Easy to navigate website. I like the sales but sometimes the supposed retail prices are higher than you can buy elsewhere. I bought an item that was supposedly on sale but was actually the same price as elsewhere. I bought it anyway as I was already placing an order.
I had called Joss and Main customer service representatives are very helpful and advised me to check the new finds of furniture and daily events and I really liked this wall decor and I had to purchase it online. Its easy and convenient way to transact. Thank you Joss and Main
I purchased a bed from joss and main that was described as wood and metal. When I assembled the bed I found out the only metal were the screws! When I called customer service I was told "your buying online and not to believe everything you read) could you imagine! I was blown away! Next email I received from them they refunded me some money and my shipping cost. I am able to return the bed within 30 days without a box as I threw that away! Very poor customer service! By the way I have to keep the bed for a week as my son is getting married and my guests needed a bed to sleep on!
I find this site VERY enjoyable - borderline addicting! I love checking out new events almost on a daily basis. It's fun to see what you can find and what good deals are out there. I try and find things that are affordable since a lot of it is quite pricey, even at a discount. I have told family and friends to check out this site.
I recently purchased and received two Gladys side tables in cream. While they look as expected, the quality of the product is substandard. I am worried that the sides might collapse as they are approximately 1/16th of an inch thick. The purpose of my review is to caution others that not all of the offerings are good quality. I suspect that this type of quality product would be rejected by most big box stores.
I ordered a rug and following day they canceled my order. They stated the price was wrong. I was charged in full sent a conformation and a estimated ship date. I spoke to a customer sales representative who said they would not even offer me a discount on the item. They also stated this is a common issue with Joss and Main. This site is a waste of time. They should have honored their mistake and completed placed orders. It is now two days later and i have still not seen a refund on my credit card.
After visiting this site many times over a period of several weeks and being delighted with the chic look of the merchandise, today I found a canvas print I couldn't resist. My "room enhancer" should arrive next week and I can hardly wait. The web site is quick and easy to maneuver and and the company promises to give monetary credit if it becomes necessary to return my purchase.

After a dispute, their employee said we will refund your money and it will take 7 days. Two weeks later, the money is not in my account so I email again and this time, they say 2-3 days. Still, no refund! I emailed them again and now they want someone to call me to talk about the issue again!
They have literally taken my money and will not give it back. ILLEGAL and DISGUSTED!
I ordered two chairs and they were delivered to the wrong address. I called customer service 3 times, First Lady was nice but didn't know what she was doing, second guy hung up on me and never called back, so I called again and the lady was extremely rude! My shipment date was for February 20th but due to the fact it was delivered early and to the wrong place they can't guarantee that it will come that date again. Terrible experience!
Joss and Main has such an eclectic inventory of home furnishings that it's fun just to browse the site for inspiration. All my shopping experiences have been positive so far. Love the site, love the merchandise, love the ease of checkout.
When I went to order, the company insisted on me using my user name and my password. I had forgotten my password & they came up with a prompt to click on if you had forgotten your password. The rub is nothing happened when I clicked on it - several times. I was getting nervous as time was clicking away on this item. So I went out of the order form, and clicked on the prompt my account which gave me the chance to ask the company to send me a way to create a new password. I did this, but by the time I went back to the order form, they said the time had expired.
I did get the item however. I didn't appreciate the hassle I had to go through because the original request for a forgotten password didn't work.
NEVER buy from them if you need the delivery date to be anywhere accurate. They give you ship dates that constantly change. I had to change the bed I was buying 3 times to try to receive it by the time I moved. Each time I was told it would be delivered on time and then I would receive subsequent emails changing the delivery date.
Cancelled my order 2x because they had it marked at the incorrect price. Never offered it to me at the correct price. Tied up money 3x. Not sure how they even charged a third time with no order. Never received anything they continually lied. Worst company and customer service I've ever dealt with hands down!
This site has wonderful, affordable products to make any home look and feel like a palace. The vast selection really lends itself to any decor and really allows the customer to exercise their creativity in decorating a beautiful home.
Ordered a full size bed frame, it came in a week and was very easy to put together. I was a little worried about the strength of the bed but it seems pretty strong. There are 2 things, one was these diamond studs in the headboard, they didnt show in the picture or in the description, but it looks fine. Also my the bed frame is a little big for the mattress i have about 3 inches of space of the side, not to pleased about that. Other then that I'm pretty happy with this purchase.
I bought at least once a month from Joss and Main to keep my free shipping, there is always good products of a good quality and that look amazing once they arrive. I recommend Joss and Main to my friends all the time
The rug is beautiful and a good value. But the pricing was confusing. There was a lower price advertised on the item, but when I clicked to purchase the price went up. This isn't a good way to sell products, no matter if it is still considered a value.
This is one of the best new sites around. Beautifully put together. Quality and savings are outstanding. The shipping is very fast. I also like the way the site works and especially the checkout process. It is new and different and much easier.
I want to say that one of your manager April N. At Joss & Main <*******@wayfair.com> was very helpful and kind to me when I received 4 5-piece Lennox dinnerware set instead of 6 5-piece. I called and spoke with her. She immediately send a e-mail to the shipping company and also send me an e-mail with the tracking # for the remaining 2 sets. I received it the next day. I think because of her professionalism she calmed a VERY UPSET customer and I have placed another order. Thanks April.
I was totally disappointed with the Sedum & Eucalyptus plant in planter which I purchased. I called in for a return label and was told the cost of shipping would be deducted from my refund. When I checked my account not only was the cost of return deducted, but the cost of their shipping to me and the tax. I guess their message is keep what you order or it will cost you.
Answer: Everything that I have ordered so far has been excellent. One time, the item just didn't quite look great in my bedroom. I returned it no questions asked for a full credit. Nether even paid the postage. I could have returned it for a full refund but I would had to pay the postage. In any event, very flexible on returns, which, as I say, has only happened once.

Answer: Hello - I always wash any fabric product before using - but I use my "gentle" cycle and only cold water without any soap. This always works for me and keeps the fabric in good shape without any chemical products still there.
Answer: I would copy and paste the name and model number of this particular sofa in a search engine and a shop bot like Nextag or Bizrate. This may find some reviews on other sites and sometimes even a better price or return option.

Answer: You get what you pay for with Joss and Main. Google the details like the measurements and comments about the fabric because they often rename their items. I have been mostly happy with my items because I have reasonable expectations regarding quality. I don't expect to get something for nothing. Personally, I wouldn't buy a couch unless I could sit in it first but that's just me. Joss and Main is good with damage claims and they are responsive but you need to be careful about what you buy.
