I have ordered twice from JJ's and both times have been extremely pleased with my products and service. I ordered first a cathreedral length veil and then a bridal dress and a cake topper, all products met my needs and were received in great condition in the promised amount of time.
I saw jjshouse advertisement from one bridal website. I have always been very sceptical about ordering from online, but this time I thought to give a chance, because I just fall in love in one of these items there!
I read reviews about this dress and some customers have said that dress size could not be exactly as it is described. I ordered size 2 after measuring myself... an after delivering, trying it on, it was PERFECT! So, I can honestly say that when You're not sure how to measure Yourself, let it be made by someone professional... What You'll order, You'll get!:)
I didn't ordered dress on the colours, what were on the pictures (white/black), colours were chosen through jjshouse colour chart- white/burgundy were my choice. Also happy about that, dress colour was exactly as it was on my computer screen!
I ordered dress on 2.nd February and on 18.th it was delivered to my house in Norway, so very fast!

Hallo, ik ben afkomstig van Belgie, ik heb mijn trouwboeket, trouwjurk, tiara en sluier besteld via jjshouse, ze hebben me perfect op de hoogte gehouden en als ik vragen had ontzettend goed geholpen. Voor de betaling was er in het begin wat problemen via mijn bank maar ik ben hulp gaan vragen en het is dan heel goed gelukt. Ik trouw volgende maand en ik ben zeker dat ik zal schitteren. En dit voor weinig geld:)

I received my first order before even the given time and the tiara so pretty the customer service was more than excellent and i could not believe it reached in pakistan its a very nice website
The bridesmaid's dress I ordered did not fit despite the measurements I gave them. They denied that they made a mistake, and went so far to imply that I was dishonest. The 15% refund they gave me for mending was a joke.
The dress also smelled like it was shipped with rotting fish. Instructions on the tag said it could not be washed or dry cleaned. Avoid them.

I really wish I checked the reviews before I tried to order my dress before ordering the dress I did chat with someone I asked if the dress would be here before I needed it they told me yes so I went and ordered the dress paying 171.00 for the dress I kept checking my email for my shipping info I never received so I emailed jjshouse and asked again if the dress would be here they said no it would arrive a week after I needed it so I asked them to cancel my order they told me I would only get back 94.00 back and they were backed up due to other orders but they advised me to keep the dress why would I keep a dress I would not need? I asked again for my money back and to cancel my order I accepted the 94.00 but I feel it was not right and all they are doing is taking people money I WILL NEVER ORDER A DRESS FROM THEM

I found JJsHouse by chance and ended up order a navy blue prom dress from there. It arrived in good time and while I was unsure on the quality and fabric choice, it ended up being very well made and simply gorgeous. I also greatly enjoyed how it was custom made for me with no extra charge. The prices are quite reasonable and I'm shopping here again for this years prom!
Run like the wind. We've just steered our 4 bridsmaids away from using this site for their dress and shoes after they stiffed us on the bride's shoes. Even after admitting the show came in a size that was wrong all they offered was a 30% coupon. That's before you get the hidden custom charges.
