Beautiful, affordable jewelry

I was a bit skeptical and nervous buying from Jeulia. I read reviews that were less than stellar, but I took a chance as Paypal has the buyer's back. Very pleased with the quick delivery and the rings themselves are beautiful. I cant speak for their sevice as I didnt need it, but from the paperwork I can see they consider anything other than whole sizes custom and would require you cover return shipping if rings dont fit and want to exchange. So caveat emptor there.

I have Two Rings that I Love. An another on its way. These Rings are beautifully Crafted, I only get the Sterling Silver. 925, so cant speak of the other settings. But Im Happy.

Love this ring

I ordered my birthstone ring and it arrived in less than a week. Its absolutely beautiful. Im very happy. This is the third ring Ive ordered from Jeulia and I wear them regularly. They have remained shiny, no tarnishing at all.

Customer service was as expected. A lot of hoops to jump through to get a refund. Expecting pictures of the item to be returned was a bit much.

Lovely three stone ring with bling

The sizes on this site seem to run a tiny bit large, and since they do not allow returns on anything but whole sizes, I had to buy a second one of the same design. I would have happily paid for return postage, and left the tag attached, but no go. The ring is lovely and sparkles like the real thing without the cloudliness of some fakes. It looks perfect next to my real diamond band.

POOR EXPERIENCE

I ORDERED A RING. I FELT IT RAN SMALL. I TRIED TO RE-ORDER AND WAS TOLD NEXT SIZE WAS A CUSTOM AND THERE WERE ALL THESE UP CHARGES! WHEN I MENTIONED THAT IN THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION IT DID NOT MENTION THAT I GOT AN E-MAIL THAT SAID OK WE WILL EXCHANGE, BUT AGAIN UP CHARGES FOR SHIPPING BACK. VERY CONFUSING. STILL HAVE NOT RETURNED FOR EXCHANGE. WISH YOU COULD JUST TALK TO SOMEONE ON THE PHONE.

I ordered a Rose Gold butterfly necklace, it arrived from CHINA, had I known this was a Chinese based company I would not have ordered in the first place. The product is not even rose gold plated it is a stainless steel necklace with standard "gold" coloured plating. I might have been happy enough if it was a third of the price. I actually went out and purchased a sterling silver - rose gold plated necklace which is superior in every way for 30% less than I paid for the necklace from Juelia. I am not even going to waste my time trying to return the goods as having read the other reviews here that would simply end up costing me more and causing major frustration. I hope reading this review helps others avoid my mistake.
