I have bought several pieces of jewelry from this company and not once been disappointed. It is well made and fairly priced. I can mix pieces with my high end jewelry and it doesn't look out of place. I always get lots of positive comments when I wear it and people want to know where I shop.

Do NOT waist your money on these rings! Diamonds fell out of mine after 1 month then the silver fades and tarnishes after 2 months. They will continue to replace your rings (takes 3 months to be returned) then refuse to replace or repair it after. I went through 2 rings and both did the same thing. My other ring from them also tarnished after 4 months. The coating is so thin it rubs off with normal wear.

Jeulia; you responded to my posting and indicated that at the time of return shipping (which again you refused to provide me "return shipping label") you never expressed that I must maintain a copy of the receipt and keep record of the tracking number. You now make that claim which again is another reason I will never do business with "Jeulia". False claims when purporting as if your company will do what it can to address issue is again, "very poor customer service." Assuming that after two years someone will recognize I spent $165.00 for a ring, returned the ring for an exchange, and now am out my $165.00 and have no ring, someone may be more customer oriented at "Jeulia" and resolve my issue, and by allowing my wife to receive credit toward the purchase of another ring at equal or greater value, obviously paying the difference if priced higher. However, after several email's back and forth with customer service again asking for the same info I had previously provided, end result was same as two years ago. "Jeulia" indicated that they will give me an undisclosed amount in discount toward another ring purchase. Completely, not acceptable and not good business. Most people do not maintain their tracking number after about a month, and to now use that as an excuse to not accept the information on my issue is unacceptable. Hope other's whom are considering buying merchandise from your company read my posts before doing so, and do not fall victim to your "scam".
Purchased ring for my wife as a gift. She did not find the ring as depicted in the photo. Called Jeulia to have it exchanged or reimbursement for purchase. Jeulia provided me address to send ring. I was advised, once ring was received I will be either reimbursed or credited for another purchase. After a month or so contacted Jeulia. They had no record of ring being returned. They provided no return label, so I mailed least expensive shipping, and then lost receipt. Explained issue to Jeulia who had me constantly respond with communications to address issue. But, they never did anything and issue was never corrected. They took my money for the purchase, have the ring purchased, and will not correct the problem. Customer services has been terrible to work with. Communication has been very poor.
I have ordered several rings and they all look authentic. I had a jeweler who saw it on my hand and he thought it was a real diamond. One I have had over a year and it looks today just as beautiful as the day I received it. Will be ordering again for sure.

This ring was absolutely stunning in the photos so you can imagine my disappointment when it arrived and looked nothing like the picture. If youre trying to pass this off as a diamond or even high quality CZ, youll look silly. The quality just isnt there. Wont be purchasing anything more from this company.

It came in the mail and is absolutely perfect! The ring looks beautiful and is very comfortable. They also do personalize engraving which is a nice touch! I am very happy with my ring and so glad I found this company! I plan on ordering more jewelry from them in the future!
I received a beautiful ring today from Jeulia jewellery it is a really nice ring made of sterling silver and the price was right. Answer: My wife received in a week, sent back within 24 hours. Their customer service should you choose to call them is unreal either their is no answer or you get someone with English skills like an infant. You can email them as well expect English translated the same way and single word or short one line answers that don't answer your question. When I emailed I got simple answers like" we real sorry you understand" we no able to refund you understand, thank you etc. you wasted your money sorry to say I went thru PayPal to get my 10 bucks.
Answer: Their photography is really good. The product looks awesome in pictures on their site. Way better than what you actually end up receiving. Of course we should know better than to expect high quality for such low prices so again, the old adage remains true. You get what you pay for.
Answer: The California address and contact information appears to be a "front" to make them sound like a legitimate company, but those who have gotten shipping confirmation show they are in fact shipping from China. My husband had money taken out of his account as soon as he purchased something, and thought it was being shipped from California to New Mexico but when he tries to check the status he gets a message that the "order could not be found". Buyer beware!
Answer: I've had mine for about a month. It was rose gold. Almost all of the coloring has worn off and the metal is so soft, it's really banged up and has tons of scratches all over it. When you get the package, they have value listed as $20.00. It's so beyond junk.

Answer: Im not sure what you are looking for, but there is no gold in their rings, and the stones are inexpensive man-made materials (which, despite their gorgeous photos, have very little sparkle). You can get better quality costume jewelry at almost any regular store for a better price! Besides, if you try to return something, you will NEVER get a refund and will never even get anyone to answer their phone.
Answer: The rhodium plating on your ring should definitely last longer than a year. Although having said that, if the base colour of the silver has a really black colour to it, then you might start to see the silver colour coming through at the base of the ring, before the end of the first year. Normally you should expect the plating to last 2-3 years.
Answer: It took a bit to get mine after my husband kept emailing them till they finally replied. Ordered the skull engagement ring and I must say it was worth the wait it is beautiful. Only down side is it's supposed to be rhodium plated which is supposed to help it with not getting scratches but I bump the bottom of it and it's starting to come off already which is definitely a disappointment. We would like to be able to make the necessary adjustments at no charge to you, but, unfortunately, the warranty is expired. The proof of purchase you mailed to us indicates that the product was purchased on May, 16th, 2017, and per our records, you contacted us on 11st, April this year to replace your ring, the replacement was delivered to you on 28th, April, this return only took about 3 weeks(not 3 months). Since our warranty is good for a period of one year from the date when the original order was received, the issue should have been resolved if you could contact us early, but it expired 2 months ago.
