Omg! Stay away please don't make the same mistake that I did. I ordered my wedding veil and it was the wrong one the material is super cheap and the beads fall off easily very disappointed. They are sending these from china so you can't contact customer service only by email and their rep told me we are sorry about that we will give you 40 % off you next purchase as in buy another veil and if I wanted to send back the wrong veil to china that I was responsible for the shipping. I just called my bank to dispute the charge. Website looks great but it's all fake ** the good reviews you see they aren't real these people just want to steal your money *** I can't believe I'm going through this before my wedding horrible experience.

UPDATE: please note that I complained about the quality of my dress and I relieved the most professional service from Adam and the team in returning it. They refunded the duty tax I paid, which they didn't have too and have processed my refund.

Adam was with me through every step of the way and even with the time difference made it easy for me. Please, if you are unhappy with your dress or any item you've ordered please talk to them before giving them a bad review as I've learnt that communicating with the website proved to be easier then getting upset and angry.

I received what I thought was going to be my dream dress and was very disappointed to find that the stitching in the dress was coming lose, the hemming and lace frayed and extra bits of material, which if important or not, is well noticeable. Am trying to get a refund and will seek legal action under the goods and services act

I just received my gown

I just received my gown. Ordered custom fit and it arrived in a week. I ordered the regency/purple color and it is beautiful. I will have to have the straps taken at least an inch. However, the bodice fits perfectly, which is what i was most concerned about. Having bought several gowns from a variety of vendors, I know to buy at least two sizes above my normal size. I will definitely order from JJShouse again!

I am writing this because my mom ordered a dress and when it showed up and she tried it on it didnt fit how she was hoping. Now this dress was not a custom sized dress just a standard size they offer on their website so it should not be a issue to be returned. As it stated on their website ""Contact our Customer Service to initiate the return process within 7 days upon receiving your item(s)"" which we did right away. I was talking to somebody on the live chat and was told they do not have access to customer orders and that i had to login in and fill out a form. I filled out the form but the website would not allow the form to be submitted. I left a message on the live chat about the form and if there is another way for me to return the dress. I have sent about 5-10 emails to this company and have yet to here back, it's been weeks! This company is NOT professional and does NOT honor their return policy. They do not care about their customers all they want is your money. I also find it funny how they no longer have a live chat, all you can do is leave a message, I know there is a time difference but i have tried at all times in the day and night. I highly suggest to anyone looking to order from this website to look else where and save yourself all this trouble. The only people who rate this website highly is the ones who have ordered a dress and were lucky enough for it to be the right size, everyone else who needed a return seems to be having a nightmare like our selves. I will no longer be ordering anything else from this company and will be letting people know that this company is a scam! I am not impressed with their "customer service"

I ordered mother of the bride dress and have it customized. When I rec'd it it was so big much more fitted for a 5'10" person! What's the sense of paying extra $20+ to customize? I was so frustrated. I was even charged a brokerage fee of $45. It is totally a rip off! Nothing did I order that is breakable. I'm so furious!
I changed my star to 4. They have the best customer service, they never stopped calling me to get me satisfied, until they gave me the full credit of the dress and the brokerage fee. Just next time when you order be sure to measure also from shoulder to waist and it should be perfect!

Ordered a dress for a wedding. After viewing their video on how to measure, I had myself measured several times just to be sure the measurements were accurate. The dress arrived way too small. I have been the same size (4) for my entire adult life, s it's not as if I'd gained weight suddenly. Any dressmaker knows to add "ease" to the actual measurements to make a garment fit properly and be comfortably wearable. I could hardly zip up the dress and it was 4 inches too short. Well, they say experience is an expensive teacher. I will NEVER order from JJ's again! Oh, and the "Royal Blue" color was purple. Could've lived with that, but I will have to throw away the dress... it is unwearable. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. And don't believe the good ratings you see on this website. They are either people put up to it by the company or it is a total accident that their dresses fit properly.

I bought a pair of shoes for my wedding from the site. After reading a lot of reviews that were really negative, I began to panic that they were going to be poorly made, wouldn't fit as per the sizing guide, or I would get charged another fee on delivery. I got the shoes last week, they fit like a glove, look beautiful and there was no COD (I live in Australia). The shipping was set at 5-6 business days, I got mine in 4 days, which was a nice surprise. I have no issues with the product I received; the only very minor issue was that the tracking number I got did not work on the TOLL website which caused a lot of anxiety; other than that, it was a good experience.

I love the dress that I have bought. It sent to me in the color red thought I ordered burgundy, but it was still beautiful. I told my co-worker that the dresses that I buy from JJ's House is a true investment. I am so glad I found this company to buy pretty dresses. Thank you JJ.

I have had a similar problem with this company that other reviewers have had. I ordered 2 dresses in a size 12 according to their fitting instructions. Both dresses arrived way too small and differ from one dress to the other. When I contacted them about the problem, they said that they will not accept a return of the items, but offered a 15% refund. It has been very difficult working out a solution with them. Please beware.

Update: JJ'sHouse has given me a full refund. I appreciate their willingness to work with me and give me a satisfactory settlement. Thank you.

I ordered a dress from them for a wedding I'm attending in the next month. The website makes it very clear that you must make sure your measurements are exact. They even provide a helpful video and several images on how to measure yourself. I did this and my measurements aligned perfectly with the size 12 dress. The dress just arrived in the mail and I was excited to put it on. There is no way this dress will zip up. It is MUCH smaller than the measurements indicated with a size 12 dress. To make it worse, they do not accept returns. I will NEVER order from this company again and warn you all to avoid JJHouse.com.

UPDATE: While, I didn't get all of my money back, I did receive a 40% refund; thus, I've updated my review to 2 stars. Adam, was helpful and courteous. It's clear it's his job to deal with the company's mess and must read and type from scripts. Be kind to him, but don't let him/the company push you around.

After being very dissapointed with the company I'm now happy to say after speaking to Adam I'm very happy that he dealt with my case very quickly and in a very friendly manner.

He has rectafied all the problems i had with the dress size and delivery chargers etc.

I will be happy to buy from them again as i now know that if i have a issue they will fix it ASAP.

UPDATE: Adam from JJS House has proven to be a wonderful businessman. He has kindly reached out to me several times with his sincere apology. We have come to a mutual agreement for a portion of a refund to cover alterations. My seamstress was VERY impressed with the quality of the material and workmanship of the gown. Thank you Adam for making me a HAPPY mother of the bride.

UPDATE: Since my review Henry T and Adam have contacted me. Adam even called me but I missed his call. This shows me that they are trying to resolve this issue of a gown not fitting properly. I will keep you posted as to what happens next,

I wish I saw these reviews before making my purchase. Ordered a Mother of the Bride gown style #******* in a size 16. I was measured by a seamstress as to pick the correct size. I do have to say that JJ's House did ship the gown within a week of ordering. The gown is of nice quality(minor negatives: the zipper is very hard & the rhinestones look cheap)... but with some tweeking could be beautiful. My major complaint is the bust is no way no how the size stated for a size 16. I have been corresponding with Angela and she is stating that there is a no refund policy! I could understand if I made the error in choosing the size but they made the error sewing and still no refund. As of now I am out $196.48 and my daughter's wedding is in a few months. I think I feel a nervous breakdown coming! BUYER BEWARE!

I ordered a wedding dress in burgundy from jjshouse. It looked beautiful and exotic in the picture, and had a "sale" price of $314.00. The sale price was the actual price, i found out later, after the "sale" timer had run out of time. They advertise the original price around $900.00, but that's a load of crap.

I received the dress, after a charge for custom sizing, a charge for shipping, a charge for foreign business, and THEN I had to pay a $65.00 "tariff" fee to accept the package, after I had already paid extra for faster shipping. After everything was said and done, I'm out over $400.00... but it gets worse.

The color was completely dissimilar to the photo. The liner of the dress is red, and peeks out over the top, so it's burgundy outside with red inside sticking out (looks EXTREMELY tacky).

They sewed cheap, mismatched yellow sequins on top of the "gold" embroidery, which I ended up cutting them all off because it looked like a cheap quinciera dress. While I was cutting off the sequins, I saw they used threads of all different colors to sew them on. I saw white, yellow, gold, bright red... all of these carelessly sewn on a "burgundy" (it's really maroon) dress.

What crappy quality.

I bawled because I had spend so much money, and so much time being excited for a dress that I thought was going to be luxurious, perfect and beautiful on my wedding. It's a cheap, horrendous pile of poor quality cloth, sewn together by people who could give a rat's $#*! about your special day.

They are laughing all the way to the bank. On top of that, there's an extra three feet of fabric at the bottom. What in the world was I thinking?

I'm telling you, if you're considering this site, DO NOT DO IT. It was the worse waste of money I've ever spent.

Update: After reading my review, JJShouse contacted me and offered to refund the extra tax we had paid but also a 50% discount on next purchase. The costumer service is really good, at least at the higher tier.

AVOID THIS WEBSITE!

I purchased my dress from this site and when it was delivered, I was charged an extra of 63 DOLLARS for shipping/tax! This was not stated at the time of the purchase and JJS House refuse to refund this money to me, but offer me a 20% off coupon for NEXT purchase?! I will never buy from them EVER again. What would have cost me 150 dollars now costed me over 200 dollars!

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Horrible customer service!
