Im not too happy with this ring looks fake plus when I opened the box the rings fell out of thebox, & im size 6.5 but this ring feels like 7, too big on my finger.
Plus I watched this reviews from 3 different ladies, the box they've received looks like a drawer and the letter J in jeulia has a heart on the top, mine is just a box. So this ring is going back
I am very happy with my purchase. My ring is gorgeous. It is more beautiful in person. Online pictures do not do this ring justice. It blew me away.
The ring size was perfect and the rings gorgeous. The photo does not do justice to the ring set. The gift box was a nice surprise along with the polishing cloth.

The ring looks really nice, just like it's pictured. Pleased with how nice it turned out and how it came packaged. Not only did it come with a nice ring box, it was also in a bigger box with a gift bag and polishing cloth. Would definitely recommend!

I had an easy purchasing experience. My ring arrived about a week after my order was placed and looked and fit as expected. I will most likely be making more Jeulia purchases in the future.
I was so excited when I found out I could customize the stone in my ring! I was a little worried how the colour would be in real life, but once I opened the box I couldn't contain my happiness. I have received so many complements, and even jewellers are impressed with how beautiful it looks in real life as well as in my photograph (I'm a photographer and had to showcase the beauty to my clients so they could purchase from Jeulia too!) The only downfall is that there's not a matching (or even plain band) that fits with it. If there's ever one made that's equal to the width of my band, I would be extremely interested in that one for my wedding at the end of this year! This is the 4th purchase I've made, and I've yet to be disappointed. Thank you for such beautiful craftsmanship
It fits amazingly and the detail in the dragon is beyond expectations. Shipping was on time and packaging was cute.

FULL of EXCUSES for why I can't return non-customized rings.
- Send three photos. WHY?
- I "can return and exchange it, but you will be charged a 35% restocking fee, is this okay?" - No, that's NOT okay.
- Can't refund because they are 14K? No, ALL three of mine are sterling.
- SIZING appears to be 'customization' since the most expensive ring - the "Two Tone Crossover Sterling Silver Ring" is considered 'customized.' - see the photo of the silver and gold sterling ring.
BEWARE! You will NOT be approved for a refund - ever!

Jan 19,2019 Update: Still receiving 'delay tactic' emails - I guess in hopes that I just give up? Nope. Not going to happen. I'd be interested if ANYONE has ever received a refund from this company.
I have nothing but time (retired), so I'm posting on every site that can take my complaints. I may never get a refund, but I AM getting my frustrations out and hopefully helping others along the way.:-)

The smaller stones all around the ring had a beautiful brilliance. However, the main attraction, the center stone, was dull and cloudy in both ring sets. Hopefully there won't be a
Big hassle returning them.
