They don't honor there agreement on shipping and are not willing to reimburse me for there mess up. I paid for 1 to 4 business days shipping and didn't get it until the 5th business day after they said my order was on its way. On top of that a week later we have had stones fall out of our rings and there wanting me to pay more money to ship it to them to get it fixed. I would not recommend them to anyone.
Had a small misunderstanding at first but was finally able to arrange a return and exchange for what was considered a special order due to size of the ring. They even refunded the difference between the original purchase and the item I got in exchange. I think there is a language issue but keep trying to explain your issue and they will help you resolve it!
