This place is horrible my husband purchased me a ring and I started to get blisters on my finger. I then called them and they stated u need to send in a picture. I did as they asked then I call to check on what they can do. The lady said nothing they can not do anything... so I ask her so I am screwed out of my money and a exchange?!?! Oh I am pissed so my husband paid for something that guaranteed that will not do anything of this. I have asked for a supervisor and she will not put her on. I am like ghow do u have a business and there is no supervisor on the floor? U have got to be kidding me.
In these days of you get what you pay for, Jeulia goes above and beyond. I have ordered several rings and none have turned colors or appeared unprofessional.

Lesly customer service rep is rude and condescending. I placed an order a week ago with 1-4 shipping hoping to get my jewelry before my vacation. It has not even been shipped yet. Now he saying Sunday ( WE DONT GET MAIL ON SUNDAY) Im leaving on vacation on Thursday I was hoping to have it then. Again your charging people for this shipping and its false advertising. No mention of waiting for pieces from Hong Kong! People please beware of this! Do not pay for extra shipping! DO NOT!

As of the time I'm writing this, I have not received an email from Jeulia, and I checked my spam folder. I left a critical review on Facebook (which I am unsure if other people can see) and someone from customer service sent me a message on there. I explained the situation (again) and included photos (again) and was told (again) that I need to ship the ring back, give them the shipping info, then they'll look at the ring/fix the ring and if I pick a faster shipping method then the ring will be back before my wedding. However, if I'm getting a new ring, no one is mentioning to me the time it will take to MAKE the new ring which Jeulia's website says can take 3-7 business days.
After leaving my reviews I have looked Jeulia up on the Better Business Bureau. The company has an F rating. So, considering that, and all the trouble I've gone thru thus far, and that I'll have to pay to send my ring back, and I'll have to pay for expedited shipping, and that I have repeatedly offered to have Jeulia put a hold on my credit card as a deposit to ensure i send my ring back so the replacement ring will absolutely reach me before my wedding and that offer isn't even discussed, AND all this fuss is over a ring that's not even $200 and I have many other things to worry about a month before my wedding, no, I will not be paying to ship my ring back and just take your word and hope this is all fixed before my wedding.
I purchased a two tone wedding ring set from them. After 3 months, the gold has worn off. I contacted the company and provided pictures. As the ring has a one year warranty, I wanted to make a claim. When they replied, they sent me a form email, including referring to me as "sir/madam". They told me to send the rings back and they'd look into it. I explained that my wedding is in a month, and that the initial shipment of the ring took weeks, could they send me a replacement ring and put a hold charge on my credit card to ensure that I return the defective ring. The people who have responded to me obviously don't read the emails because they just keep saying the same thing over and over, won't escalate to a manager, refer me to their 30 day return/ exchange policy despite this being well past 30 days and is a warranty claim. Their continued replies are from a poorly written script. Do not do business with this company.

Answer: My wife received in a week, sent back within 24 hours. Their customer service should you choose to call them is unreal either their is no answer or you get someone with English skills like an infant. You can email them as well expect English translated the same way and single word or short one line answers that don't answer your question. When I emailed I got simple answers like" we real sorry you understand" we no able to refund you understand, thank you etc. you wasted your money sorry to say I went thru PayPal to get my 10 bucks.
Answer: Their photography is really good. The product looks awesome in pictures on their site. Way better than what you actually end up receiving. Of course we should know better than to expect high quality for such low prices so again, the old adage remains true. You get what you pay for.
Answer: The California address and contact information appears to be a "front" to make them sound like a legitimate company, but those who have gotten shipping confirmation show they are in fact shipping from China. My husband had money taken out of his account as soon as he purchased something, and thought it was being shipped from California to New Mexico but when he tries to check the status he gets a message that the "order could not be found". Buyer beware!
Answer: I've had mine for about a month. It was rose gold. Almost all of the coloring has worn off and the metal is so soft, it's really banged up and has tons of scratches all over it. When you get the package, they have value listed as $20.00. It's so beyond junk.

Answer: Im not sure what you are looking for, but there is no gold in their rings, and the stones are inexpensive man-made materials (which, despite their gorgeous photos, have very little sparkle). You can get better quality costume jewelry at almost any regular store for a better price! Besides, if you try to return something, you will NEVER get a refund and will never even get anyone to answer their phone.
Answer: The rhodium plating on your ring should definitely last longer than a year. Although having said that, if the base colour of the silver has a really black colour to it, then you might start to see the silver colour coming through at the base of the ring, before the end of the first year. Normally you should expect the plating to last 2-3 years.
Answer: It took a bit to get mine after my husband kept emailing them till they finally replied. Ordered the skull engagement ring and I must say it was worth the wait it is beautiful. Only down side is it's supposed to be rhodium plated which is supposed to help it with not getting scratches but I bump the bottom of it and it's starting to come off already which is definitely a disappointment.
