I was Leary about buying a ring online without trying it on. I bought my ring with the "confidence" that I could return or exchange it for something else had I not been pleased once I got to try it on. I wasn't aware that due to the size I required I would be stuck with it. It is a pretty ring, just not for me.

Great ring. Processing my order took longer than I thought it would. Did not receive by christmas. The ring was beautiful. My wife loved her ring. The expedited shipping was in 3 days. Just almost 10 days after c hristmas. I guess there 3 days processing does not apply to rings you have engraved. More like 15 days total. To fill your order

The quality of the rings are so much better in person. They sparkle like true diamonds, the cut and finish are flawless. The band will NOT turn your finger green, I wear mine every day. I just go ahead and tell everyone its a real diamond, and no one thinks differently. Amazing brand, amazing customer service.

The ring is great but how dare you charge me $20.00 Shipping when I clearly checked off free shipping. I called & you were suppose to get back with me but never did. When I go back & look in my phone the free shipping is checked & the total is $87.96. That was so wrong to do to a 1st time buyer. I will be unsubscribing to your website & spreading the word on social media. I sincerely hope the $20.00 was worth it.

I just ordered my ring last week. I got confirmation from company it was being shipped a couple days ago. I got it in the mail yesterday. It is as bright and shining as it said it would be. I love my ring and can see myself buying more. LOVE IT!

The stone had little to no color, not at all like it appeared. Stones were bland and detail is poor. Will not be ordering again

I have been looking for a ring for a long time because my wedding rings haven't fit me in 3 years due to an Illness. I came across this setting and loved it. I was excited about receiving this and got it today. It only took 1 week from the time i ordered it till it was delivered. It's absolutely stunning.

I feel it cost way too much to exchange an item when the size was mistakenly ordered wrong. I am very disappointed that I cannot wear the ring, and cannot afford to send it back and pay to receive it again. It is just not worth all that trouble and cost. I would end up paying shipping three times, I feel that is not good customer service!

Purchased a ring for my left handed bride of 37 years who is tough on her rings. Prongs are sturdy, and doesnt catch on anything, and keeps its brilliance. Very satisfied!

I love Jeulia rings. Every white sapphire ring that I have ordered from them has been so beautiful and sparkly and they have timely shipping, I use these rings when I go on vacation so I dont have to take them on my expensive wedding set and no one can tell the difference between this and a real diamond, I would definitely recommend their rings
