I ordered pair of shoes and handbag £43.77 which included a £14.37 shipping fee, now DHL will not deliver the ITEMS until I pay a £ 14 duty? What the HELL! This information and additional fees is not advertised clearly on the site I mean especially on the ckechout, I contact them and they want to give me a £5 voucher? Be aware the prices look cheaper but at the end are much more expensive! THING TWICE BEFORE YOU BUY SOMETHING FROM THEM :(( I will not do it again :((
I just bought a dress with them... It arrived on time... fabric and beading far away from the picture... look like a cheap dress... Wrote a review that didn't go through (it seems only the reviews they aprove appear on the page... Sent an email to the customer service and still didn't get answer... As I lately could see in the outside reviews it is likely I will not get answer and any refund... Still waiting some answer...
This is an update regarding to my previous comments I made about jjhouse company. I want to thank jjhouse staff for their quick response to my complaint and refunding my money. I strongly believe jjhouse company's staff member will do their best to address similar issues and I appreciate for their compensation.
Despite the fact that I had unfortunate experience in my case but their staff's understanding and addressing the issue make me think twice about this company. I hope they can improve their customer experience a bit more which in that case they will have a bright future.

Nice selection of dance shoes, and excellent service in terms of timeliness, tracking and quality of goods.
I bought a customized dress for my daughter, the instructions on how to measure was spot on and her dress fit perfectly. This is her first prom so we were really nervous about buying a dress online, but, JJ's has won us over and we paid less than we would have if we have brought an off the rack standard size dress.
The only thing, I would change is ordering the matching wrap, it wish it had come with the dress, but it will not deter me from shopping.
I have another daughter going into high school and JJs will be where we will going!
UPDATE: I have written another review and I am updating this review as well to let everyone know that Mr. Adam Chen contacted me and resolved the problem with the one dress immediately. He issued me a full refund for the dress and they are making me a new dress for my bridesmaid. Adam jumped through hoops to help make my order right. As I said before, I have ordered from JJ's House many of times before and never had a problem and now I can say that when there is a problem, they do work hard to make it right for you. Thank you!
I am very disappointed. I ordered 5 bridesmaid dresses, and all of their jewelry too. One of the dresses is severely wrong. We paid extra for custom sizing, and the bust/chest is almost 4 whole inches bigger than what we ordered and the waist is 2 inches too small. My bridesmaid tried it on and we could seriously put cantaloupes in there and it would still be too big. Two of the other dresses also came too big, but only slightly off and a tailor is able to fix them for us. But we cannot have the other dress fixed because of the waist already being too small. The tailor measured the dress to show us that it does not match the measurements we sent. The dresses all come with a sash and the sashes all have strings hanging everywhere and one of them looks dirty and the quality is very poor on the sashes, so I will be buying them new ones. As another person noted, there is also a make-up looking stain on the one dress which is noticeable because the dresses are all ivory. This is very disappointing to me. I have ordered from JJ's House many of times before and never had a problem. My dresses have always been of the best quality and each and every time they fit perfectly. I did have to pay a huge chunk of change for customs charges which I have never had to pay before in the past. The UPS guy said it was probably because it was such a large order.
To add to my frustration, I have emailed customer service twice now and have yet to get a response. I would recommend them if you are only buying one dress at a time, but I will never order more than one at a time again.

If I could, then I'd give them zero stars. I had a horrible experience with them... and customer service was even worse than the experience itself. I wanted a burgundy dress for a formal event, and so I promptly ordered one that looked great from the site. When I finally received it, the dress was not at all burgundy - in fact, it was a bright red. Complete false advertising, and the company should fix that immediately, as that's HORRIBLE to do as a company. Then, when I reached out to customer service, it sounded like I was talking to a robot, and they didn't even bother to address any of my concerns and kept telling me that the color difference was because what you see on the screen is not a perfect match to what you'll see in person - that's a load of BULL$#*!. And then they kept sending me images of color swatches... if a customer brings up the fact that you have incorrect colorings based on PANTONE colors and that you are doing false advertising, then you better apologize and fix it. Then, they told me that I should keep the dress, as it will be difficult for them to sell the dress - NOT MY PROBLM, but the COMPANY'S PROBLEM. Then, they kept saying that they were trying to provide the best possible solution... which is a load of crap. I was utterly insulted and disgusting by this company and their customer service. I hope they go out of business soon, as they are a disgrace to all apparel retailers and have horrible customer service - hopefully no one else has to deal with them ever again.

I had an excellent experience. I ordered for this dress and it was delivered to Kenya 3 weeks later, in perfect condition and the fitting is perfect. I love this dress from the fitting to the embroidery to the detail. Its my dream gown and Thanks JJs for not disappointing me. Your customer service is excellent. Ordered my dress after viewing JJ's House website, it is for my Silver Wedding Anniversary party next month. I was a little nervous at first because I don't usually buy without trying on first. I paid a little extra for custom order so I knew sizing would be more accurate. My dress was made within the 11 days as stated on the website, it was shipped and actually arrived in less than 3 days - excellent service and I am so happy with the dress. Debated on buying some bouquets from them. After paying an outrageous shipping fee I received my pkg... with NO packing! The bridesmaids bouquets had gotten misshaped, a pearl had come off the brides bouquet. Those are not big deals. I can work with them. The worst thing was that the brides bouquet had a HUGE bald spot. I contacted JJ's House. The only thing they offered was a coupon for 30% off the product value or a refund of 20% of the product value. I want a full bouquet and I don't feel I should have to pay for it AGAIN! I REALLY wish I had gone with my instincts and stayed away from them!
I was contacted by a rep from JJ's House. He was really great! I am now happier with the way way they handled my concerns with the products I ordered. I would be willing to try them again.

Their products are beautiful for really good price and the delivery time is faster than expected. The cloth items were perfect on me, but unfortunately I needed to order again the beautiful and very comfortable shoes because of size problems, but they were very helpful with my problem and for second order the shoes were finally perfectly fit. I would definitely order again from JJsHouse because I could see that they really care for their customers.
Ordered a gown for my wife, it arrived after only 8 days. Absolutely fabulous! Dress was exactly as pictured and fit her like a glove. (ordered by size chard not custom).
The quality of the dress was as good or better than anything we looked at in high end shops locally. (no snags, stains, or loose threads, tight stitching all around)
Had to pay customs but that was expected when ordering from a non free trade country (customs are demanded by your Gov not JJs)

My daughter and I chose jjshouse cause of the so called good reviews. But this has been the biggest nightmare ever. My daughter never like to ware dresses. So Imagine how excited we all were when she said she was going to the prom in a dress. Long story short we order the dress on 04/10/14 and on the site it said if order that day we will have dress on the 23rd. We said it's cutting it close cause the prom is on the 25th. Now today is the 22 and they saying the dress wont be finished till the 24th. So I wrote to them since this their mistake by not haveing the dress here when they said (which by the way the admitted to the mistake) I wanted a refund. Ms. Chen writes me back that they are sending the dress and will compensate me 15% of the dress value. Now really you are going send me a dress I cant use plus 21.00 ( which is the 15% of the dress). Are you kidding me?!?! I was told they need to pay the dressmaker, labor cost and fabric. Thats not my problem... your mistake, your problem... which you admitted that it was youR mistake. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!

I ordered a dress for my son's wedding using the recommendations on the site, received it quickly but it didn't fit in chest or waist. The wrap I also ordered was so tight around the lower part of my wrists, I could hardly get it on, it looked strange to say the least. The issue with the dress was the chest way too big and waist a wee bit small. Emailed immediately that the dress and wrap didn't fit. They replied they wanted a picture emailed back. Seriously you want me to take a picture of my breasts down the front of the dress to prove it doesn't fit. Sounds like a perverts dream. Will never do business with them again.

This company is the best that I have ever used. The customer service and response time is outstanding. They genuinely care about customer satisfaction. When we ordered the dress, we had no idea it was made to order and we had a short time I which to receive the dress for the event needed. They did everything to make sure we received the dress in time. When it was received, it was absolutely beautiful and fit perfectly. This experience could not have been any better... Answer: I wear a size 4. I ordered a size 10! The dress still didn't fit. Believe the bad reviews! Now they are offering a 10% return for a stock dress that they say is custom made. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. You have been warned
Answer: It's risky. They have a NO RETURN for any reason policy. Doesn't fit - too bad. Doesn't look like picture - too bad. Don't think that Paypal will help you, they will usually rule that what you got is "substantially similar" to what you ordered. I paid for custom and told them that I am a size 4/6 in the front and a 10/12 in the back because I swim and that I have small bubbies and wear an A cup. I sent multiple measurements, taken by a professional. I got back a dress that would fit a 6 foot tall Dolly Parton. Maybe if you are perfectly proportioned, or if you are ordering something that isn't a garment, you will have better luck. For me, they saw a 38 inch bust measurement and assumed that I am a DD cup. They didn't listen to anything that I told them. I know that there are computer programs that you input a bust, waist and hip measurement and it spits out a pattern. Maybe that is what happened with me. My A cup bubby in that DD cup dress was certainly humorous. On the plus side, it did look good from the back. You should also know that it costs about 5.00 to ship something from China to the US, but that it costs about 45.00 to ship the same thing from the US to China. I had no complaints about the fabrics used, or the amount of time it took to arrive or the packaging. My complaint is that they totally ignored my description of my body. I recommend that you just pay a little bit more and drive to a store and try on dresses if you aren't a perfectly sized body. The "Norton Secured Seal" that JJ's employee is talking about has nothing to do with the merchandise, it just means that the website is safe from malware.

Answer: I cannot speak for the location as I live in the UK but I was very impressed with my wedding dress - I did pay the extra 20 pounds or so for them to use my exact measurements, however. The dress was stunning.

Then when I posted a bad review they said they would give me a refund and sent me a returns form with an address to where to send the dress. I sent this recorded delivery as JJS house requested and when Royal Mail went to deliver it they refused to take it. Avoid like the plague
