My elder sister has done business twice with JJshouse and she recommends me to visit this site when we talked about our niece’s wedding next February. So I came to this site and found beautiful dresses of various styles. I ordered one for me and another for my girl who is going to be one of the flower girls, both at attractive price. The moment the dresses came and were tried on, we were filled with ecstasy. We got good quality products at the lowest price!

I have ordered several dresses from this site using custom sizeing information and have been extremely satisfied with the quality and speed with which these dresses made. My only complaint is their web site. I have always ordered using an iPad and whenever I attempt to contact them, such as a reply to the person asking about measurements, the web site fails unless I use the customer service tab. This is true even if I want to submit a positive review of the dress. While this has been a great source of frustration my satisfaction with the dresses keeps bringing me back!

My experience shopping with jjshouse is wonderful, it was my first ordering a dress online and knowing that it was being made overseas scared me a little because alot of things could have gone wrong. I was scared that dress wouldnt fit, it wont like the picture on the site and so forth. It was quite the opposite, everything was really easy, the payment was not complicated, the customer service was exceptional, they helped to asnwer my inquiries and when I've final got the dress it was perfect. The quality was wonderful and the dress it self looked so beautiful. I was so satisfied with their amazing effort and their service is the best and they really gave me a pleasant experience being first timer shopping online and all.
I would really recommend jjshouse to any one who's looking for a nice dress for their special occasion.

Quando eu vi esses belos vestidos por um preço pequeno fiquei um pouco apreensiva em comprar me vestido de casamento pelo site, então resolvi arrisca e valeu muito a pena, pois a equipe do JJ's House respondeu todas minhas perguntas, me tratou com muita atenção, o vestido é lindo, ficou certinho em mim é por um preço pequeno, sou do Brasil, Rio de Janeiro fui taxa pela alfândega e o vestido chegou em cerca de 1 mês e dois dias. I will gladly send pictures of me in the dress on my wedding day, but not sooner, as I'm having it altered a little bit. I have been telling everyone where I work where I purchased my wedding dress and gave them the site address. I have never been more pleased with a shop in my life. You are fantastic! The Greatest shopping site ever! No where in the world could a person pick out a dress, have it custom made, and delivered to their door in a week! Jjshouse WORST COMPANY EVER.! Dress came falling apart and torn, and sized incorrectly. The company wont return any emails or return actions that I have requested, so im having to report them and have my credit card file a claim. What crap. This company has shotty product at best and takes NO care assembling their products. And even avoid providing customer service. I have also found that any good feedback I could find on this company seems to be written in broken English which leads me to believe the company is trying to cover its tracks. They are located in CHINA also, not in the USA as is boasted on there site.

The dress was a disaster - totally ill fitting and looked horrible on so I was not able to wear it to the event that I bought it for. About 2 weeks after receiving the dress I was sent a bill from DHL for Customs & Excise for the dress coming into the UK - I had already paid a £20 shipping charge plus the cost of the dress so a further £32 was not welcome - BUYER BEWARE - you will get hit with these charges... wish I had known, made a crap dress a crap expensive dress. Oh also ordered some jewellery - the earrings were clip on - really?
UPDATE 20/01/2014: Have now worn the jewellery and the necklace broke on the first wear. I also complained to JJs about the charges which they have now refunded with an additional fee for the necklace but it has been an effort and nearly 2 months to do it. I now get inundated with phonecalls asking me to update this post - I have had 5 calls from them today - so my post has been updated JJs - please do not contact me again. Thanks for my partial refund but it does not get away from the basic fact that the dress is no use to me as the event has been and gone.

A few months ago I ordered a wedding dress and garter from jjhouse. The dress showed up on time but I never received the garter. The dress was too small but when I went to return it they would not let me because it was "custom made for me" however I just chose a standard size. A few days ago I got an email saying that there was an issue with my order and they would refund me my money... But only the money for the cost of the item not the cost that I paid in shipping. NEVER USE THIS WEBSITE TO ORDER ANYTHING! It is the worst online shopping experience that I have ever had.
