I ordered 2 profuctets which didn't arrive. I contacted Joom, who said they were in the Dublin sorting office. When I contacted them they said they had never left Estonia. I informed Joop who replied that I had signed for them in Estonia. Now bear in mind I live in Waterford Ireland. Then they said if I forwsrded the email from the Dublin Post office that would be fine. Which I did. Their programme wouldn't open it. They said to download it to googledrive and send the link, which I did, they said they couldn't open it. I have asked for the complaints dept and like robots they keep reaponding with the same line. 52 emails later and no satisfaction. They are the worst ever. Totally unprofessional, lacking in English so they just click on whatever response the decide. They don't offer any solutions. They lie and give wring information. If you do as they ask they will come back with something else. They must be on commission to not help ppl. I am very upset and disappointed and as a former call center manager, I would be ashamed to say I work for Joom.
I ordered two brackets and instead of gold it's copper and cheap looking. Then I ordered the my Giants Ring and never got it

I ordered my things 6/25/18. It is 9/8/18 and i still haven't gotten my items. Terrible customer service and SLOW SLOW SLOW shipping.
Fraudulent in as much as clothing doesn't match pictures! Items I received were of extremely poor quality and unwearable! DONT BUY FROM THIS SITE! ITEMS I received have gone to charity shop though can't imagine anyone would want them. Expensive lesson but I've learnt - will NEVER BUY FROM THIS SITE AGAIN! BE WARNED!

This is the most useless company ever. Customer service is pathetic and nearly non-existent I ordered from them a month ago according to the tracking the order was handed over to DHL on the 18th of November then it went dark for 3 1/2 Weeks and on the 14th of December I get a notification it's been handed to DHL again. Where has it been sitting for nearly a month that's probably damaged if it's been sitting somewhere for that long. The problem is I ordered it so it would get to me in Australia and time before I left to come to New Zealand I travel to New Zealand in 6 days and there is no way this item will be with me I therefore have requested them at their expense to contact the shipping company and have it redirected to me in New Zealand where I will be for the next 6 months I certainly don't want a $400 parcel sitting on my doorstep where people can steal it for six months I basically told them they do that or they refund me in full. If they fail to refund me I will put in a dispute with my credit card company and request to have them blacklisted. I have bought from many e-commerce companies around the world and I have never had an issue and if I have it is been sorted out immediately or a refund given instantly. But this company has just marked me around and these so unhelpful it's not funny I would seriously avoid using this company I don't trust them any customer service is nonexistent
Update apparently the item has been delivered I don't have it that's not at the house it's nowhere to be seen I contacted them to tell them and their advice was to contact Australia Post which I've already done and Australia Post advise me there's not much they can do as only the sender can lodge an enquiry or an investigation and as I'm not the sender too bad I lose out. This company has ruined my holiday ruined my Christmas and his paws me so much stress and wasting time writing to them it's not funny and they refuse to refund my money so I will now be taking them to court and I will be going to my bank and I will be getting my money back in full I suggest you avoid this company. They may have great deals on products but when something goes wrong don't expect them to try and put it right because they just don't care.
Answer: I'm still waiting in September for things i ordered in JUNE. Thank God my remaining items only total about $5. I'm not ordering from them ever again. It's a scam.
