instead. But don't EVER buy from their website, they truly suck.
I ordered a pair of shoes from them and never received them instead I received a check and wasn't informed that I wasn't getting the shoes I advised everyone to take their money to Dillard or Macy plz let's boycott this store so they can go out of business
For starters, I have no issues with Journey's as a brand. I have been a shopper there before, and will be at another store in the future. This one specific incident was in a mall in Ohio, and involved two specific employees. I was talking with one of the sales people and they were being really nice to me, not pressuring me to buy shoes, just having a nice chat about shoes and stuff in general, and when I get checked out, I hear an employee talking to who I can only assume to be his superior, and he asked the woman why she stole his sale, and the gist of her response was "I had to, because you weren't doing your job." Not only did this seem to be very unprofessional, as she all but she also made it seem like they only see customers as walking money dispensers, and if she is part of the staff for much longer, I would be both surprised and appalled.
Clearly I don't want to be seen as a dollar amount and instead as a human being. I will not be shopping at this store again, and would HIGHLY recommend avoiding the Dayton Mall Journey's store at any costs.
TL; DR, rude employee tells coworker that they aren't doing their job and that customers are nothing more than people with cash and credit cards. Not going back to that store
My husband and I where extremely excited to hear about the new Harry Potter Vans that where coming out! We each perches two pairs of shoes each the day it was released. We both went into the journey store. My husband bought the deathly hallows(instore) and the dark Arts(online, through the store). I, on the other hand, bought the ravenclaw (instore) and (what I thought was mine) the Daily prophets(online through the store)... well I was eager awaiting the arrival of my shoes (after my husbands arrived one day later) when I decided (6 days latter) to go to the store and inquire about my online order... well they gave me a customer service number to call who informed me that my order has been canceled... journey didn't email/call before I made the attempt to contact them... journey did not inform me that I may or may not receive the shoes. Journey informed me that there is nothing they can do... even though they messed up... they literally gave the vibe of I don't really care... the Harry Potter Vans are soo amazing, but I would strongly advise to buy them or any shoes through some place else. They are not reliable at all...
I went to the journeys store in Robinson Township Pa and had to place a order through the store because they was out of the tan uggs for my son. We waited 10 days and I still didn't receive my order so I track it... come to find out THEY CANCELED MY ORDER WITHOUT A EMAIL, TEXT, NOTHING I literally had to find out after tracking my order, so I go online and I get ahold of a representative via text and she told me that they ran out of the tan (confusing. Cause How the fu*k did they place the order in the store?) so the lady says to me" no problem we will order you new ones in black" since then its been another 7 days and no black uggs! So I again get ahold of customer service and they tell me that my order WAS NEVER UPDATED TO BLACK... now I have to go back to pa to get my money back. And WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS STORE! I recommend you do the same
The Newportmall location in jersey city and the customer service center has gave me hell! My husband purchased a pair of ugg's for Valentine's Day for me and they were to small. I decided to return them back to the store for a different size. The associate in the store told me that they did not have my size in store but they do have it available online. He told me that they can be purchased online and sent to my home in 2-3 business days. I decided to go ahead and let him order them for me. A week has passed and I have not received any tracking information so I took it upon myself to call the store. The person on the phone told me that I need to call customer service because the order was cancelled, immediately I asked where is my money? I called customer service and both associate and manger told me that I have to wait up to 12 days to receive a check! I'm and extremely pissed and disgusted with this services it did not take 12 days for your guys to take my moeny so why do I have to wait to receive it back. I will never shop with this store or sister stores again!
Was my sons 16th bday he knew what he wanted but the guy kept bringing out shoes he didn't want after telling him several times then tried to up sale and I get that but the kid (with an accent) showed us a demonstration with the shoe spray. After 45 min and buying the shoes he wanted I sprayed the same can the kid did on the shoe and he insisted I buy it. I said I only did what u did he called me a lier and think what I wanted continued on saying I had to buy this $15 can of show spay. Told him I just want my money back then and said fine continuing to laugh. All over a quick spray. So I ordered 6 pairs of shoes for $270.00 on there website last week and next thing i know they are charging me an additional $238.00 after the screen froze on there website and now I wake up today and saw a overdraft fee on my account for $116.00 that I never charged. So I got ahold of a representative through an email and they said unfortunately since the order went through then I cant refund you even though I didnt authorize the $238.00 on my card. I even got a email stareing I ordered $238.00 worth of shoes when I never did with tracking orders and all. I called the headquarters of journeys and they told me they couldn't help me so they transferred me to there customer service line. I told the next representative the same story so she transferred me to another representative. So I told her what happened and asked if I could be refunded the $238.00 + the $116.00 they overcharged on my card and she told me the same thing as the person I emailed that "sent it was shipped out I would have to wait until it gets here so i can return it back by mail or take it in the store for a refund if what shoes i have" even though I didnt get any other shoes then the ones I paid for $270.00. So even though they overcharged me for another order I never made I still cant get the refund. I already disputed this with my bank so they can't overcharge me any more. If there was a option where I could give this company 0 stars, I would. SO buyer beware, don't ever order shoes from this company they will keep taking money out of your account for other transactions that you never made.

I ordered a pair of Heely's shoes for my son's 9th birthday early in the morning on May 30th. The money was immediately taken out of my account, and even though they 'pull the order within 24 hours', it took them until JUNE 3RD (that's approximately 24 hours x 5) to notify me that my order had been CANCELLED by them, because it was 'no longer in stock'. Now it is June 8th and I STILL do not have the money back in my account to try to go find another pair SOMEWHERE ELSE. They offered me a whopping 15% discount 'on my next order'. Well Journeys, save your 15%, I will NOT be shopping with you again.

Ella Dunn, Employee #*******, greeted me with such enthusiasm it made my day, that was nice. There is an UGG hoodie sweater that I LOVE! Hanging on the wall! I don't think you understand, I have the same hoodie that I purchased prior to falling ill with COVID-19, several years ago & unable to work. An UGG hoodie was not a priorty BUT did I mention I LOVE the UGG hoodie sweater. Currently, there are only certain type of material that does not hurt my skin. I can be in this hoodie 24/7.LOL

Instead, Ella went above and beyond by looking to see which other stores had that hoodie in my size. Ella found my size, Ella reached out to the store and asked if it would be possible to have that item transferred to her store for a customer to purchase. They said YES! 😊 I am SOOOOOOO HAPPY!

I ordered a Christmas gift for my daughter on journeys.com on 12/17. The item was supposed to be in stock, whiche meant I would have it within a week or so. When it didn't arrive as planned I called customer service and was told it was being fulfilled in a store. Fine. Would it be here in time? "Yes."
By the 22nd, when it hadn't arrived, I went to our local store to inquire about help and tracking. The store manager arranged for overnight shipping so that it would be on my doorstep by the 23rd. He advised that I call customer service within an hour to get tracking info. I did that. I was told that tracking info wouldn't be available until later in the day. So I called. Again. I was asked if the service rep could call me back after she got in touch with the store. Sure. By this point I've pretty much lost hope, but I'm waiting to see what they're gonna do.
She calls and leaves a voice mail later (I was in a movie - I have a life outside of making calls for customer service). Her voice mail tells me that she has been calling all day and that the store manager was just too busy to take her call. I call b. S.
So, just for grins I call again today, 12/24. The service rep calls the says tore again and then says that they're just today putting a shipping label on it, but that they won't ship until Monday, 12/26. So I ask for her to cancel my order. Then I'm told it's too late. I can't get my money back.

The worker was great but soooo pushy! She gave us lots of info on a shoe but wouldn't let up on selling us the shoe. She was extremely helpful. Gave it 3 stars just cuz the worker did help.

First of all, their website is dysfunctional because I trie do lacing several orders over a week's period using several credit cards(thinking the card was an issue) and they wouldn't accept my oder. I called in(an hours wait) to place my orders, it got cancelled. I called again(another 1.5hrs) to placed the same order for a second time, 2 days later it was cancelled AGAIN! WASN'T SENT AN EMAIL, NOTHING AT ALL. I called customer service a THIRD time (another 2 hrs), by now the items I REAALLLYYY wanted WENT OUT OF STOCK. To compensate for AALLLL OF THIS, the supervisor offered me $5off on my next purchase. I COULD NOT believe how unprofessional and messed up their service was. I will NEVER EVER order anything with them again. And, their staff need proper training because they're all completely lost.
