My engagment ring is the Mermaid ring with a green stone. I get married in June this Year. My incredible partner knew i didn't want/like a normal ring. (I also had no idea he was proposing). He spent ages looking for the right ring and came across your mermaid ring. I ABSOLUTELY love mermaids and it's so hard to find anything mermaid. So thank you for helping him find the perfect ring for me.

I would like to thank your company personnel at the customer services division for their excellent support. Due to no fault of Jeulia I had to return my ring that I purchased in October of 2016 for a replacement after having the three piece ring set for over 12 months most companies would not allow a return after that length of time. I was given instruction on how to return the ring along with the least expensive route. I shipped the ring back in November of 2017 and used messenger to provide Jeulia with my tracking number. Within two weeks my replacement ring arrived. Jeulia, I applaud you for great customer service and, I will certainly do business with you in the future, as well as refer you to family and friends. If anyone had a bad experience with Jeulia it must have been a lack of communication because they went above and beyond to make sure that I was a very satisfied customer. Thank you Jeulia, it was a pleasure doing business with you, and I look forward to shopping on your site in the very near future.
The ring is even more beautiful in person. I get compliments on it almost daily. Size was spot on. So affordable. Everyone thinks it cost thousands. It's unique and comfortable and so sparkly! I love it so much.

I bought a beautiful ring at a good price and had it delivered to me all the way from China in three days.
Absolutely love the ring that I ordered, however, it was too small. When I requested a RMA# to return and exchange for a smaller size, the company laid on me three choices of extra costs for any re-stocking and exchanges. Pretty sad that they cannot absorb a few shipping charges when the customer wishes to keep the product. Won't use again until their return policy changes.
I wanted a new wedding band but didn't want to break the bank. Saw this company's ad on Facebook and gave ut a go. Husband and I picked out a ring last year and it arrived promptly. The size was true and fit perfectly. A year later, with daily wear, it is still sparkling and stunning. Love my ring and 10/10 would buy again.

I ordered what I THOUGHT would be a gorgeous wedding set - just to have and wear. With the three rings, one of them had larger stones, one of which fell out the FIRST TIME IT WAS WORN.
Jeulia customer service was difficult to deal with. They wouldn't refund my money because the size was not a 7.00 (ie, not one of the. 00 sizes), resulting in many emails and more than a month of back and forth before a different ring was sent out. What GARBAGE. Don't waste your money.
I love my ring! My bf and I picked it out as a promise ring and Im very happy with it. My only reccomendation would be to order a half size smaller than what you usually wear. I ordered a quarter size smaller and its still slightly big.
