I placed a order online for 3 items and only received 2. This is my first time using journey online for purchasing anything. I used 2-3 day shipping and it didn't even leave the store. The shipping order got messed up I guess and I never got the delivery. They suggested rerouting my package which ultimately will be another 2-3 days after the already 2-3 days originally it was scheduled for! The fact I ordered this item due to me going on vacaction makes it even worse. They didn't even give a courtesy call, text, or email to let me know about this inconvenience... The customer service call taker was the best thing about this whole process very pleasant... But I will never order from journey ever again. They had one chance and they blew it... It sucks all they could give for a screw up is sorrys and apologies and shipping at a later date... I will never order online from journey ever again...
