I have not received my package so my review is 1 why 1 and not 0 is simply because 1 is the lowest number rating that is there i was not notified of my package ever even being on the way or the estimated time or date of delivery and there am very doubtful that the merchandise was ever delivered and as such is demanding a full refund of my money as this seems to be nothing more than a big hoax

I purchased when a 30% was advertised. I never received the discount and when the ring came it looked cheap.
Now I'm having trouble getting "authorization" to return it and get my money back.

Ordered and paid for some earrings on 27th November 2018 and still have not received them, I have contacted the company three times by email and they have only replied once and could not tell me when I would receive my order. I have put in a claim with paypal. I would never buy anything from this company again. Stay away is my best advice.

I only gave you a one star as the ring that I bought, doesn't look like the one that was on the finger of another lady. I can't see the stones. I'm very dissappointed in my selection. I'm returning the rings & if I don't get my money back I will be taking your company to court.

Bad customer service

I have not received my order. They never gave me any updates and tell me they can't locate my order., they took a payment for it. Looks like they scam people once they have your money. So disappointed cause they rings look so pretty.

We need to know if we need to file a complaint and have news media investigate this company. They will lose customers if they are exposed on TV. Customers who have been wronged by this company need to file legal action and have tv investigative dept investigate them. We've seen too many complaints. It is like they are stealing customers money; not refunding or exchanging items. I did research and found the CEO of the company. Our family member is still waiting resized ring.

If you love Disney character Jack Skellington then you will love this adorable ring. Got mine for Christmas from my kids just in time for our Disney Trip and have gotten SO MANY compliments on it. This is my 3rd ring from this company and it won't be the last. VERY GOOD QUALITY.
