I did a refund for some shoes I bought & my refund amount was LESS than my actual order. I contacted customer service 3 times just for them to tell me there was nothing they can do. Customer service agents don't even know what they're talking about either. One agent told me they don't refund tax & another said they do refund tax but they don't refund shipping; however, I calculated the numbers and the numbers do not match. Although it's a little difference, it's the principle. They steal from their customers so don't ever shop here
I ordered 6 pairs of shoes for my girls. I received 1 pair. Customer service put me through the run around for weeks and then said they wouldn't do anything. No refund or reshipment. Never shopping here again.

Since the pandemic I've been doing a lot of online shopping and this is by far the worse experience ever. I initially purchased and paid extra for a 2 day shopping, when I received my shoes they were a size too big I had to fully pay for return and awaiting for exchange. It turns out it will take 4 weeks at least for them to process and when I decided I didn't want to wait I requested a full refund but for that they will deduct about 8 dollars and I still have to wait for the actual purchasing time. They are a waste of time and not helpful.
I placed a order online December 22 was told 3 to 5 days for delivery, granted I figured a day or so extra for the holidays now here we are 8 days later no delivery, no delivery information. Was told to give it a few more days for tracking info to show up. When I asked to cancel the order I was told it was too far out to cancel. Too far where cause apparently it's still in the warehouse. Last time every. The only reason they got one star is because I had to choose one. There wasn't negative stars

I ordered an item from Journey's online for Christmas gift. The order went through just fine. Kept getting emails we have your order will let you know when it ships. A week later few days before Christmas I get an email that my order was canceled. No explanation nothing. Tried calling them 2 days could not reach them, finally someone called me back just to tell me yes order canceled no explanation. She said maybe they did not have item. I should have been told right away that they don't have the item so I could go find it somewhere else but now with Christmas so close I am not able to find the item anywhere. Will never order from them again. Very poor customer service.
Worse customer service! DO NOT SHOP HERE! They are sketchy not allowing you to cancel your order, only allowing returns. How can you not cancel an order due in these hard times. The order was placed accidentally last night I didn't realize I had actually submitted the whole process, only partly was I intended to do so as I needed to check my finances before submitting order completely. I received an email saying confirmation of order and will receive another email once shipped. Have not received that email but somehow I cannot cancel it, they just opened I called on the dot, this company is sketchy and I will never shop here again, and I will make sure to share my experience.
Ordered sandals from journeys for my granddaughter's birthday over a month ago and still haven't received a correct pair! I initially was sent two right sandals. I had hoped for an easy exchange. Now a month later, I have spoken to five people to get the exchange and they are just now going to send them! So frustrated!
I purchased a shoe for 89.99 plus tax 95.39 and the guy who took my order over the phone purchased another order with my debit card for $105.99. When I contacted Journeys they are saying they don't see a transaction for a purchase of $105.99 I screenshot my account and everything and now they refuse to email me back. They need to do better I've always come to their website as my go-to first but NEVER EVER AGAIN beware of scammers. I'm honest when it comes to stuff like this because people work hard for their money and not to be scammed especially when you have 6 kids that depend on you its so sad I will never again order another shoe from them 3/2022.

Customer service does NOT exist. I have been on the phone for hours on hold. One response to multiple emails. Somebody was going to research my order and never heard from again. At this point all I want is my credit card credited and I will NEVER shop at Journeys again!
I ordered a pair of shoes today that were in stock all day. Order was canceled for no reason and there is no way to call and inquire why because they sent the email after hours. They sent a coupon for $5 off a future purchase. Really $5. Do not buy from Journeys, they will cancel your order for no reason at all even if the product is in stock. And if it was a mistake and not in stock they could've given more than $5 off for their fault. I have had several friends warn me about them but I saw some shoes I really liked and hoped they would do better.
I purchased the shoes on June 4. I waited over a week for shipping confirmation. On June 12 I received a cancellation notice with a $5 credit that could only be applied as credit towards another order.(Seriously?) I spoke with Josh in customer service who informed me that my refund would be credited in 3-5 business days. Another week went by still no refund? Contacted Customer service and informed them I will be contacting the AG if I don't get my refund. Emailed me that it's my banks fault? Will never order from them again!
Shady. I will unsubscribe from their list as not receive the million emails they send every month.

I made an online purchase and it never arrived. Contact journeys and after a month of being jerked around they said it basically wasn't their problem. Absolutely disgusting.
Never received a tracking number or shipment confirmation. Have to contact credit card company and file a dispute. Appallingly.

I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone. I bought TOMS shoes, wore 5 times, and just discovered that the back of one of my shoe had a rip. Journey's wouldn't do anything about that. Bad customer service.
I took my grandson into the journeys to get some shoes he picked out a pair and it was 59 dollars so I said he could get them! The lady came back carrying 3 boxes of shoes and was showing them to my grandson he then decided on a different pair that she brought out so I went to pay and these were 110 dollars! That is absolutely ridiculous I know all about the upsale thing but for her to come out and show a 10 year old shoes for 110 dollars when he had already picked out the ones he wanted and they were 59 dollars that is insane! I was definitely put in a bad spot at the register and not wanting to disappoint my grandson I bought the shoes but I'm going to remember this and definitely look elsewhere next time! So you may have gotten over on me this time but never again!

I ordered the Reebok classics. The next day the put an "authorization" hold on it. The next day I contacted customer service to inquire about the shipping. They tell me they are looking for a store to ship it from! An hour later I get an e- mail stating tbey cancelled my order! No explanation given. When I contacted " customer service" I was told about about another pair in another color BUT I would have to re- order that pair and WAIT 3- 5 days for my original refund! I should've read these reviews prior! But hey rejection is for your protection. I have already notified co- workers, family and friends! I will NEVER shop here again!

I bought white converses womens size 5.5, but they were out of stock in store so they ordered one online for it to be delivered to my house. A week later i received checkered vans in a kids size 12. How do they send the wrong brand, wrong color, wrong size?
