I really love Joss and Main. I have purchased everything from light fixtures to furniture and I have never been disappointed. I love how the site changes daily and look forward to browsing the new sales everyday. It is a perfect site for new homeowners who need to furnish and decorate their house!

Best Customer Service

I had to return something, it was not defective, it just was different than what it looked
Like online, I spoke to CS and they said no problem. They sent the return labels and I
Received my credit. Thanks for such great customer service.

Ordered a rug at a low price a day later they canceled the order because the price was a computer error. I called and waited on the phone for 15 min only to receive terrible service. Do not trust this company--they don't honor their prices, they don't value their customers.

Like other said, if there was 0 stars that is what I will chose.

I waited for my order to be shipped for 6 weeks. I finally email them and they said my order was cancelled. They have to learn a lot from Amazon.

I ordered a console table with subtotal listed as $599.00. They added on $130.00 for shipping without my knowledge. 4 wks. And three E-Mails later, without receiving my table, I was told that it was damaged in shipment and would be re-sent and half of the shipping returned. They said that they had been experiencing problems with the shipping company in Michigan and were changing companies so that it should not be a problem again. I have not received my table yet and it had been 6 wks. Total so far. The phone # that they gave me to call, is just a recording. My item has been sitting at the delivery terminal for a week so far. Just like the last one. It also followed the same route according to the tracking #. So much for a new delivery company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I have high maintenance taste but short on funds... Just finished putting my last child through college so I haven't been able to do some of the things I like... BUT along came Joss and Main and I've been able to purchase some nice and unique things for my home and not blow out my bank account!

I ordered a Crosley turntable and cosmetic carousel from J&M using a mail forwarder, since I am an international buyer. The items arrived to my forwarder within 4 days from 2 separate 3rd party sellers. Anyone who knows about turntables, knows the needle is very sensitive and can break very quickly. However, both items arrived in perfect condition due to packaging.
The only problem I have with this site is the payment options. It would be nice to have a paypal option for security.

I have to go onto the Joss and Main website at least 4-5 times a week. They constantly have beautiful new things, ideas, sellections.
I have bought MANY things over the last 3 months - extremely happy with everything - did not have to return anything!

I usually do not frequent websites that require a log-in before you can even look at the site but I was looking at furniture online and the JossandMain site came up so I registered just to look at the site. Thankfully, I had the presence of mind to use a special email address and not my regular one. When I visited my rarely used special email address, JossandMain had sent me literally dozens of emails. They sent several emails on many days. Email overload. No reason for that.

Ordered products in November, email confirmation said deliver by Dec 2nd, but was the 20th and I was supposed to get two trees, only got one! This place is a joke - glad the first purchase I made was small!

Even tho wayfair and joss and are the same branch they do not offer price match. Price did not indicate it was un USD BE CAREFUL.

Customer service are very bad. Do not recommend this shopping site. Stay away.

I have ordered a few things from Joss and Main in the past and have been happy with their products and the resolution to an issue I had with one order. However, when I check the pricing of their products against other sites (just today compared their Lexington Home Furniture against a regular furniture store), Joss and Main is 90% of the time higher in price. And if you factor in the cost of shipping, which other stores will provide gratis, Joss and Main's prices become much more. They've lost me as a customer.

What a great experience I have had from the very first order I played with Joss & Main. LIke my title says... it's like a magic carpet ride. Today I ordered pieces from Wayfair as well as this delightful company. They graciously accepted the pieces I returned... the pieces just didn't go with what I was envisioning and there was no problem at all. YES YES YES... I would recommend them and all of the other companies under the big umbrella that encompasses my key to MAGIC in my home! Thank you so much. Can I add a pic later? I am not prepped for that now... darn... lol

I buy things that need to finish off a room or a setting. I decorated a cabin on a river and I used Joss and Main as my "Accessory Adjuct". It really is good for unique gifts if you can think ahead. I ordered two "rag rugs" to use in the cabin dinning area and into the kitchen. They were fabulous! The shipping actually gets to you in a reasonable time. Other websites are not so timely.

I like the way your site is organized. Makes items of interest easy to locate. The only problem I have had is on my iPad this site freezes up or will only allow me to look at the top half of a category of merchandise. Overall I enjoy this site.

Such a bummer, their décor is awesome and reasonably priced, but I can't find a single thing I'm looking for on this site due to lack of a robust search engine. I don't want to search by style or designer, I just want to find all pillows or all art or whatever and there is zero ways to do that here. Use Nordstrom's for a great example of a well built site! Also I want to find item by color, pillows for example, instead of having to peruse through 300 to find the one I want. Need to get with the times on website search functionality and think about the poor customer's experience when doing it!

I had a question about the item that I purchased. Questions that the description did not address. Simple questions like does the item require batteries or electricity. Since the item allowed only a credit return it was important to me to find out if this purchase was going to work in my home. I posted the question on facebook and also on the site. I never got a response. Had to research the internet and other sites to find out information. Three hours later I got the answer to my question from another site.

Good choice of merchandise, clear illustrations, easy to navigate, good value. Lots of nice stuff! A negative -- the rug prices shown in the drop-down list are not the price. Once you select the item, the price goes UP!
