First off I visit a store outside of town, ordered my daughter a pair of shoes, ofcourse they send a MENS size for my daughter. I reach out to them they told me send the wrong pair of shoes back & once they have the tracking number, they would send out the correct pair, mind you she even checked in their warehouse to be sure they had the correct size, weeks go by no call, no email, nothing so I decided to call... Well what do you know! They don't have the correct shoe in so they just canceled my order without my knowledge & because I paid in cash at a store while on vacation they just took it upon themselves to issue a check, weeks go by I get a check and it has the wrong name on it? Like how the hell does this happen when you verify name address and phone number before you even verify the order number? So I politely call back they apologize and said they will void the check and send out another check but this time will be a fast delivery on it so I don't have to wait so long for my money! Well here we are again weeks later no check no email no phone call! So I call back again being polite and positive as I have always been and I get put on hold... guy comes back and says mam my supervisor is trying to track the voided check down to be able to get you a clear answer let me verify your number so he can return your call? Really? I have never in my life had to deal with months of getting the run around! Not to mention they sent me a $5 off of a $25 coupon! A deal that is already going on and you think you're giving me a deal for the insane amount of weeks that you have lied to me, given me the run around on an order your people $#*!ed up not once, not twice, not 3xs but 4xs! I will never and I mean NEVER spend my hard earned money with Journeys ever again! I will go through the exact shoe website before I ever spend a dime with these people ever again! Then to top it off act as if I'm a burden, I just want my money that you all canceled without my knowledge! Sorry sorry sorry business!
