Just Got my Dress today and my first thought when i took it out off the Box was WOW... it's stunning im so Delighted. I Bought this Evening Gown to Attend the Miss Northern Ireland Final. And i can't wait 2 show it off. This is my first Formal Evening and i wanted something that stood out and no one else would have. Hi: My Mommy ordered this dress for me and it is really pretty. The dress came fast and is made nice. She talked to JJ'sHouse Chat and told them I am a boy. JJ'sHouse said that was ok since they had made dresses for other boys and they look like pretty girls after. I wear my dress when I go with my mommy to church and places she wants me to dress up like a pretty girl. She says she is going to order more dresses for me to wear them all the time from JJ'sHouse. The dress was nothing like the one in the picture. I made sure all the measurements were correct and the dress still was too big on the shoulders. The material was not good quality and did not come on time. I tried to get my money back and the company refuses to. You cannot call them, I spent hours emailing them back and forth and they still did not listen to what I had to say or the pictures I sent. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!

I have yet to receive my dress but it is NOT because it is lost or not completed on time... I know it will be received by me by the date they quoted because, so far, the customer service has been outstanding. They have answered all my questions adequately and if there was a misunderstanding, due to language inferences, they went out of their way to make sure we both understood. After initially ordering my dress I was still on the fence about another one and they worked with me holding my initial order until I made up my mind exactly what I wanted. I then changed my mind three times on the color and each time was met with courteousness, understanding, and clarity. I did ask some questions as to why a short dress cannot be made long, or vice versa, if that is the only change or if a jacket that is made of one fabric could be made of lace instead and was told that it is not that way as of yet... so maybe down the road they will be able to offer even more ways to meet a customer's needs regarding fabric choices/changes. If that would be the case they really would be even more awesome than they have been so far! Anyway, as of now I am completely satisfied with the customer service... I am hoping that my dress is as equal in quality and workmanship as the CS has been! I will report again upon receipt of my dress. Thank you JJ's... good job so far!

The dress I`ve ordered is almost exactly as I´d expected. They added a bit much on the length but rest of the dress is beautiful. The quality of the fabric are as it should be when it´s Chiffon. The process of making and deliver the dress was quick. They answered my questions in 24h. I will use this dress for my brothers wedding this summer, and I´m gonna order another dress this fall for another wedding. My hopes are that it will be as beautiful and nicely done as my first!

I recently bought a dress for my sons wedding. I went to a tailor here and got measured.! St the dress doesnt fit. 2nd the beads are falling off or just dangling and theres a stain on the dress. I sent them pictures and they had the nerve to tell me to take it to a tailor and have them fix it and offered me 20%. REALLY i shouldnt have to take it anywhere. Please dont order anything from these people. They wont even refund my money

I order my beach wedding dress from JJ'sHouse, In the pictures it was exactly what I had in mind, I went to different bridal shops but everything I saw was to expensive and not really what I wanted. I was a little worried about this site because I read some negative reviews and the company is based in China and I am from Puerto Rico but I order it anyways! I ordered in Feb 21 and it got in March 11! Is more that what I expected! Is beautiful! The best part is that it was less than $300 with the custom size and the expedite shipping included! I'm super happy!

I found my prom dress on this site and truth be told I was so worried about it because of all the awful reviews I read about JJ's House but I decided to take the risk because it was so much cheaper than other prom dresses and I love the dress I found. So I ordered the dress and it came in two weeks, which was so much faster than I expected. When I opened the box I actually cried. The dress I ordered has a delicately beaded bodice and I was worried about the quality, but it was perfect! The size was perfect too! I am so glad I took the risk! While my friends are paying 400-500 on their dresses I only paid 190 and it looks so much more sophisticated than some of my friends dresses. I will definantly be ordering my graduation dress from jjs too.

I am a first time customer who did not order my dress in the total amount of time required per the company's policy. I was extremely nervous as my date approached. I sent them an email and they responded in less than 24 hours to let me know that they finished the dress and would ship it. They shipped the dress as promised on the next day and my dress arrived (2) days ago. I appreciated that they respond via email and were willing to call me as I live in the USA. The dress was it looked on the website and I had it tailored made so the fit was exactly what I wanted. I am short and petite so finding dresses that are too long has always been a problem. Keep the quality and timeliness of finishing dress. I will order again.

Like many others, I was nervous when I ordered from this site. I was also hit upside the head with a 63$USD duty tax upon delivery. I contacted the company regarding the duty tax and they worked out a very good solution for me. They communicated with me very timely. The dress came out absolutely amazing and I can't wait to wear it on my big day. It took them two weeks to make the dress and I was appreciative that they did because my measurements do not fit within any of the sizing options. To buy a dress online, site unseen is a risk but, I think I lucked out buying from JJs house. I have no time to run around town trying on dresses. I would just simply suggest they put the additional duty tax disclosure clearly on the payment page instead of hidden away within the website. Thank you JJs House!

I had a wonderful expierience with this site. My dress is beautiful! It did take awhile to arrive, but that is to be expected when ordering overseas. Don't let negative comments steer you from the site. Again, my dress is beautiful and other than it being a bit long it's perfect. I did not order a custom made dress. I ordered off the size chart but a dress size bigger than what I usually wear, this way I can take it into a seamstress and have her fit it to me. Thank you jjhouse for the dress! I do plan on ordering from your site in the future

I ordered a wedding gown and was nervous about the delivery before the wedding date. But they did beyond my expectation. The estimated shipping date was March 11,2014, but they fast-tracked the making and the shipping of the gown and it was delivered on March 10,2014. For me, that's awesome. Lots of folks and friends are willing to use JJshouse wedding gowns as they plan for their wedding.

My fiancee and I are sincerely thrilled.
