I recently purchased a pair of UGG's mocassins, and I wore them once. I realized they were the wrong size, so I went to exchange them, and I got ripped off. Apparently they had "broken in." Even though I wore them. ONCE.
I place a order for 2 pairs of shoes they took the money off my card 2 days later money came off again I contacted them they told me they have 1 where they take the money off your card then a hard hold so I was like y'all charged me twice then they gone say it's a hard hold it should fall off within 3-5 days it never fell off I call back the second time we'll I'm so sorry we gone issue you a check give it 7-10 days if it don't come by then call us back now I call back the 3 time we'll you not getting no check it should had falling I was like no it never fell off now they saying I can't get my money back never again all they do is lie take your money. Just go in the store not online
I placed a order online for 3 items and only received 2. This is my first time using journey online for purchasing anything. I used 2-3 day shipping and it didn't even leave the store. The shipping order got messed up I guess and I never got the delivery. They suggested rerouting my package which ultimately will be another 2-3 days after the already 2-3 days originally it was scheduled for! The fact I ordered this item due to me going on vacaction makes it even worse. They didn't even give a courtesy call, text, or email to let me know about this inconvenience... The customer service call taker was the best thing about this whole process very pleasant... But I will never order from journey ever again. They had one chance and they blew it... It sucks all they could give for a screw up is sorrys and apologies and shipping at a later date... I will never order online from journey ever again...
Shoes didn't fit right. I returned them via USPS because I don't have a local FedEx location. So I paid USPS PLUS was charged for using the FedEx return label. I've been fighting with them for weeks for my return money. Please don't buy from these $#*!s.
Never buy anything online from Journeys. I ordered a size 6.5 shoe and was sent a size 6! Now trying to get a refund is a complete nightmare and hassle, when it was THEIR MISTAKE! I also get wrong information when I'm talking to their customer service department! I will NEVER buy from Journeys again!

I'm so angry with journeys customer service, or lack there of. I ordered a Christmas present literally the 10th and went to check my email today still no confirmation on them being sent so I check the website and apparently they won't be available until 12/26 they said I should have received an email about the date change which I didn't and when she asked me if I wanted to swap out the shoes for different ones she mentioned that they probably wouldn't be here by Christmas and told
Me they can't change the shipping option to get them here by Christmas even thought it was an error on their companies end. 0/10 don't recommended ordering from journeys online now I have to wait until a week after christmas or cancel my order and figure out a different gift a week and a half before christmas.
Bought my partner a pair of shoes from here and went to exchange them because they were too big. Bought in store, and went to exchange in store, and when i gave them the shoes, they said they couldn't return or exchange them because they had been worn, which is NOT TRUE. I brought them back in the same condition they left the store in. Plus the service in store was terrible. When i tried to explain they hadn't been worn, the cashier rolled her eyes and said there was nothing she could do. Will NEVER waste my money or time here ever again.
I ordered a pair of boots online and was sent the wrong order. When I called customer service I was told that I could send them back but would not be able to get the boots I originally ordered until they received the wrong order back. My only other choice was to return the wrong order to a Journeys store which I did and I was "compensated" for my yime and money by being given a coupon for $10 off of a $75 purchase. Seriously, this was their mistake and I was pretty much forced to fix it on my own time and money. NEVER AGAIN will I order another thing from this company.

I bought my granddaughter a pair of shoes when I got them home she tried them on and they were to little took them back to the store to exchange for a different size with my receipt three days latter and was refused a exchange because the clerk said there was a small dirt spot on them I couldn't see anything but if there was a spot on them it was there when I bought them was in a hurry but will be going back and someone better make it right
This store charged my CF card even though I DID NOT ended up buying anything! It took the "manager" over HALF AN HOUR to figure out what happened EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING AND UNPROFESSIONAL! Would never go back, recommend to double check your recipes!

I purchased some UGG shoes, last minute, because the shoes I was wearing would have been too uncomfortable for the event I was going to (xmas event with mostly standing, no running around, jumping, nothing). I specifically asked the sales associate about the return policy and informed her that, I will only be wearing them once and returning or exchanging for the UGG boot I really want. She stated multiple times " You can definitely return it, if it is good condition. We give you a year." Im like "wow a year!" She says yeah, well of course if the shoes stays in good condition." Now this is where this becomes a lie and makes the whole year time frame, worthless. I wore the shoes once and went back to the store to exchange them a week later. Sticker still looks decent at the bottom of the shoe, no marks, damage, NOTHING! She assumed the side of the shoe was messed up and we all know if you move suede a certain way, it looks darker. I moved the suede to show her and she says "oh ok, but yeah since its worn we cant." I continue to reiterate what the associate told me and showed her how there is nothing wrong with the shoe and she said nope, we can't take these because you wore them. Well duh, I told the girl that helped me for 20 minutes and checked me out that I would for a night. At this point, its like change your return policy to state, " Shoe must NOT be worn and be returned within a few days." Because a year of not wearing a shoe, even once, doesn't add up. Giving a year goes best with a returnable shoe, even if it has a little scuff at the bottom of the shoe. They attempt to sell you shoe cleaner etc, use the same product to clean the bottom a little more, change the sticker and BOOM, brand new shoe. Now I see why no one shops at Journeys anymore. Ill stick to Nike, Footlocker, etc.

Is was horrible I order a size 2y & because Employer Olivia from store #7152 Palm Beach Gardens. Did not have the right size & it was to much to call she decided to put a smaller size in the box instead & send them. Then when i call customer service they try to tell me I have 2 options go to Miami & the the right size myself or my baby have to wait a 4weeks a month to get the right size. There system is alwats down they cant send you & return label or get in contact with the label team only though email & you still have to wait 24 till 48 hours for the lable team to see there request & send you the label & that still don't guarantee you'll get your shoes on time. I will not every shop here again online or in stores. Thank you!
I did buy Dr Martens boots at Journeys and they are too tight. Because of COVID I couldnt return them right away and my husband put the box in the garbage! They are brand new and I have the receipt but not the box and because of that the guy from the store told me he wont exchange them!
To sum very thing up. I order online the money was taking out of my account the next day. Received an email saying the order was processing. Than next thing I know I get an email saying it was cancelled but nobody could tell me why, and where my money was that was taking out my account. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM
