I ordered a large order online with multiple pairs of shoes and a clothing item. They all came from different stores which resulted in multiple packages. One pair of shoes marked as delivered but it was was not delivered correctly and I could not find for a whole week. When contacting Journeys they gave 0 help. Not a recommendation on what to do or even store credit. I chatted online and spoke to an agent and they gave the same generic answer as if they were reading it from a piece of paper. So now I have to dispute with my bank because journeys would not help in any way and the shoes are no where to be found. I will never shop at journeys again. I would rather spend more at other retailers and have better customer service.
This is your warning. Do not online shop at Journeys.

First of all when I walked in nobody spoke... had to ask a customer who worked in there, after standing with a shoe in my hand for awhile. Only to look over by the counter and a young lady standing by the register with a look of disgust on her face. Like she didn't want to be a work, she was standing maybe 5 feet away from me still did ask if I needed help. A young lady name Nova came and helped me as she went to the back. Alexandria that was helping a customer finished with him came and asked did I need help... I would like to thank these two ladies that work at store#251 03. Peninsula Towne Center Ms. Nova and Ms. Alexandria wonderful customer service. I appreciate you guys...
After reading all the reviews I became nervous about my order so I emailed customer service to my surprise they answered very quickly and were very helpful. I received my order in 3 business days and the boots were in perfect condition. I will order again!

Placed an online order for White Filas... They're return policy states that there are no refunds on "worn" merchandise yet the shoes I ordered were CLEARLY work and returned and then shipped out to me. When I called customer service I was offered a code for 5$ off of my next purchase of 25$ or more... The same stupid code that I already received on my receipt with my order.
AWFUL! Stay away from this company. Because if you need to return shoes:
1) You will spend 3 months to return your money, continuosly writing emails to customer support.
2) They will deduct delivery cost. What's more, in my case I paid for the delivery at the post office and they additionally deducted the delivery cost. So, I paid TWICE for the delivery. When I wrote them about this, noone even replied me. I wrote again and again noone replied.

I was pleased with ordering from Journeys. I've been to the store and only purchased socks from them. I never order shoes online since I wear a half size and can never seem to find shoes that fit just right. Well, the website is pretty easy to maneuver and I ended up getting 4 pairs of converse, sperry's & polo for less than $200. To me that was a steal! And two pairs came straight from the store. I was always updated with confirmation and when my items were shipped.
Only issue I had was I got two pairs in the mail first and it had someone else's invoice inside of it. I waited until the second couple pairs came in but they just had mine on the outside. Even said it was handpicked by an employee. & one coupon for each pair of shoes! After the order I have received tons of emails from Journeys since then. I had to throw it in my spam folder. It took the average amount of days 5-7. And the shoes fit myself & my husband perfectly. I'd order from them again.
Make sure you order a pair of shoes that you are sure you want and know the exact size that you need. Receiving a refund takes up to 6 weeks after the return was processed on their end, which I never received even after 6 weeks. The exchange takes up to 6 weeks as well after they receive the returned shoes, and I am hoping I will receive my exchange and not get the faith in them crushed again.
Journeys was overall an okay experience. I tried to place an order of Dr Marten Jadon platform boots online, and they said they were out of stock, so I made a trip to my nearest store, who didn't have them in my size but was able to order them for me. This is a more popular shoe, so I understand stock running out, but I was confused as to why I couldn't order them on my end but they could on theirs. I was happy I was still able to get them, as they were one of the only places to get them at the time when I ordered, and the store associates were very friendly, but the only option was ship back to the store. It was an inconvenient process, with a lot of back and forth, but I ended up with the shoes I was after so at the end of the day, I'm happy.

I ordered my cute, adorable RED New balance tennies on Tuesday, May 2,2017, and I received updates from the time I placed the order informing me of what was happening with my order. Yesterday, Thursday, May 4,2017, I received an email from Journey's letting me know my shoes had shipped and they'd be here by today - Friday, May 5,2017, but I thought, "NO WAY!" But, WAY! I have them on my feet right now and I love them!
I wanted to provide you with an update: After numerous problems, calls, and emails, when I initiated the process to take them to small claims court, they finally refunded my money.
I would rate 0 if I could. THEIR WEBSITE IS A SCAM! This is not a trustworthy company. From the multiple comments and reviews I later found for Journeys.com, it's clear this happens often, and I feel so stupid for not having looked it up before buying, just to save 10 bucks on a pair of Timberland boots. I got my order around February 20. The size was too small for me. As soon as I put the boots on, I realized they couldn't be used and asked to return them. I did. ONE MONTH AFTER MY ITEM WAS RETURNED, after I had to send MULTIPLE MESSAGES TO REMIND THEM ABOUT MY REFUND, they told me they couldn't refund my money because the item was damaged. THERE IS NO WAY IT WAS DAMAGED. I haven't even used it.
I'm sure they don't even know which item is mine—they might have even lost it themselves. That could explain why it took so long; it's like they're not keeping track of their items. Or worse—and this is also possible—since the item was in perfect condition, they just decided not to refund my money and keep the item themselves. With this terrible customer service and these reviews, I guess they have to scam hard to stay afloat. I asked for proof that my item was damaged, and of course, they couldn't provide any. I'm posting this review on as many platforms as I can. If they manage to resolve my issue, I will update all of them with a 5-star rating. But I already know they won't. If you don't see my 5-star rating here, it means they failed.
Ordered shoes for my granddaughter and the shoes was dropped at the wrong door so she never received them. So after spending over 90.00 on shoes they will do nothing to replace them or refund. I sent them all the information and a picture of the door with the package they dropped it at. I explain that was not her door and they said oh well I apologize for any inconvenience this has cost but pretty much we can't help you.

I can't stand Journey's. Horrible customer service in store and a website that is awful. They also double charged my online order for a pair of boots and then they refused to credit my account back even though it was their mistake. I will go directly through the shoe brand instead of messing with this horrible business.
Tried to initiate an exchange through their web site, but there is no way to print a shipping label for the "Free Online Exchange". Tried calling customer service but gave up after waiting on hold for 45 minutes. Should have made the purchase from Zappos or Amazon.
Bought a pair of shoes for my son. After 2 days of wear, one of the shoes faded in several spots... obviously a defect. Because I did not keep the original box and packaging (expecting them to be quality), Journeys will not exchange or refund the defective product.
Don't buy from here unless you have a warehouse to store empty boxes!
Called 5 times, shoes never made it, according to them, unfortunately I used the return label that was provided in the box and didn't think of keeping a copy of it. My bad, guess I did not think it would happen. $65 went to trash. Company has no customer service, they apologize million times but don't do anything to help. Really dissatisfied with them.
I am shock when I got my Birkenstock sandals today. Came in a beat up box, no wrapping inside, no tag. However the buckles are different, black stuff on foodbed, dirt on sole. One side feels different from the other. I assumed it is poorly made so they were returned and was sent out to me when I ordered online. Waiting for them to get back to me on this. Horrible company to do this!

Not even a couple of years ago Journeys was one of the most efficient places to shop online for shoes with quick shipping and customer service responses, what happened? Tried to buy a pair of shoes last week, then yesterday I asked about when my shoes would be shipped out through their customer service, they said they'd been back ordered (which I was never informed of when I made the purchase, it said in stock) then they told me they'd be shipped 1-2 business days. The next day they canceled my order with no explanation, and still claim to have my size in stock on their website. What a bunch of clowns. There's better more reliable places to shop, avoid at all costs.

I ordered a pair of sneakers which was shipped by fed ex and when they delivered it was thrown in my driveway for easy access to be taken. So yes it was stolen. I called journeys and they said they are nit responsible for this. Maybe they should be and provide another carrier that would do a better job placing package by the door. So journeys don't refund or ask if you would like the same order instead. Now they lost a future customer. That's how much they care.
