It's my understanding that when a Ring is Sterling Silver it comes with the engraving number of how much silver it has encrusted in the ring like ss925 in this case. The rings that I bought (Diagonal Marquise Cut Sterling Silver Ring Set, item # JEWB0060) it has like painted with laser the Jeulia symbol with the 925 on the side. I will take this Ring to a Jeweler to see if they can authenticate the silver and also the Diamond that state Diamond White 1.6 ct & 1.32 ct between both Rings. I paid good money for it and I want to know how real is this set. If everything is ok, I will submit a new review.
The shipping was as much as the cost of the charm. I don't think i was given a choice of how i wanted it shipped.
I was a little sceptical when my sister sent me this link for the Jack Skellington Nightmare before Christmas ring. My daughter is a huge Tim Burton Jack fan and this was perfect for her birthday present. This was a super easy website, easy ordering and shipping... I already have it. Nice ring, very nice quality for a rhinestone silver ring. I seriously could not ask for an easier transaction and I did not have to go anywhere. I rarely write reviews, but I am amazed how easy this one was.
I was unhappy that I want given the sale price available 24 hours after I ordered. When I questioned staff about this issue I was told that different specials run on different days. I will not order from this company again.

Multiple emails to resize wedding band unanswered. When finally able to get through to customer service I verified info and email. Was told that o would receive email with info to ship back for resizing. I still have not received any info. I will never deal with this unprofessional company again. I just wish I had read all the negative reviews before hand. So disapointed. Don't waste your hard earned money or time.

My husband and I tried to return a ring that was an accidental duplicate purchase. Not only did it take multiple weeks to finally get a return shipping label but we just now received an email saying they received the ring and said they are giving us store credit, even though in every email we have sent to them we have said we do not want store credit. We want a full refund! I loved my ring but if they cant even follow through with returns correctly, I'm starting to think they are just a giant scam. We will continue to fight them for our refund but I suggest not buying from them unless you are okay with possibly losing that money if anything is wrong with your order.

Product quality is very deceiving and doesn't even amount to anything better than Walmart quality. Return service/customer service is horrible. Don't ever expect them to refund your original amount of purchase, they give you store credit as if you would want to buy another terrible product from them. Wrong sizing and horrible shipping response. Take your money and go elsewhere you will be much happier with result

In error I ordered 2 gold earrings, I need 1 gold and 1 silver, can the 2nd gold when it arrives be returned.

The ring is lovely. However, the photo presented the primary stone to be larger. This is the second time I have ordered and been disappointed with the product (as shown vs actuality).
