I received defective item and to get my money back I should send back item on my own expenses. I used to buy many times online and I never had such bad shopping experience!
I will not be ordering anymore clothing from this site. Not the same dress as the picture, and missing one outfit. 1st picture is what I received and second picture is what I ordered.
This is the WORST company ever. I received damaged goods which were also different to the sizes advertised on their website. The company has taken no responsibility and originally offered me a 20% refund. No thank you. I sent photos as requested by Joom only to be told they didn't think my damaged goods were damaged enough. I said I would send the goods back (at their cost) for a full refund. They said no and that I had to pay for the return myself and that it had to be tracked. Going from UK to China, it would cost around £25-£25! So I refused. They said they could give me a 50% discount. So I reached out to Trading Standards who have said I am eligible for a FULL refund without returning the goods as I have proof the items are faulty.
Joom's customer service is appalling and unhelpful. Don't bother with them and spend your money elsewhere.
I have raised an official complaint with Klarna to help get the rest of my bill wiped as I am refusing to pay it. I have also reached out to ECC-NET Latvia for more help (as that is where Joom are apparently based).

The worst online shopping platform. Don't waist your time and money to order anything. I ordered 2 phones more than 2 months ago, and still waiting to receive my order.

To me I see joom as I see The 'amazon' to 'ebay' -Joom being Amazon and 'wish' being eBay. Like anything from online wherever you get it, the key is to make sure you look at the description, pictures also maybe the reviews before buying. Also take into account which country it's from as some sizes vary (but there is a brilliant size chart -if not by size by measurements) the customer service team chat is really helpful if needing answers that aren't on the Q&A. Whenever an issue has arisen it's been replicated (usually refunded) before I notice e. G out of stock / lost in post etc.)
Personally no complaints! The app and services are great if any issues faced it's from the sellers / transit (very rare) not the app or service.
Just also want to point out that the searching options are amazing too with categories and subcategories for the finer searches. Though if anything I guess they could do with adding extra filters for various items especially the clothes (you can search sleeve type of tops but not skirt lengths - but for the vast amount of products from house - pets - self care etc, can't grumble at a few filter options.
The advocado kimone, face mask(buff) and puffy cuffed sleeve blouse are just a few items of the many I have ordered using the app. Matched the description and sizes great.
I purchased a carrying case for my phone that you can place around neck. When it arrived, it did not fit my phone. I contacted customer support in order to return item for full refund. The 1st response requested the make and model of my phone (even though this information was provided in the initial customer service request). The next response was to send a photo of item and the parcel it was delivered in (I kept the package). The 3rd response was that I can return the item to the seller but I would have to pay for shipping and handling (the item was $10), but if item was not as advertised then they could resolve it "without any extra hassle". They then requested the following information:
-photo of your phone in the case, demonstrating the issue
- photo of the back of your phone without a case
- screenshot/photo of the "About phone" section in the settings of your phone, where the model of the phone can be clearly seen.
Why would I provide this personal data? This is a very dishonest company. After receiving this last request, I am convinced that I am not dealing with a legitimate company. I have contacted my credit card company to file a complaint.
I purchased items from joom, than realised they weren't the ones I wanted, so I contacted them, to make them aware of the situation, I cancelled all four items, straight after I paid, I checked my invoice, that's not what I wanted, the other items I wanted were still in my cart, hard to get in contact with, at least I have pay pal protection, the money was still taken out of my account when I cancelled the items
Don't be fooled and scamed Joom adversties products on thier site that they never even have as soon as u pay for items they say out of stock and u will be refunded in 1 month time but u are never refunded if u are lucky to get an item from them it's cheaply made and of poor quality JOOM is a big scam!
I made a order that should have a bonus and didn't received it.
It was already a lot more time than the 3 days promised and the don't solve the problem.
I purchased phone chargers in January three months later still waiting my orders were taken of my order list I sent them a message as to why no explanation was given but told to send them invoice Id on three items I sent them they asked me to wait till 19th of June if items hadn't arrived they would refund but no refund, do not do business with these crooks

1 year ago, I left a 4-star review on the Playstore because I only had issues with the shipment. Now I update it to a 1 star.
Here's the gist of it. I've contacted the in-app customer support and asked if there's a problem with my account as I'm always seeing (from day 1) the same items displayed every day while others are always unavailable. And they had the nerve to tell me that my account is restricted and that I can no longer make purchases.
I asked them why, what's the reason for the ban? But they refuse to give me the reason. They basically quoted from their TOS that they have the right at any time, for any reason, to ban users when they wish. And that's just straight up BS!
So, to sum (I mean minus) things up:
Shipping - Negative (Usually takes months to complete)
Customer Service - Negative (They usually do a lot of copy and pasting of messages. Generally, you feel like you're talking to a robot rather than a human)
Products being showcased - Negative (Usually redundant)
Orders received - Negative (Out of 91 orders, I've only received about 20 of them. Some I managed to get a refund; others refused to issue one.)
Prices - Usually negative (A selected few will be cheap. But typically, items are expensive. I think most of these include a "hidden" shipping cost.)
Overall rating of JOOM - Negative (-1/5)
Answer: I'm still waiting in September for things i ordered in JUNE. Thank God my remaining items only total about $5. I'm not ordering from them ever again. It's a scam.
