I checked my mail every day because I was so excited about my order. I ordered this set because I wanted something pretty but a little "lower profile" for work & school. I ended up choosing this set because of its versatility. They are so beautiful and sparkly! True to size and arrived quickly. The pictures do them no justice... Will definitely recommend and order more!
I ordered a necklace with four engravings on it for my wife for Christmas at a discounted price. I filled out all four engraving requests and know for a fact I did because the one I couldn't think of was the fourth one "I love you". The others had my daughters birth information on it. Name, coordinates, and birth day.
I recieved my necklace with only three engravings on it. Her name, birthday and I love you. The coordinates were missing which was the third requested engraving... When I called the lady had an attitude and said I only ordered three engravings. I told her multiple times that if that was the case then why did the "FOURTH" engraving I requested get on there instead of the third? She just kept saying that I had to return it for in store credit and pay for another engraving. No? I already paid for four engravings for the Christmas discounted price. Anyway, I've never had thisany issue with a jewlery company. False advertisement and stealing. Their receiept doesn't even have the information of what I purchased just a price... Won't be purchasing anything through them again. Also will make aure no one I know does either.

I received as a gift purchased from your company. It was a beautiful ring. I have had it for almost two years. However recently the gold plate has come off, and my had has broken out and the skin has peeled off. I never wore the ring in water, during cleaning, etc. I'm not sure what has caused this, it has been cleaned, but every time I put it back on, my finger breaks out and the skin peels off again. I'm not pleased with the longevity of this piece at all.

I had a little problem with Jeulia, I bought a ring, didn't like, send it back for an exchange but didn't get a credit or an exchange. I tossed my tracking slip from the post office, when I realized they received my return, but I needed the tracking number to proof my return. I went in circles with Customer service. But after keeping on it and finding a very helpful Customer service representative, I've got my credit and I was able to order another ring. I love my new ring and I will be buying more Jewelry from Jeulia in the future!
I ordered a ring, after 2 weeks the goldplating was almost gone. They offered me the purchase price plus $5 more but only in store credits. And i had to pay for sending it back ($12). I decided to order a new ring. So they didn't gave me the full amount plus extra and they charged me $20 for handling and shipping. $20 for prime cart what ever this is. It should be free shipping and a 3 day shipping. So i ordered 1/22 today is the 1/30 and i still waiting for my order. Never ever

I received my marquis wedding ring set today and it is BEAUTIFUL! I was pleasantly surprised. I took a picture but it just doesn't do it justice. It sparkled much more than the picture reflected so I didn't include a picture.

Answer: My wife received in a week, sent back within 24 hours. Their customer service should you choose to call them is unreal either their is no answer or you get someone with English skills like an infant. You can email them as well expect English translated the same way and single word or short one line answers that don't answer your question. When I emailed I got simple answers like" we real sorry you understand" we no able to refund you understand, thank you etc. you wasted your money sorry to say I went thru PayPal to get my 10 bucks.

Answer: The California address and contact information appears to be a "front" to make them sound like a legitimate company, but those who have gotten shipping confirmation show they are in fact shipping from China. My husband had money taken out of his account as soon as he purchased something, and thought it was being shipped from California to New Mexico but when he tries to check the status he gets a message that the "order could not be found". Buyer beware!
Answer: I've had mine for about a month. It was rose gold. Almost all of the coloring has worn off and the metal is so soft, it's really banged up and has tons of scratches all over it. When you get the package, they have value listed as $20.00. It's so beyond junk.

Answer: Im not sure what you are looking for, but there is no gold in their rings, and the stones are inexpensive man-made materials (which, despite their gorgeous photos, have very little sparkle). You can get better quality costume jewelry at almost any regular store for a better price! Besides, if you try to return something, you will NEVER get a refund and will never even get anyone to answer their phone.
Answer: The rhodium plating on your ring should definitely last longer than a year. Although having said that, if the base colour of the silver has a really black colour to it, then you might start to see the silver colour coming through at the base of the ring, before the end of the first year. Normally you should expect the plating to last 2-3 years.
Answer: It took a bit to get mine after my husband kept emailing them till they finally replied. Ordered the skull engagement ring and I must say it was worth the wait it is beautiful. Only down side is it's supposed to be rhodium plated which is supposed to help it with not getting scratches but I bump the bottom of it and it's starting to come off already which is definitely a disappointment.
