Very dispointed

I ordered a chest of drawers discounted 458 euros instead of more then 1000 euros
Good deal for this furniture banded Hills Interior except that the Hills Interior actual selling price is 135 pounds! It's a fraud to mention a false price in order to make customers believe that the Joss and main price is very law!
I wrote to the customer support and they turn a blind eye to my complaint

Confused in that one page told me that all of the items I had purchased could be returned for merchandise credit. The final page of the order which has no way to go back or confirm the order other than a link to provide a review says these items are final and can't be returned. I would not have purchased two of the items if I could not return them. Also I clicked submit and suddenly I had an order number. The site never took any information from me. I wanted to use a different credit card than the one I used previously. Not happy at this point.

This past week I placed my first order for some bedding at Joss & Main. Great selection. Great prices. Lots of info about the products so I knew what to select, what to expect. Got here fast and in tact. Wonderful products, no surprises. So I just made my second order at Joss & Main. How did I not hear of this vendor before this week? So glad I did as it is high quality in products and services. You cannot go wrong shopping here! THANK YOU!

I have never been disappointed with anything I've ever ordered from Joss & Main. If I do receive an item that gets damaged during shipment they take care of me and replace the item right away! I visit their site EVERYDAY! I don't want to miss out on great deals and the "Unique" selections they have. I feel like I'm visiting an old friend on each and every visit. If your not checking in each day you are missing out! - Elaine Boyd- Very Satisfied Customer.

I Ordered 2 sofa's on 2 different occasions. Both of them were delivered damaged when I finally got them several weeks later. I also ordered a headboard that was supposed to be gold in color. Instead, I got a grey one. Even after I sent these photos to Julene T. In customer service to prove that the headboard is not gold, she still refused to take back the headboard and refund my money even after I told her that I was going to use the refund to purchase a bed this time instead of a bed frame from their company which would have been more expensive. Now I have a headboard that I paid approx $250.00 for and have no use for it. It took them almost 4 months to return my money for some other items that I returned to them. Most of photos of their items for sale are deceiving. They look high end online but once you get them they can look completely different. Don't be fooled.

Fantastic site!

I was wary when I saw the exact same cocktail table on Joss & Main for nearly half the price that I'd seen on other sites - but I took a leap of faith and ordered last Wednesday night. It arrived today, only three days later, in perfect condition, exactly as pictured, at a huge discount. I couldn't be happier! They've got a new customer.

Took quite a while to go through all items, but it felt like traveling through different parts of the world. Some sales better than others, but all beautiful. The place I live was already furnished, so my creativity is limited, but if I could redo my place, I would do most of it from your site.

I bought a set of nesting tables; nice enough, reasonable price. DAMAGED on one corner. They were packed so well and securely, there was no way the damage occurred in shipping, which means someone saw the damage and packed them up anyway. Ridiculous! Too much trouble/too heavy to repack and ship back, but i won't buy any furniture from them again. Sheets and towels, maybe.

Ordered two nightstands $350 each. From the photos they were exactly what I wanted. Until they arrived... First, the smell, they must have been painted with some toxic paint right before sealing in the box (took 2 months to air them out). Then, the color... Picture showed gold, description said gold. What I received was silver and doesn't work at all in the room. I was told I could return them (and pay for the return shipping at hundreds of dollars). I decided to keep them and receive. $100 refund (since I paid 700+ that isn't much). The drawers won't open without shaking the entire table, scratching my brand new hardwood floors. And now a knob (stated as crystal in the listing) but clearly cheap plastic (with spray paint from the dresser on them!) broke off in my hand. Never, never order from this company. $600 worth of my money is now going to the curb (and I get to pay $60 for oversized garbage pick up).

NO customer service!

I ordered a curtain. They sent the wrong one. Waited on hold for customer service over an hour. Never was answered. Now I must send it back and pay for shipping according to automated email I received about returns and I had already paid for the shipping to me. They must have stock in delivery services.

Very easy to order & flexible with returns/exchanges (most sites are not). Although I have never had to return anything because what is pictured is what I receive. This had been so great because I am an interior designer, so when ordering art the colors are as expected! Such a relief! You can order with confidence.

The furniture is absolutely beautiful and the pricing fits my budget. They actually can charge much more than what they do and have no problems acquiring customers. The colors match perfectly to the advertised photos. The quality is fantastic and I'm extremely happy with their products. A little advice for some, mix and match. Purchase your large pieces from Joss & Main and then go to Big Lot, Ross Ect... for smaller items. People assume that I hired a professional to do my apartment. I did not. I did it all myself and you can too if you really like shopping for furniture and knick knacks. May I suggest using the Joss & Main website or App to view really cool living room and bedroom designs. I've copied a couple. Its a great company and I've had nothing but a great experience with them.

I love Wayfair and naturally assumed Joss & Main would be on the same level since Wayfair owns J&M. Wrong! I was in the process of buying a bed that I've been stalking over on Wayfair. I saw it was priced almost $200 less at J&M. When I went to "place my order" the item rang up more than the price of Wayfair. When they include the $125 for "additional shipping", you quickly realize you aren't getting a deal at all. Plus I didn't like the shipping details stating buyer is responsible for moving the items from their truck to curb side. Please! Wayfair needs to revamp the company big time. In the meantime, I'll continue to admire the items they have but won't go so far as purchasing from them.

Fail! Still waiting 7 weeks later for a sofa promised in 3 days. Buyer beware----lies and terrible customer service. Missed 6 "promised" delivery dates, took time off work and was actually told that if nobody was home they "would leave my sectional sofa in my driveway" and that they done bring furniture inside the home unless you pay an extra $250.00!' Wtf! Stay away zero stars

This company is a nightmare to deal with when it comes to receiving your items. I will never order from Joss & Main again. Buyers beware, they don't know what they're doing in the shipping and freight departments! Too bad, I liked the products, but I'm not going to go through the hell I went through this week with my bathroom vanity, which I finally had to pick up on my own at a distribution center, because they couldn't get their acts together.

Wow, I must say I am very surprised at these awful reviews! I was concerned about their no return policy in the beginning, but I did research on it and people can obviously return anything damaged, along with other exceptions. I ordered 3 small things on my first order, and when I received them they looked even BETTER than in the pictures! They were made in China, but so what, what isn't nowadays! Anyway, I've placed 3 more orders already, and I wonder if some of these reviews are just people who have issues of their own, or maybe competitors!

Home Decor Heaven!

I bought my bed from Joss&Main and have ordered few more petty things today since I had free shipping. But if you are anything like me, you should browse all sales. Just scan through it as its not always expensive and you can find something very pretty, unique, stylish and yet affordable.

Don't take my word for it, Go Figure!

Only thing I am not too fond of is the shipping charges system. I mean this order today was more influenced by me having only few days left rather than the need for those things.

However, its now bookmarked as my first-stop store for anything for Home. :)

One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had in my life. Unhelpful, rude customer service. Will never use this site again. Ordered a rug and they charged 139.00 to return a rug and could not provide proof of this cost. They entice customers with free shipment but never mentioned that you have to pay double the price for a return.
